In the article two differently obtained preparations of immobilized horseradish peroxidase are compared with free enzyme and with each other by their stability. It is shown that both preparations of immobilized peroxidase possess increased stability during storage and heating. It is established that activity of hydrogel obtained increases after heating
The present review highlights the applications of
electro-activated aqueous solutions in biotechnology and the food industry
The definition of agro-botanical illustration has been considered in this article, showing its capacity as a resource for analysis in biological research and its importance in the development of agronomy
Dispersity of wastes of all productions including domestic, agricultural, industrial and violations of the natural systems which are heterogeneous and dispersed formations comprising two or more phases with the developed surface is discussed. Disperse systems of wastes are classified into true solutions, systems of finely dispersed of colloids, coarsely dispersed (mainly mineral wastes) and highly dispersed (organic waste)
The peculiarities of vegetative propagation of ornamental plant Hypericum forrestii (Hypericaceae) by cuttings under conditions of the Black Sea coast of the Krasnodar region have been studied. It has been found that summer cuttings of lignified and semi-lignified propagula are the best for vegetative propagation of Hypericum forrestii
Accounting stands (1959, 1977, 2007) revealed reduction of areas dominated by deciduous species and larch in the State Nature Reserve "Stolby". Area stands of fir and pine increased. Area stands of cedar and spruce didn’t change over the last 50 years. Deciduous stands differs rapid accumulation of stock, but they have productivity lower then conifers. There is a shift in even-aged stands to multiple-aged stands in coniferous formations. They are close to a climax state. Cedars grow on the type of the even-aged stands, because they appeared in the area recently
The article considers the agro-botanical characteristics of pumpkin annual plants – lagenaria ( Lagenaria siceraria (Molina) Standl.) have been consider in article. The task of the analytical study went in search of communication between anatomic-morphological characteristics of plant and use this in the images, the iconography of the cultural traditions of different nation
Human-induced disturbance on water objects was appraised with chemo and biological methods, the results of which are turned out to be comparable
In this article there have been given an analysis of a complex of biochemical signs, usual for cold resistant apple, cherry and plum sorts. There have been found the regularities of variability for different complexes of biochemical signs which is similar for all investigated cultures
The influence of exogenous form of heavy metals intake on their transformation in the soil is determined during the model experiment. Distinctions in quantity of extracted mobile compounds of heavy metals in the soil depending on a form of addition various connections of Cu and Zn are established. The smallest mobility of Cu and Zn at addition of heavy metal oxides is observed. It is established that Cu accumulates mainly in the fraction connected with organic matter, Zn accumulates in residual fraction and in the fraction connected with ferric oxide and manganese oxide by consecutive fractionation technique
