nature and the passage of the adaptation processes in
students. The article presents descriptions of the types of
character carriers which require adjustment assistance
The article deals with agricultural markets through the
prism of art. In the work with the help of pictures of
artists, like the visual information on the history of
agronomy, there were examined questions of
introduction of agricultures in Russia, achieving
selection works with agricultural plants, as well as we
analyzed species diversity of long-bottle lagenaria,
bottle gourd and turbanoforms pumpkin crops.
Experience in this field has been put into the
educational technology as a method of visual sketches
or notes. In this approach, students develop cognitive
function, since there is the collection of information
about the object, in this case of agriculture, its
introduction and spread and the changes that it
undergoes because of the selection. The electronic
database, with 50 works of art from various periods
and performed by artists from different countries have
been developed. Works of art from ancient times to the
present day represent an alternative source of
information about the history of agronomy, crop
introductions and their spread. Systematic collection of
images (iconography) will serve as an invaluable
resource for further research in the history of every
crop, and elements of technology of cultivation of
plants and the preservation of biodiversity

competence development
This article is devoted to the problem of training of
University teachers-psychologists for work with
children with deviant behavior. The situation in
cultural and social life of Russia of the early 21st
century (globalization, technical progress, the advent
of mass culture and large-scale migration processes) is
considered by the author as the basis for reducing the
level of psychological health, the increase of
destructive forms of communication and interaction of
participants of various social groups, increasing on the
background of socio-economic and ethno-cultural
contradictions, the distribution of dependent forms of
behavior, violations of the overall process of
socialization and mainstreaming issues of personal
development as part of vocational education at the
University. The article includes analysis of practical
experience of training teachers-psychologists who are
ready to work with children with deviant behavior in
the regional classic University. The author analyzes
the possibility of organizing the educational process
(the ratio of theoretical and practical forms of training,
different types of practices, the use of various
interactive technologies), conditions of realization of
educational programs and opportunities of a particular
University
The relevance of the article is caused by the necessity
to form the linguacultural competence of foreign
students studying Russian language that corresponds to
the Contemporary didactics of foreign language
teaching. The case (precedent) texts are considered as
one of the main means of linguacultural orientation
used in practices of teaching Russian as a foreign
language. The necessity to study the case (precedent)
texts in this way is defined by its active use in
language and by the presence of cultural component
determining the valuable priorities of Russian vision of
the world. Therefore, the assimilation of case
(precedent) texts as actively used language elements of
Russian culture is the most important principle of
developing the communicative competence.
The aim of this work is the attempt to describe the case
(precedent) texts, acting as key material in the practice
of teaching Russian as a foreign language. The article
reveals the specificity of case (precedent) texts in the
context of national culture, it also identifies and
analyses their formal and semantic features, the
peculiarities of perception of the case (precedent) texts
by foreign students. The researching results of the
peculiarities of the case texts that are used in the
process of studying and teaching Russian as a foreign
language, allow drawing the conclusion that the
efficiency of assimilation of the considered units is
caused by knowledge of their structure and semantics,
by understanding the values, determined by them
The article is devoted to the study of factors of
adaptation of Chinese students to educational
environment of TPU. The goal of this work is to
identify influence of different factors on adaptation of
foreign students studying in Tomsk Polytechnic
University. Various methods of data collection and
analysis are used in the research –an associative
experiment, open-ended questions and observation.
As a result of the associative experiment main factors
of adaptation of foreign students are revealed: interest
in Tomsk, comfortable accommodation, professional
tutors, relationship with peers and Russian language
level. Weather and the need to adjust to new
surroundings negatively influence adaptive capacity.
Analysis of answers to the open-minded questions
has confirmed the results of the associative
experiment. Negative character traits are mentioned
as factors that negatively influence adaptive capacity.
The Russian language is regarded ambivalently by
the Chinese students. It is perceived both as a
negative and as a positive factor by the same
respondents. Many students consider successful
passing of Russian as a Foreign Language Test as
personal success. Therefore, Russian is the most
important factor of adaptation of the Chinese students
in TPU
The work considers the method of sketches or visual
notes which plays a basic role in the development of
training courses. We have focused on the method of
sketches as "a variety of visual notes, consisting of
handwritten text, drawings, diagrams, figurative
elements". For immersion of the student into the
subject area or object of study, the visualization of the
material is an effective technique of knowledge.
