INTENSIFICATION OF PRODUCTION YOGURT TECHNOLOGY WITH ACTIVATION OF THE LEAVEN WITH THE ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELD OF LOW FREQUENCY

In Russia, as well as in foreign practice, classic yogurts are more required. Depending on the value of imported dry starters, the proposed technology allowing reduction in their quantities in yogurt technology is very crucial. It will affect the cost of the finished products. In yogurt technology, the possibility of using physical techniques, with the purpose of intensifying the process of producing yogurt, is very little reflected. Pre-activation of the leaven by electromagnetic field – lower frequency before fermenting in the production of yogurt is one of the technological tricks that speed up the fermenting process and reduce the quantity of starters. The advantage of the proposed technology is its ease of implementation, not requiring additional cost of electricity and also enhanced maximum reduction of additional chemicals which are used as raw materials to create a special environment for the growth of microorganisms belonging to the leaven. In this work, the overview of the existing principles for accelerating the fermentation process of milk is given. In this work, the research results of accelerating technology of fermenting milk for yogurt are presented. Mathematical process of experimental data enables the optimization, fermentation process using leaven FD-DVS YF-L812 10Yo-Flex. The optimal temperature and duration for the maximum acceleration of the process of obtaining yogurt at a given frequency of electromagnetic field are identified. INTRODUCTION PROSPECTS IN AGROINDUSTRIAL COMPLEX OF THE RELATIVE SCREW AND COMBINED DRUMS

The article presents the results of studying of prospects of use of the relative screw and combined drums in agro-industrial complex. The developed and approved classification of the relative screw and combined drums has been shown in expanded form. The kinds of the equipment on the basis of the relative screw and combined drums making a rotary motion in which the oscillating motion with a big amplitude, only at the expense of an original spatial form of their internal surfaces is reported to subjects of processing are presented. In such devices, there are no vibroactivators. Equipment samples in which the relative screw and combined drums aren't rotated are also presented. They are fixed elastically on the bed and are supplied with vibroactivators. During the operation of the vibroactivator, processing subjects in such cars, as a result of the circulating movement in the relative screw and combined drums in the planes, perpendicular axes of their symmetry, receive the additional movement from the walls of drums of various geometrical forms inclined to each other

INVESTIGATION OF ADVANCED MEANS TO REDUCE THE DAMAGE OF TUBERS WHILE POTATO MACHINE HARVESTING

The most labor- and energy-intensive part of potato machine production technology is harvesting which is done mainly with harvesters. Modern potato harvesters meet the required efficiency data in favorable conditions. In erroneous conditions (primarily characterized by high or low soil moisture) the efficiency of separating the tubers from impurities is reduced, and the loss and damage of the products increase. This situation is due to the imperfection of the separation device of potato harvesters. Up to 1000 tons of soil per 1 ha is separated at the separation device in the process of harvesting. As a result, the potato harvesters capacity on the whole is determined by their separators output. Nowadays, rod elevators are most widespread and used. One of the main drawbacks is the significant increase of tubers damage in a case of low soil moisture mainly caused by the contact of the tubers pile with the side frames of the harvesting machine. From the above reasoning, one can confirm that the increase of capacity and functioning quality of potato harvesters’ separation devices is an urgent scientific-and-technical task of agriculture
