The article describes the modern problem of automatic flame control of industrial installations. The research of this problem is usually begun with the analysis of emergency mode of thermal generating units, divergence of parameters burning processes from accepted value. The most unfavorable factor for trouble-free operation of industrial thermal plants is the cyclical nature of the load changes energy-consuming devices with deep and rapid changes. The paper presents a study of physical factors affecting the stability of combustion in furnaces, the violation of which leads to abnormal flameout. It helps to equip thermal units with effective automatic protection
In order to improve the security of information transfer we have offered one of the possible approaches to modeling process control computer networks with elements of intelligent decision support. We proceed from the graph model of network nodes which are network devices with software control agents, and arcs are logical channels of information exchange between the equipment computer systems. We built an addressless sensing technology which ensures the completeness of monitoring of all network equipment. To classify the computer networks state we provided a method for calculating the values of reliability. Development of signal mismatch triggers the control cycle as a result of which the adjustment of the state of network equipment. For existing tools we proposed adding network control expert system consists of a knowledge base, inference mechanism and means of description and fill in the knowledge base
The anthropogenic interference plays more and more increasing role in modern ecologic paradigm. Adjusting this role to the studied region, it is defined by the socio-economic conditions being formed in our country. The rate of construction in the resort zones of the Krasnodar region is sweepingly rising. In spite of the high therapeutic-recreational capacity of the region, this tendency is leading to the further worsening of the ecological situation. The strengthening of the ecological control in the terms of the present economic crisis is highly urgent when more and more Russians prefer native resorts for their rest and in the first turn - resorts of the Krasnodar region. The condition of the ambient air of some recreation zones of the Krasnodar region has been studied. Methods of atomic-absorbing chromatography and optical emissive spectrometry have been used. It has been shown that the differences in data are mainly determined by the different content of the air impurities depending on the probe selection place. According to the studied data, the ecologically purest places are Krasnaya Polyana and Goryachy Klyuch. Whereas, the content of atmospheric air pollutants in the central districts of the resort towns of Sochi and Goryachy Klyuch exceeds MAC. The comparison of the obtained data with the same data of the city of Krasnodar that had been obtained before allows making a conclusion about the favorable eco-hygienic state of the resort zones of the Krasnodar region. So our investigations authentically prove the existence of the significant differences in the ecological conditions of the city on the one hand and of the resort zones of the Krasnodar region on the other hand

It is noted that the grain commodity market is the
basis of the Russian agro-industrial complex. Earlier
the state support was about $4 billion, in 2016 it is
expected to reach 237 billion rubles (less than $3
billion). Russia's accession to the WTO brought its
farmers more minuses than pluses, less regulation
opportunities, protection of the market. The urgency
of improving the development methodology, development
of practical recommendations for the decision
of efficiency enhancing of the grain market,
increased due to the globalization of socio-economic
processes in the world. Over the last 5 years in the
Krasnodar region state support of agro-industrial
complex amounted to 32 billion rubles ($0.4 billion),
or 1 664 rub/ha ($20/ha) in 2014. Today, once again
the growth of prices for supply of industrial resources
has overcome the growth of prices for production
of agriculture products that seriously has
limited the development of the agro industry. The
authors consider that the success of the grain industry
depends on combination of the following factors:
1) modern equipment and technology; 2) qualified
professionals; 3) state financial support; 4) reasonable
credit resources. Now nobody needs production
at any cost, it necessary to lower the cost of grain, to
get the maximum profit and invest it in modernization
of the enterprise. To increase productivity, to
produce more at a less cost. For producers of grain
it's time to invest in the development of their own
livestock, or they will be late for this growing market. This vector of development will improve the
stability of the grain business and the accompanying
livestock, will reduce the seasonal dependence of
financial flows, reduce unit costs, increase profitability,
competitiveness, expand business, create new
jobs, increase the number of its buyers
The article is devoted to the discussion of the
organization of clinical-statistical studies and
experiments. We have considered the examples of
the application of statistical methods in scientific
medical research. Under the clinical-statistical
research we understand specially organized
collection and analysis of medical data about the
course of disease in patients, research of the
dynamics of objective and subjective indicators of
the state of reaction to these or other therapeutic
effects. We study one, two or more groups of
individuals (patients or healthy), conclusions are
drawn on the whole group, but not for each
individual patient. The purpose of research - to
transfer the conclusions reached for the sample to
the general population, i.e., clinical and statistical
study focused on the production of useful
recommendations concerning those patients who fall
into the field of view of doctors after the end of the
study. There are two main types of research -
prospective and retrospective. The first related to the
analysis of the last patients, the second - to
monitoring the course of their disease in the future.
We have considered typical mistakes in the
organization of clinical-statistical studies. When
planning a research, we usually distinguish the
experimental and control groups, which are identical
or similar in all respects except for the studied
factors (exposure). We discuss the various options
for blind methods and consider the application of
statistical models and methods in scientific medical
research. We have analyzed examples of confidence
estimation of proportion (probability) and the
homogeneity test of probabilities. For statistical
modeling we use the Poisson distribution in the case
of small probability. With its help, we analyze
statistical data on the opisthorchiasis
In the article, results of researches are presented, according to placing of root system of trees of Russian plum Globe on various cloned rootstocks in soil. It is revealed that the most powerfully branched out and deeply getting root system is formed on root of a plant, and also on stocks of Evrica 99 and Kuban 86
Self-regulation of agricultural systems is based upon taking into account the interaction of their components released in variety of species and trophic relations; agricultural systems is diversified in towards a sustainable, productive and strategic development of the systems; one of the most promising areas of diversification of agricultural systems is considered to be an introduction to the practice of combining crops, known in agriculture for a long time, which shows us the nature. The most developed technology for creating combined crops is the practice of creating mixtures and the nature of the relationship between their different components
The food supply has a great influence on the development of animal husbandry. It is its basis. Health of animals, quality and quantity of the made production are dependent not only on the amount of the prepared forages, but also to a greater extent on their quality and balance. The quality of the prepared forages has an impact on their consumption and digestibility. Therefore, the more qualitative the forages are, the higher the level of the productivity of animals is. High level of the organization of the balanced diets reduces costs of forages per unit of production by 1,5-2 times in comparison with unbalanced diets. This fact once again proves the importance and necessity of biologically full-fledged diet of feeding animals. The full-fledged diet should contain the optimal quantity of digestible protein, fodder units and other nutrients. Indeed, owing to full feeding, the productivity of animals increases and the body weight increases as well that, in turn, has a positive impact on the economic condition of the subject. However, rational use of forages requires determination of their quality and energetic and protein nutritiousness. To produce optimum diets in which all above-named criteria are considered, special programs for optimization of diets can be used that allow to provide animals with forages containing all the necessary nutrients at minimum expenses. These programs are based on the methods of linear programming, which lie in finding optimum plans for the problems with linear structure. For the solution of linear programming problems the simplex method is usually used which in a general view means that with the help of a complex of consecutive procedures the solution of a problem that meets an optimality condition is found. In this article, the problem of minimizing the cost of a diet for bulls will be solved with the use of the program named Optim V 2.0
