HISTORICAL TENDENCIES OF ECONOMIC GLOBALIZATION

abstract 1331709067 issue 133 pp. 883 – 892 30.11.2017 ru 436
In this work, prerequisites of processes of globalization of economies which source, according to authors, is the scientific and technological revolution of the XVIIIXIX century of century are considered. Dissemination of new technologies led to the international labor division, and emergence of information technologies promoted to increase in speed of communications, deleting of economic borders between the countries. A specific place in processes of globalization is held by space technologies by means of which there was a possibility of exchange of information between various consumers and the companies, which are in the different countries and continents. Based on the carriedout analysis, it is revealed that in the conditions of globalization pressure of group of industrially developed countries upon the rest of the world for the purpose of imposing of a certain model of their existence by the rest amplifies. The tool in competition are new technologies which help to drive the national companies out of the local markets. A special role in the course of globalization is played by information and space technologies of communication and broadcasting. Only competitive hi-tech productions focused on perspective technological ways can resist to influence of the international corporations. According to authors, distribution of innovative technologies has to contribute to the uniform development of all countries, formation of the multipolar world, the excluding domination of any country or the international group

REGRESSION MODEL OF RATNIK BARLEY COMBINED PRESOWING PROCESSING BY OPTICAL RADIATION AND CHEMICAL PROTECTANT

abstract 1191605033 issue 119 pp. 466 – 476 31.05.2016 ru 435
The procedure of combined electrooptical processing which allows to disclose the reasonable energy and technological conditions of seeds’ treatment and to define the main factors which influence such seeds’ sowing qualities as: germinating power, germinating ability and length of sprouts is used in this article. Besides, the procedure allows conducting the research of efficiency evaluation of some rational parameters and conditions of treatment which influence their yield characteristics in field conditions. The research task was to obtain the data about the number of spring barley called “Ratnik” shoots and their productivity depending on the number of working volume converter’s lamps (1-6) and on the protectant’ norm percent (1-100). The experiments have been carried out and the data have been obtained for this purpose and the processing of these data has given the regression equation of the second order writing the process with the volumetric graphical interpretation. The rational parameter space of presowing treatment providing maximal germination and crop capacity of barley “Warrior” has been obtained on basis of the diagrams’ analysis. As the growth of germinating ability and crop capacity is observed when the number of working lamps is increased the double spreading at 6 working lamps should be recommended. The concentration of the protectant practically ceases to influent the crop capacity. According to the results of the research there has been drawn a conclusion that preliminary seeds treatment, for the purpose of plant diseases preventing, restrains the germination processes at the initial level. It happens in connection with conditions deterioration of moisture access to seeds which are covered with protectant film. Further processing of treated seeds by optical radiation promotes the growth of germinating ability and length of sprouts compensating negative effect of treatment

MEANS AND METHODS OF INFORMATION SECURITY IN THE ECONOMIC SPHERE

abstract 1191605047 issue 119 pp. 653 – 665 31.05.2016 ru 435
People commit nine out of ten acts of sabotage, one way or another associated with information technologies. According to experts at InfoWatch, developer of systems to protect confidential information from insiders, the reason for this profession lies in the psychological characteristics of these employees. To understand the problem let a couple of real-life examples illustrate the typical traits of professionals in the information environment. In addition, if the first teller did not hide his name, the latter decided to remain anonymous. Deep psychological background of the act of sabotage often leads to the fact that a disgruntled employee threatens boss or coworkers, for example, by e-mail. Sometimes he even shares his thoughts with someone from colleagues. In other words, it is not only the attacker, who knows the information about the planned diversion. Analysts estimate, that in 31% of cases, other people have the information about the plans of the saboteur. Of these, 64% are colleagues, 21% are friends, 14% — family members, and another 14% are allies. In addition, we were able to establish that 62% of corporate saboteurs think about their actions in advance. In 47% of cases, they commit preparatory acts (e.g., theft of confidential data backups). 27% — design and test of the future mechanism of the attack (preparing a logic bomb for the corporate network, additional hidden inputs to the system, etc.). Whilst in 37% of cases of the activity of employees, you may notice: 67% of the preparatory action may be visible online, 11% are visible offline, 22% — both at once

abstract 1241610036 issue 124 pp. 601 – 610 30.12.2016 ru 435
This article considers the organization of neuralnetwork interactions based on models of cellular automata. These models are focused on improving the efficiency of the iterative processes of functioning of neural networks and their learning. The models considered in this article are presented in the form of two-level hierarchical structures. Models of the lower level are defined as "cellular neural element". They are based on formal descriptions of the dynamic neurons with the additional insertion of the state functions and the special procedures of formation of the specified function. Also, we have added special methods for forming patterns of activation functions. The conception of developed models is based on the use of the theory of graphs, theory of neural networks and the mechanism of cellular automata. These models will be used as the basis for software modeling

