The essential part of a soil cover of the Republic of Adygea is occupied by gray forest soils. Thus they still remain a little studied, including concerning their resistance to chemical pollution. Contamination of gray forest soils of Adygea with Zn, Cd, Mo, Se causes deterioration of their biological properties. In most cases, the degree of reduction of the values of biological indicators is directly dependent on the concentration of pollutant in the soil. According to the degree of toxicity to the biological properties of the investigated elements form the following sequence: Se > Zn > = Cd > Mo. Biological parameters investigated in research (activity of catalase and dehydrogenase, cellulolytic ability, abundance of bacteria of the genus Azotobacter, radish root length) may be used for purposes of monitoring, diagnosis and regulation of chemical pollution of gray forest soils Zn, Cd, Mo, Se
The model of chaotic behavior of nucleons in nuclei, based on the model of nuclear interactions and the Fermi-Dirac statistics is discussed
The level and nature of the development of small agro-business in the modern Russian economy differs substantially depending on regional specifics. In this context, analysis and compilation of best practices is the development of farming will not only allow revealing the main factors of success, but will also give an opportunity both by farmers and the state authorities to effectively develop this sector. Russian experience in the development of small agro-business has not been well understood; in this context, the analysis of the practice of farming has both theoretical and practical interest. In the article, we present the analysis of management practices of small agricultural enterprises in the regions of Russia. Various forms of marketing of farm products, including the use of agro-franchise and with the use of IT-technologies have been shown
The article analyzes the main factors of the negative
impact of pig farms on the environment, for the
characteristics of which are used criteria such as
emissions of ammonia, methane, nitrous oxide, dust,
loss of nitrogen and phosphorus in manure output, feed
consumption and water consumption, economic
evaluation, capital costs of reducing emissions,
operational cost. The technical level, resource and
energy consumption in the production of pork have
been analyzed in a comparative perspective. The
necessity of implementation of best available
techniques in order to ensure environmentally oriented
production growth has been provided. The importance
of the development of technology selection algorithm
and clarification the basic criteria for the selection has
been emphasized. Also, there was detected the role of
technical regulation for the prevention of excess
pollution. The necessity of a comprehensive approach
was proven for the implementation of NDT in the
framework of environmental and industrial policies.
Implementing NDT will provide the ecological
modernization of pig production, which is confirmed
by the experience of European countries, successfully
implementing the concept of NDT from the 70s of the
twentieth century. At the same time, not only
economic measures should be used (exemption from
pollution charges, grants and subsidies), but also the
administrative tools (based on a valuation of NDT,
integrated permits). Daylight technological regulation
will provide "green" economic growth and will
contribute to solving social and economic problems.
Implementation of the project is not possible without
the exchange of information, the definition of time and
economic characteristics of the implementation of
NDT, comparative analysis and classification
technologies to NDT. In 2017, it has already been
planned to publish the NDT reference "Intensive
breeding of pigs,” while the implementation of best
available technologies will become the basis of
ecological modernization of the industry. The
inclusion of the author to the technical working group
on development of the handbook "Intensive breeding
of pigs" allows to participate on-line in the discussion
of topical issues
The creation of stable agrocenoses requires ensuring a high pollination rate by maintaining a certain number of bee colonies per unit area. In Russia, over the past four years, the number of bee families has decreased to 3.1 million. For the full pollination of the entomophilous crops available in the Russian Federation, more than 7 million bee families are needed. The shortage of bees in Russia led to a massive import of bee packages from Uzbekistan, which significantly reduced the employment and profitability of residents in Russian agriculture. To ensure socio-economic well-being in rural areas, it is necessary to establish the formation of their own bee packages in the early spring. To do this, it is advisable to use instrumental insemination of bees, which allows to increase the productivity of the bee colonies by 25-40% and receive early bee packages with fetal uterus. It is necessary to carry out technical re-equipment of the industry, having established the production of mobile bee pavilions, beehive loaders, and honey pumping complexes. The development of beekeeping due to the manifestation of the multiplier effect will contribute to increasing the efficiency of the entire agricultural sector of the country
In this article we propose a method of determining the share or the significance (weight) of indicators of Beaver and risks R in the portfolio formed by these parameters allowing us to minimize the mean square error evaluating the effectiveness of the portfolio (risk) in the assessment of the financial condition of the companies investigated. The proposed method is the minimization of a quadratic form in variables satisfying lengthy conditions, i.e. the quadratic programming. This technique is implemented using four methods of optimization: analytical method, using built-in function minimization block given, the penalty function method and the gradient method. More so, this technique allows, as shown by the results of the computational experiments, the expert without routine statistical data processing to obtain additional information on the credit worthiness of the investigated enterprise and make a more informed conclusion about its financial condition, which speeds up the decision on granting a loan required by a company. Based on the techniques proposed in this paper, other techniques of assessing the creditworthiness of businesses may be constructed using the results of optimization theory based on well-established applied research methods: Method of evaluating the creditworthiness of Russia, Credit scoring method, the American method, method of Altman and others
In the article we have considered the similarities and the differences between cognitive and in whole intellectual abilities of men and women from the point of view of component’s appraisal of a picture of the world in Russian and English linguistic cultures
In the article we have estimated sorption capacity of sorbents and analyzed the factors influencing it; we have also selected the optimal conditions for the sorption process, depending on the circumstances and nature of the treatment facilities. The possibility of purification of oil-contaminated water from heavy metal ions synthesized inorganic sorbent has been shown
The article covers the basics of reproduction industry based on regional and industry characteristics (for example, the coal industry of the Rostov region). We have also considered the current status of coal mining enterprises and defined their role in the regional economy. We have examined and detailed the three main phases of the concept of long-term program of development of the coal industry till 2030. We have analyzed the first steps of its implementation, which had been not as successful as expected. We have also defined the measures to stabilize the coal industry for the coming year and developed areas of scientific, technical and innovation policy for the further development and promotion of the world market for coal products
In today's economic conditions, a bankruptcy prediction is performed using a methodological analysis apparatus of economic and financial condition of the entities. Methodical provision of financial analysis is a tool that is necessary for the most effective management of financial and economic activities of the organization, industry, and region. The task of predicting bankruptcy as an independent problem originated in developed countries after the Second World War. Our transition to a market economy has made an actual assessment of the financial condition of businesses. As a result, in practice, there are many financial analyses of foreign and domestic procedures. The problem of determining signs of insolvency of the enterprise is very complex. Forecasting of bankruptcy can be made with using various techniques, approaches and methods
