The article describes basic principles and the results of
modeling the business architecture of the company on
the example of the subsystem sales of integrated
corporate structures. As the object of investigation we
have chosen the company called Dinskoy Meatprocessing
complex, which is part of Southern
diversified Corporation. The main artifacts of the
conducted research are: graphical layout of business
processes of a subsystem of the sales made in the
instrumental environment of All Fusion Process
Modeler (BPWin) and developed a model of
decomposition of business processes, a model of
business event, a model for the location of functions
and integration model, and to evaluate the relationship
between the business processes with the strategic
direction of the organization. The source data for the
study were collected by conducting a special survey of
the organization within which the surveys were
conducted, and interviewing of managers and
employees of relevant structures of the research object,
the study of local normative documents, regulations on
departments, job descriptions, etc. The resulting set of
artifacts of business architecture can be used further in
the process of re-engineering business processes,
developing indicators for the effectiveness functions,
business processes, organization, and development of
requirements for the application systems that automate
the processing of data and development of subsequent
domains of enterprise architecture

Key researchers and events in the history of outsourcing are marked out, the existing approaches to definition of the concept of outsourcing, advantage and risks from application of technology of outsourcing are considered. It is established that differences of outsourcing, sub-contraction and cooperation are not in the nature of the functional relations, and in the depth of considered economic terms and phenomena. The exchange rate has direct impact on economy of any
state. Without competent management, it is impossible
to achieve successful functioning of national economy,
which causes the need of studying of the matter. Fluctuations
of an exchange rate depend on market condition.
Therefore, the exchange rate is under influence of a
condition of the balance of payments, a difference of
interest rates in various countries, extent of use of currency
in international payments, speculative currency
transactions and activity of the currency markets, inflation
and many others, considered in this article. Possible
consequences of their influence on exchange rate are
specified, examples are given. Dependence of growth of
the money supply, the monetary base and inflation in
Russia is reflected. The analysis of economic aspects on
which exchange rate renders direct influence, namely,
foreign trade, capital streams, interest rates, business
development, purchasing power of the population,
growth of economy is carried out. The assessment of an
exchange rate of the Russian Federation is carried out.
The following factors have the greatest impact on it:
floating rate of ruble, increase of a rate of refinancing,
oil depreciation, and lack of possibility of refinancing of
external debts. Measures for stabilization of ruble,
among which fixation of currency positions of banks,
increase of control of target use of earlier issued credits,
differentiation of speculative operations from the others,
introduction of a tax of Tobin and introduction of indispensable
conditions of sale of a certain part of revenue
are offered. Realization of these measures will have
positive impact on stabilization of ruble exchange rate
and an economic situation of Russia in general
Conceptual provisions of regional economic science and also experience of many countries with mature market and developing economy demonstrate that long-term sustainable development of the country and its regions substantially is defined by productive use of modern forms of the spatial organization of economy. The essence of spatial potential is shown in total the regional economic potential or resources, innovative, integration and information processes of their development and also enterprise activity and the interests of business community in their use including on the basis of intersubject integration. For more evident illustration of level of differentiation between regions by leaders and regions by outsiders the author gives the results of researches of NIU "Higher School of Economics" conducted by Center of Development Institute stated in the form of the summary index of the regional economic activity (REA) of sectors of economy and federal districts. For achievement of the goal and the solution of problems of spatial development of Russia the author predetermines the choice of the priority directions of public policy of spatial and economic development of the country. The specified progressive directions have to be result of purposeful activities of the state for improvement of the organization of resettlement of inhabitants, placement in the territory of objects of economy, the social sphere, transport, power and other infrastructures, etc.
The most important component of the region's competitiveness is its ability to attract and build up limited resources in the economy in a competitive market, which is also an indispensable condition for the sustainable development of the region's economic system in today's conditions. The development of regional entrepreneurship is correlated with the features of the socio-economic systems of the region. Thus, demographic, social, state regulation and support factors, as well as the availability of resources in the region, have a significant impact on the definition of regional business specifics. For the Russian Federation with its immense length and high heterogeneity of economic space, the most important task in this context is the formation and rational use of progressive forms of innovative activity. With this in mind, a special mechanism is needed that can ensure coordination and cooperation in innovation activities. Such a mechanism is the innovative infrastructure of the region, which provides access to various resources and is itself a potential for economic development. In general, the competitiveness of the region rests on the competitiveness of goods, commodity producers and industries, its ability to produce goods and services that are in demand on the market, both at home and international, target targets for the formation of regional competitiveness include the growth of limited economic resources in the region, the progressive development of the regional economy , maintaining and increasing the share of the regional economy in the national and world markets for goods and services, etc.