abstract 1271703075 issue 127 pp. 1075 – 1093 31.03.2017 ru 435
The article defines the exchange in the reproduction process of the place, as well as expanded function of the market as the main institutional forms of organization of exchange relations. It is noted that the integration of economic entities in the sphere of exchange has been carried out within the framework of conducting marketing and supply activities and the consolidation of economic agents' interests within the boundaries of the localized economic spaces of different level; we have also disclosed the contents and functions of supply and marketing activities, considered the feasibility of establishing in the economic entities of different types of units, specializing in the implementation of the functions of logistics and sales, as the basic principles of the organization of supply and marketing activity stand out the principles of planning synchronization, the principle of efficiency, efficiency, centralization and technology. It is stated that the composition and functions of the system supply and marketing activities of business entities are formed under the influence of a set of external and internal factors, and the choice of models for organizing supply and marketing activities significantly affected the quality of the competitive environment as the main factors influencing on the strategy and tactics of supply and marketing activities, highlighted the level of development of the market infrastructure and the level of development of the economic entity; it is argued that the level of complexity of the system supply and marketing activities is determined by the positioning of the business entity in the local markets, the level of competitiveness and development strategy, management system - marketing activity is seen as a complex hierarchical structure, where the main actors are: the state, regional authorities and market agents, rational interaction between the levels which can be achieved only if the optimal combination of the methods of state regulation of the economy and market mechanisms of self-regulation of economic systems at all levels

MECHANIZATION PRODUCTION PROCESSES STRATEGY OF HIGH QUALITY WHEAT GRAIN

abstract 1371803001 issue 137 pp. 1 – 12 30.03.2018 ru 435
The article presents a production system analysis of high-quality winter wheat grain and the problem solution methods based on mechanization production processes strategy through a new generation of equipment and innovative improvement of machine technologies were outlined. Deterioration of grain quality indicators in the country was marked: the proportion of strong wheat is not more than 0.5% of commodity grain resources, and about 80% of exportable parties is wheat of 4...5 classes. Thus, it is possible due to the process mechanization to raise the grain quality. A well-known method of functional-cost analysis was applied to ground machine technological operations, which are the first to be developed in order to improve the wheat quality in the entire technological system, the demand for which is reduced abroad. The basic technological principles of production of high-quality grain were designed. They have three subsystems: the structure of the wheat varieties for the agricultural producer, the previous crops for wheat, features of cultivation technology of valuable varieties on the basis of intelligent manufacturing systems machines. The mechanization of high quality grain production processes was proposed. It can provide engine technology improvement due to rational composition machine-tractor units of new generation. They allow to abandon the outdated usual items of machinery used in their system and dramatically raise labor productivity due to the combination of operations, quality of work, yield and reduce costs. The features of mechanization on harvesting and post-harvest grain refinement are reflected with the aim of improving its quality. Applied to various forms of management, intellectual grain sorting means of mechanization recommended, which contribute to an increase in wheat quality. The impact of "neveika" technology with the completion of the heap at the stationary place on the grain quality improvement was marked

abstract 1211607051 issue 121 pp. 869 – 882 30.09.2016 ru 434
Financial analysis is an integral part of a company activity. Success of the business depends on it. Today to detect financial position of companies we use a complex analysis, which has several weaknesses such as the grounds for manager’s decisions and difficulties in identifying of influence of all indexes. Therefore, we suggest using the method of reference dynamics for systematizing results ranging to the importance degree. This method was founded by I.M.Siroezhin. The main theses will be described in this article later. To examine it in detail the article presents the performed financial analysis of J.C. «Novoroslesexport», which is one of the most important and largest companies in the Black Sea Coast and situated in Russian port Novorossiysk, by means of using of the method of reference dynamics of liquid indexes. In conclusion, the results of this analysis would allow detecting weak spots and follow-up measures for resolving issues

LOGARITHMIC LAW AND EMERGENCE PARAMETER OF CLASSICAL AND QUANTUM SYSTEMS

abstract 1201606110 issue 120 pp. 1659 – 1685 30.06.2016 ru 432
The work discusses various examples of physical systems which state is determined by the logarithmic law - quantum and classical statistical systems and relativistic motion in multidimensional spaces. It was established that the Fermi-Dirac statistics and BoseEinstein-Maxwell-Boltzmann distribution could be described by a single equation, which follows from Einstein's equations for systems with central symmetry. We have built the rate of emergence of classical and quantum systems. The interrelation between statistical and dynamic parameters in supergravity theory in spaces of arbitrary dimension was established. It is shown that the description of the motion of a large number of particles can be reduced to the problem of motion on a hypersphere. Radial motion in this model is reduced to the known distributions of quantum and classical statistics. The model of angular movement is reduced to a system of nonlinear equations describing the interaction of a test particle with sources logarithmic type. The HamiltonJacobi equation was integrated under the most general assumptions in the case of centrally-symmetric metric. The dependence of actions on the system parameters and metrics was found out. It is shown that in the case of fermions the action reaches extremum in fourdimensional space. In the case of bosons there is a local extremum of action in spaces of any dimension
