APPLICATION OF METHODS OF NETWORK PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT IN AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION

The article is devoted to searches of the methods of planning of difficult processes which are most productive and promote creation of absolutely new ways of network planning and management. In the 60th of the XX century works on development of network planning started arising in Russia. They began to be applied in construction and scientific development, and further in other areas of a national economy. Network planning and management on modeling of process by means of the network schedule is organized. It is a set of calculation methods of organized and control actions of planning. For the solution of a task it is necessary to carry out quite large number of various works. In our article we want to study methods of application of network planning on the example of field works of the company called "Zarya". To make the plan of works on implementation of the field works consisting of ten separate researches and operations it is necessary to describe it by means of mathematical model. Such means of the description of projects is the network model. In the article the technique of creation of the network plan of crops of winter wheat of Zarya company is offered. COMPARATIVE DESCRIPTION OF METHODS OF DECISION OF PRODUCTIVE TASK OF LINEAR PROGRAMMING

The article presents the decision of the task of the linear programming. The basic methods of decision of this type of tasks are considered in the article. Every method has been characterized. Modern practice shows that this type of tasks and methods of his decision are widespread. The problem of decision of this type of tasks remains very actual and presently, although development of methods of decision of tasks of optimization got most development in the middle of the twentieth century. This question is important for not only major and shallow concerns and organizations, in industrial situations, but, as well, for all the members of social and economical relations. The example of decision of task of the linear programming is examined in the article; actuality of the studied problem is grounded. Description of each of the applied methods of decision was presented. In connection with wide development of information technologies, a lot of attention has been paid to the decision of task by means of computer calculations. The brought task and the charts illustrate all the importance of the studied problem evidently, on the example of small workshop possessing limited resources. ECONOMIC SECURITY OF A COMPANY: NATURE AND FACTORS

This article is dedicated to the modern problems of economic security of organizations. The subject of research is economic security of a company that is actually a question of the economic science and practice in the changing realities of the activities. The author researches questions of determination of economic security of enterprises by modern Russian scientists which are reduced to three different treatments of the nature of this economic category. The first approach defines economic security based on the availability of threats. The second approach is expressed through the provision of economic security as a condition. The third approach is a symbiosis of the first two. Factors classifications are provided coming from different factorial signs which can be based on the analysis of their display area, effects and as resources of the enterprise. Classification on the basis of the resource approach seems original that allows identifying areas of risk exposure and elements of the economic security of the enterprise. The authors have noted that resources can be personnel, technology, organizational structure, innovation, management, property company; finance companies, etc. All the factors can be divided into qualitative and quantitative which influence to economic security enterprises alike. The potential of resource approach is not disclosed and this is actually a problem of modern economic science

OPTIMIZATION OF FEED RATIONS FOR FATTENING BULLS

The food supply has a great influence on the development of animal husbandry. It is its basis. Health of animals, quality and quantity of the made production are dependent not only on the amount of the prepared forages, but also to a greater extent on their quality and balance. The quality of the prepared forages has an impact on their consumption and digestibility. Therefore, the more qualitative the forages are, the higher the level of the productivity of animals is. High level of the organization of the balanced diets reduces costs of forages per unit of production by 1,5-2 times in comparison with unbalanced diets. This fact once again proves the importance and necessity of biologically full-fledged diet of feeding animals. The full-fledged diet should contain the optimal quantity of digestible protein, fodder units and other nutrients. Indeed, owing to full feeding, the productivity of animals increases and the body weight increases as well that, in turn, has a positive impact on the economic condition of the subject. However, rational use of forages requires determination of their quality and energetic and protein nutritiousness. To produce optimum diets in which all above-named criteria are considered, special programs for optimization of diets can be used that allow to provide animals with forages containing all the necessary nutrients at minimum expenses. These programs are based on the methods of linear programming, which lie in finding optimum plans for the problems with linear structure. For the solution of linear programming problems the simplex method is usually used which in a general view means that with the help of a complex of consecutive procedures the solution of a problem that meets an optimality condition is found. In this article, the problem of minimizing the cost of a diet for bulls will be solved with the use of the program named Optim V 2.0

