The article deals with problems in the field of
automation of legislative activity of ZSK and contains
offers on their decision. Public authorities and local
governments are faced by tasks of creation of
conditions for improvement of quality of the state and
municipal services, cost reductions on content of the
state machine and increase of efficiency of its
activities with use of modern information
technologies. Implementation of the automated
execution of processes, electronic templates of
documents, electronic drafts of the agenda — all this
can give the chance to move to qualitatively new level
of overall performance
The article is devoted to carrying out problems to
commercial banks of the analysis of external
environment of the functioning. Results of this
analysis must be taken into account in case of
determination of a circle of concerned parties, their
requirements and expectations in a scope of the
quality management system. Also, when forming a

Tendencies of development of a cloud computing in
business are considered in the article, percentage
indicators of development of cloud computing are
presented. Advantages of introduction of cloud
computing in a business area are listed. It's
a fact that cloud computing has theoretically
unlimited scale of existence of data, simplicity of
operation and financial availability of cloud services,
reduction of IT costs. For heads of the companies it is
the prospect of reduction of paper document flow and
a possibility of distant work with data arrays. The
statistics of volume of the Russian market of cloud
services is present. The forecast of development of
the world market of a cloud computing is made.
Advantages of implementation of cloud computing in
the sphere of business are listed; the main of them:
decrease of costs of IT departments, the expensive
equipment and the software. Any agrarian and
industrial company will be able significantly to
reduce not only financial expenses, but also it will be
able competently to redistribute human resources for
more effective work thanks to a cloud computing.
Realization of a cloud program service in 1C is
especially demanded in the Russian market in the
sphere of business of agrarian and industrial complex
because of the financial profitability and acceptable
technical characteristics. Cloud services significantly
help business functioning, simplifying work with
documentation and communication with the external
environment. Examples of application of a cloud
computing on medium and small business are

Justification of the need and the prospects of using controlling in the mechanism of management of a versatile medical center is an actual problem now. The concept of the introduction of controlling, as organizational and methodical complex of support of modernization and management in the field of health care is considered. The analysis of the essence, the tasks and the functions of controlling of medical institution, advantage and possibility of application of controlling in the treatment-and-prophylactic establishment (TAPE) in system of administration is given. Controlling is capable to have an impact on adoption of administrative decisions at the different levels. Applications in a management system of LPT of controlling will allow carrying out the following kinds of activity: to study the parameters of administration and to define the quality of the purpose of medical activity and indicators estimating their result; to define the activity in specialty; to develop information support of the administration; to coordinate the process of planning at the level of intermedical and interdisciplinary interaction; to predict the work of LPU; to develop the structure of the accounting of activity which is rather detailed with the definition of the expenses of the work of LPU; to have an opportunity to estimate the work of LPU at the municipal level and at the level of the subject of the Russian Federation; to develop the unified assessment of the ways and the indicators allowing to compare the results of the administration at all stages of medical activity; to use offers on the basis of the analysis and the assessment of planned and registration data on medical activity and to be guided by them when making administrative decisions at various levels of management
The concept of the bank of the future is offered in
this article and ways of overcoming risks in bank are
considered. Criteria for evaluation of activity of bank
of the future are marked out. The conceptual model
of the bank of the future is directed to a prediction of
client's wish and the timely offer to him necessary
configured for him services, which will promote
increase of client’s loyalty. Risk card is created for
the bank of the future; it contains groups of
management tools by credit risks and groups of
management tools by credit risks for the loan
portfolio. It's a fact that for overcoming risks in bank
it is required to construct effective system risk –
management, which contains the independent
element - control over accomplishment of planned
activities, the analysis and assessment of results of
the chosen risk decision. Management of business
reputation through risk control become one of the
important element of functioning of bank, being not
only a basis of increase in reputation in the opinion of
partners, contractors and clients, but also a basis of
improvement of financial and economic indicators. It
is necessary for efficiency of functioning of banks in
Russia: financing of the innovative information
technologies, which are applied in banks;
employment of qualified personnel and
corresponding equipment; application of the latest
scientific advances, which are included in process of

The article defines the feature of marketing activity focused on the future, in which the two sides are interested: producers and consumers. Five concepts of a resolution of conflict of interests of the company and clients are established. The essence and the content of marketing in corporation are considered, the plan of organization of the trade - marketing events in corporation is offered. On the basis of market research it is recommended to conduct local events with mechanisms aimed at final customer in the point of sale, on increasing the presence of the products of key customers in the point of sale in various formats: additional space sales, bandling or a gift for a purchase, discount or flyer
In the article, we show the need of improvement of
quality of the public and municipal services and level
of satisfaction of the population. It is proved that
development of electronic public and municipal
services is an important component of increase in
effectiveness of control, development of economy
and the social sphere and formation of digital
economy. Development of the social sphere, the
system of public administration, interaction of
citizens and the state is possible only using
information and communication technologies. It is
probed: development of technologies of electronic
interaction of citizens, organizations, public
authorities and local government; application in
public authorities of Russia of the new technologies
providing improvement of quality of public
administration; enhancement of mechanisms of
electronic democracy. There is a need of lowering of
duplicating of expenditures on development of
electronic public services and portals. Formation of
information space taking into account needs of
citizens and society for obtaining qualitative and
authentic data, use of infrastructure of the electronic
government will change idea of rendering the public
and municipal services for citizens and will give the
following opportunities: one access point to federal
and regional services; convenient search and
addressing directories; a private office with complete
history of operations, addresses and correspondences;
legally significant notification messages from the
state; interactive informers on penalties and debts; the
modern interface with a complete support of mobile
use; the help and support for consultation in
extraordinary situations; independent control of
services and content
The article proposes a solution of the problem of
increasing the efficiency of social management of
authorities. The unique project in the Russian
Federation - creation of the government information
system with the database about orphan children and
their needs is considered. The information system
consists of storage, data processing and
implementation of function of the operator of
movement of waiting list for receiving housing.
Step-by-step actions for formation of municipal
specialized amount of housing are defined. The
innovative model of implementation of the program
for provision of housing for orphan children, children
without parental support, and persons from their
number is developed. The independent choice of this
category of citizens, the place and type of the housing
is the base of this model. Implementation of this
innovative concept provides openness and
transparency of the government services, allows
reducing expenses of municipal, regional and federal
budgets. The presented model of realization of
actions of the organization of social service of the
population allows fully satisfying needs of the
population for certain quality social services. The
innovative model is effective and it allows to reduce
costs of implementation of the project and to satisfy
needs of this category of citizens. Importance of
information modernization of work of authorities is
considered on the example of the government
information system