Cognitive function is manifested through the ability to
know the object by the image and the further formation
of ideas about the structure of the material being
studied. It is noted, that visual methods and
techniques are especially effective in the first stage of
researches. Then, there is the collection of material,
knowledge of the research object. Types of pumpkins
were the object of research, presented the works of
artists of different periods. The collection consists of
120 images that were collected in the period from 2012
to 2016. In the work, the attempt is made using the
method of visual notes and visual techniques to build
images of plants pumpkins which displayed in art
works of different centuries and interpreted as "a kind
of door" through which we can enter in our area
(introduction history of culture, archaeogenetic,
developmental biology, the history of selection)
In the article, the methods of representation, popularization and propagation of scientific achievements of agronomy in the Soviet period are considered. This topic may be interesting not only as an example of methods for educating young people about the current achievements of agriculture, but also serves as a valuable source of knowledge on the history of agronomy. This article considers the use of such of conveying information as a cartoon. Along with such forms of fine arts as: a poster, textiles, postage stamps and lacquer miniature, a cartoon is an example of data visualization. Having a background of an easy and sometimes jocular narrative, the necessary information is delivered to the viewer. After watching the cartoon, a person who is not previously acquainted with this issue will already have a general idea about it. A specialist, paying attention to details, is able to see and highlight the information necessary for himself, such as history and peculiarities of cultivation of the culture. In this article, as an example, we have considered the Soviet cartoon "Chudesnitsa." It tells about the appearance of corn in our country and the reasons for its sharply increased popularity. The article lists scenes of the cartoon that carry information directly on the history and technologies of agriculture, as well as on the accompanying industry. The effectiveness of this method of information transmission to people of all ages and professions is noted, as well as multitasking of its use in the educational program of specialists
One of the main tasks is the improvement of the
education system, the quality of which depends on the
level of economic development of the country. In
Russia, for more than 10 years there has been a
continuously reformed educational system. This is
due to Russia's accession (in 2003) to the group of
countries – participants of the Bologna Declaration,
involving the convergence and harmonization of
education systems in European countries with the aim
of creating a unified educational space. The article
describes the main positions that are subject to a
quality assessment of education from foreign
universities; we have also revealed the reasons for the
low world rating of Russian universities. At present,
the education system of the country should facilitate
accelerated development of the economy of the state
in the first place. This work reveals the shortcomings
of the main reforms related to the implementation of
CSE in secondary educational institutions, the
bureaucratization of the higher education system that
resulted in time reduction of contact of the work of
students with teachers, and as a result – deterioration
of quality of preparation of graduates. We have also
revealed the causes of the current situation and the
main directions that will contribute to the
development of the education system in Russia. These
areas are the development of: a strategic plan for the
development of higher education; a training system
worthy contingent of higher education institutions; an
effective system of preparation of students and
evaluation of the quality of their knowledge and labor
potential; a system of training for scientificpedagogical
personnel and improving their
qualification; assessment criteria of effectiveness and
ability of educational institutions to provide quality
knowledge
The article is devoted to methods of training
specialists in universities that meet the current
qualification and professional requirements of the
employers. The work formulates requirements to
graduates of educational institutions, which include
not only training high-level, but also personal
qualities, which together allows the graduate to
become a competitive specialist. As a possible
method of preparation of such experts we justified
the introduction of elements of project activity in
educational process of universities. The proposed
nested structure of the typical educational program,
identifies the modules that are part of it, specify the
purposes and functions of each module in the
implementation of the project methods. Advantages
of training in case of realization of scientific design
activities were shown. The use of design methods
within the module of General subjects, organization
and implementation of interdisciplinary modules
design and science and engineering activities are
proposed. We noted the necessity of temporal and
semantic coordination between all modules of the
educational program with the aim of obtaining the
maximum effect from the implementation of project
methods in the educational process. It is proved, that
the implementation of the project activity during
training students not only develop competencies of
educational standard, but also acquire and forming
their own competencies needed for future career. The
conditions of effective implementation of scientificresearch
and design activities within universities
were formulated