A diet of a modern man affects the formation of a healthy lifestyle very highly. It supplies the body with the main and irreplaceable nutrients, mineral components and energy. The Russian Federation population surveys, which were carried out by government agencies of the country show us that there is a lack of many nutrients with high nutritional value. Russian market is gradually stuffed with food products which have high nutritional value. For the maintenance of health, active longevity, and for improving their performance, people must consume their organism with all the necessary nutrients. That's why achieving an optimal balance among the nutrients is one of the important question of vital activity. In this article, there were considered optimization approaches to human diet with considering different types of metabolism and maintain weight with using economic and mathematical methods. Also in this article you can find the calculated values of the daily values depending on your calorie eating plan, anthropometric parameters and energy expenditure. We obtained daily value of calories and distributed basic food components- carbohydrates, proteins and fats, and also we calculate the optimal diet for the results of each type of physique - ectomorph, endomorph and mesomorph

PHASE ANALYSIS AS A TOOL OF PREESTIMATED ANALYSIS OF THE ACTIVITY OF A MULTIFUNCTIONAL CENTER

The article is devoted to the phase analysis as a tool preprocessor analysis of a multi-purpose center. Consider the time series of the daily number of requests received on the basis of the phase portraits of these time series. These time series have strong properties of cycles and periodicity. Practice has shown that in modern conditions, for example, for the Russian economy with its instability and financial crises, classical economic theory and statistics, built on linear models, turned out to be unproductive. Overview of approaches and economic-mathematical methods preprocessor analysis of evolutionary economic processes and the corresponding time series allows concluding the following: one versatile, satisfying all the requirements, do not possess the shortcomings of the method of analysis and forecasting does not exist. Each approach and each method has its advantages, disadvantages, limits of use. Most of the known methods of forecasting operate detected in the considered time series properties of cycles and periodicity. SIMPLEX METHOD WITH ARTIFICIAL BASIS

The presented article is devoted to solving problems using the simplex method with artificial basis. Simplex method with artificial basis is used when quite difficult to find initial support program of the initial problem of linear programming, written in canonical form. The presented method is used in the presence of solutions to the system of restrictions and conditions, equations, inequalities and conditions, as well as a transformation table method. The calculation of the system is carried out by introducing artificial variables Ri with the sign of which depends on the type of the optimum, to remove from the basis of these variables are introduced in the last objective function with negative coefficients M that are "mulct" for putting artificial variables. Simplex table, which is made in the process of decision, using the method of artificial basis, called extended. It differs from the conventional in that it comprises two lines of the objective function. In minimization problems - with positive M. Hence, from the original one we have already obtained the new M -problem. If in the optimal solution M-problem has no artificial variables, this decision will be the optimal solution of the original problem. But, if in the optimal solution M-tasks at least one dummy variable is different from zero, the system of constraints of this problem and have inconsistent problem is unsolvable

TRANSPORT PROBLEM AND ITS APPLICATION IN “VICTORIA” COMPANY

The article is devoted to optimization of transport streams. The authors investigate the concept of "optimization of transport streams" and the solution of transport tasks by various methods, revealing the minimum cost of costs of transportation of production. The volume of transport tasks of a measure of industrialization of agriculture steadily increases, thus the volume of transportations as agriculture, and the industrial output delivered to agriculture grows. It is necessary to find the optimum structure of vehicles providing the minimum costs for transportation. This classical transport task has about two tens methods of the decision. In our article we study a route of the movement at which there will be minimum costs of transportation of the production on the example of “Viktoriya”. As sales now is one of the most traditional and significant scopes of information technologies, the emerging market of trade even more often faces problems, concerning automation of information and material streams. A widespread problem of this area is optimization of routes of the movement on delivery of goods. Its decision will allow: to guarantee timely delivery of goods to the customer; to cut fuel consumption; to provide rational use of resources vehicle fleet. USING GAME THEORY IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

The article is devoted to the use of game theory in the educational process. Subject of research is the educational process. The authors have studied the game in normal form where participants are the teacher and the student of the university. Different treatment of the student and the teacher to pass the test are strategies of the players. Construction of a matrix is based on the base of sequence preference on multitude of outcomes. The solution of this task is implemented in two stages: formulation of the problem and solution. As an interim solution the authors considered the winnings of players 1 (the student) and 2 (the teacher). As a final solution is considered the situation satisfying both of players: player 1 (the student) and player 2 (the teacher). The results obtained in this research will help to find ways to improve the educational activity. The actuality of the research is explained with the fact that the institutions of the highest education are trying to participate actively in the development of personality of students nowadays. While effective teaching in the university, there is a paying more attention to this problem. Focusing on the forming of personality in the process of education makes the generation of an orientation mission of every student at the university one of the most important advances
