The article is devoted to the study of social practices
of the handmade and their impact on creative and
professional fulfillment of personality. It deals with
the concept of handmade, its value as a way of leisure
and business in Western countries and in Russia.
Presents the results carried out by the authors of the
sociological research devoted to the study of the
relations of the inhabitants of Krasnodar to manual
production. Based on the analysis of empirical data the
following indicators handmade were pointed:
uniqueness, exclusivity, originality, quality.
Handicrafts opposed to a mass product. This makes
hand-made in demand. Respondents perceive the hand
primarily as a leisure activity, which nevertheless
allows obtaining additional income and contributes to
self-development. Key qualities and competencies that
can be generated in the course of employment in
manual labor were identified. Among them the most
important the respondents considered the disclosure of
creative abilities, creativity, attentiveness, diligence. It
is concluded that under the conditions of modern
Russia, with the existing level of development of
information technologies created sufficient social base
for the development of handmade industry

increase of the resistance of sample to shear
deformation. The shear tests of normally compacted
and overcompacted soils give values of peak strength
at small strains and long-term strength at high. A shear
test with constant strain rate of deformation (CRD)
with continuous recording of resistance encounters
uneven resistance change and the cyclical rate of
change of resistance (RCR). The identification of
cycles of the SIS allowed us to divide the deformation
in each cycle for elastic and inelastic, corresponding to
the ascending and descending branches of cycle. On an

The purpose of the work was to test the winter wheat varieties artificially infected with North-Caucasus brown rust to identify its harmfulness. There was carried out a two-stage testing on two sets (8 and 10) of varieties that differed in their resistance to the pathogen. As a result, there has been identified high brown rust harmfulness in susceptible varieties, which led to a yield decrease from 16.3 to 32.2%. Among the maximum infected varieties, there has been identified the most tolerant variety ‘Tarasovskaya 29’ which, when damaged to 100%, had a minimum yield decrease (less than 10.6%). The poorly susceptible to brown rust varieties reduced their yields from 11.2% to 20.7%. Among them, the variety ‘Spartak’ showed lower rates of a yield decline. Among the five varieties that showed an average brown rust affection, there have been noted various indicators of a yield decrease. The variety ‘Donskaya Yubileynaya’ showed a minimum decrease of a yield and its structural elements under the conditions of artificial infection with brown rust; and together with the variety ‘Tarasovskaya 29’ can be classed to the varieties tolerant to brown rust. When predicting brown rust epiphytoty the susceptible and medium-resistant wheat varieties require obligatory protection with fungicides

of industrial and trade policies of enterprise and by
harmonizing production and sales activities. This article
discusses the nature and content of the concepts of "industrial
policy" and "trade policy", harmonization
methods of industrial and trade policy of enterprises and

characterizing the contemporary economic condition
