Trade relations are one of the key areas of cooperation
between Russia and the European Union countries.
However, prospects of trade and economic cooperation
development between the countries in conditions of
geopolitical instability have been insufficiently studied,
which explains the relevance of the research topic. In
this work, there are analyzed changes in the structure
of exports and imports of the Russian Federation and
the EU within the period 2009-2014, revealed Russia's
dependence on supplies of food and high-tech
equipment, which are included in the sanctions list.
There was substantiated the expediency of the
accelerated modernization of domestic material base,
active development of innovative environment and
creation of conditions for enhancing public-private
partnership in the investment sphere. Calculation of the
economic and financial losses of the Russian
Federation and the EU because of the sanctions regime
and food embargo showed significant dependence of
the economies of each other. The analysis of the
development tendencies in trade relations between
Russia and the EU has identified the main challenges in
the development of foreign trade between countries:
restriction of opportunities to attract foreign
investment; curbing exports; devaluation of the
national currency and increasing inflation. The main
proposals that can strengthen trade relations between
the EU and Russia are highlighted: the abolition of the
bilateral restrictions; development of a new juridical
framework; establishment within the Federal Assembly
ad hoc committees on the regulation of relations with
the EU in order to specify the main goals and
objectives of the strategic partnership, creation of
conditions for their implementation; speeding up the
adjustment of the Russian legislation to international
standards in the framework of Russia's membership in
WTO
For some of the Eastern countries - Turkey, Iran,
China and Japan - XIX century passed under the sign
of reform. Studying these countries today is important
and relevant. Such an experience could be a tool for
analyzing the reform aspirations of modern mankind,
which is especially valuable for those situations which
are determined by the trend of rapid economic and
technological progress. Hence, there is a certain
increase in interest of turkologists in recent years to
study reforms in Turkey deeply, especially the period
of the so-called "beneficent reforms" ( "Tanzimat-i
hayriye"), which lasted for more than thirty years -
from 1839 to 1876
The problems of warehouse service for the market of fruit and berry products in the Krasnodar region are analyzed in the article. It is established that one of the primary issues of further development in both general crop growing and gardening is providing with the qualitative modern warehouse capable to consider all features of products range. The lack of agricultural producers using own storages which meet high technical production requirements, is that region logistic centers set inflated prices which force producers to sell products at adverse price conditions. Warehousing costs and postharvest processing are so high that storage of production becomes uneconomic in the long-term period. Tendencies and prospects of regional production growth and sale of fruits and berries in interrelation with development of warehouse infrastructure are characterized. Considerable discrepancy of growth rates of the available and entered warehouse infrastructure to the growing regional needs for production of plant growing is observed. First of all the following is connected with reorientation of the region from market import-oriented strategy on import substitution. The measures of the state support of warehouse infrastructure aimed at providing effective development of the market of agri-food products are presented. Factors and the directions of development of warehouse infrastructure of the market of fruit and berry products in the Krasnodar region are revealed, the perspective directions of development of the studied branch are defined. It is necessary to consider growth of efficiency of the applied intensive technologies, activization of investment processes in the form of new methods of warehousing, and also growth of level of automation as a condition of warehouse infrastructure improvement in the Krasnodar region, that will promote decrease in warehouse costs and increase of competitiveness of the organizations

The article gives a brief historical overview of the
development work on the creation of agricultural
robots. We also give characteristics of the market for
robots, with their descriptions since 2002 onwards. The
work presents main problems when creating
agricultural robots, with more detailed features such as
orientation in space using machine vision tools, as well
as video surveillance to identify and recognize the
characteristics of plants. Continuous, panoramicallythree-dimensional
tracking of each plant can be
provided by using a video network, able to distinguish
between separate plants within the field of view of the
cameras, lined up in particularly targeted technological
points. Custom video shooting is possible for
individual plants, with the aim of identifying deviations
in development, degree of maturation, detection of
disease and other technological purposes. It is shown
that positioning and motion control of the technological
trajectory can be carried out using satellite navigation
systems either using ground positioning, including
machine vision and targeting laser, for example pathpointer
or sensor barriers. For detection, identification
and positioning we commonly use satellite navigation
GPS system (mainly for monitoring vehicles and
agricultural units). As well as television and digital
video surveillance and positioning system in real-timeRTLS,
but each of these systems has its limitations.
Network wireless local positioning RFID (Radio-frequency identification) is used for various purposes
in a variety of applications, allowing you to monitor
the location and movement of objects and reliably
identify them both outside and inside the premises. But
none of these systems could possibly accomplish the
task completely. The solution may be sharing the listed
systems. This integration offers opportunities not
