PROVIDING WITH INFORMATION, KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENT PERSONNEL - THE MAIN FACTORS OF SUCCESS OF A MODERN ORGANIZATION

The main factors of success of the modern organization, which are defined in this article - information, knowledge, competent personnel. The signs of classification of information streams in the organization are selected. It is proved that information which is available in turnover of the organization is important for effective activity of the organization, realization of its purposes and tasks. Administrative process is impossible without reliable and objective information, as information is a basis of the solution of all administrative tasks. Requirements to administrative information are defined. The main interrelations of use of knowledge in the organization on the foundation of basic competences are established. Work with innovations in a personnel management system is described. The role of personnel in creation of the competitive organization is investigated. Innovative platforms are determined by an effective way of increase in activity of personnel. The innovative control system of personnel from the point of view of introduction of innovations in activity of personnel is a main purpose of such system. The innovative system promotes providing the organizations by personnel, which constantly generate the ideas for the benefit of firm, effective use of their intellectual capital, professional and social development of personnel for the benefit of workers, the organizations and societies. THE INTERNET AS THE EFFECTIVE FEEDBACK CHANNEL WITH THE CLIENT IN THE AGRO-INDUSTRIAL SECTOR OF ECONOMY

The article deals with trends of development of the banking sector in agro-industrial sector of economy. It is confirmed that the Internet is a source of information not only about the client, but also information about bank, about problem points of its growth. It is important that the bank was able to hear the client, to change and to be responsible for the mistakes. Important elements of feedback are considered. The analysis of distribution of appeals on channels of receipt is carried out. Important principles of work with client on the Internet are determined: openness and simplicity in work with client; speed of reaction to publications; lack of tough speech scripts; universality of specialists; individual approach; innovation; management of flows of feedbacks; promotion. The discount is provided for a feedback of any tonality, it is gratitude to the customer for the time which he doesn't regret for writing of feedback about the company. The department of client service will be able to react to complaints of any tonality and to work with client appeals of arriving from any sources such as phone calls in call center, written complaints, and responses from the website of the company because client feedback through Internet resources as a source of customer information and work of bank is important

DEVELOPMENT OF SYSTEM OF PROVIDING ELECTRONIC PUBLIC AND MUNICIPAL SERVICES WITH USE OF MULTIREGIONALITY

In the article, we show the need of improvement of quality of the public and municipal services and level of satisfaction of the population. It is proved that development of electronic public and municipal services is an important component of increase in effectiveness of control, development of economy and the social sphere and formation of digital economy. Development of the social sphere, the system of public administration, interaction of citizens and the state is possible only using information and communication technologies. It is probed: development of technologies of electronic interaction of citizens, organizations, public authorities and local government; application in public authorities of Russia of the new technologies providing improvement of quality of public administration; enhancement of mechanisms of electronic democracy. There is a need of lowering of duplicating of expenditures on development of electronic public services and portals. Formation of information space taking into account needs of citizens and society for obtaining qualitative and authentic data, use of infrastructure of the electronic government will change idea of rendering the public and municipal services for citizens and will give the following opportunities: one access point to federal and regional services; convenient search and addressing directories; a private office with complete history of operations, addresses and correspondences; legally significant notification messages from the state; interactive informers on penalties and debts; the modern interface with a complete support of mobile use; the help and support for consultation in extraordinary situations; independent control of services and content

Tendencies of development of a cloud computing in business are considered in the article, percentage indicators of development of cloud computing are presented. Advantages of introduction of cloud computing in a business area are listed. It's a fact that cloud computing has theoretically unlimited scale of existence of data, simplicity of operation and financial availability of cloud services, reduction of IT costs. For heads of the companies it is the prospect of reduction of paper document flow and a possibility of distant work with data arrays. The statistics of volume of the Russian market of cloud services is present. The forecast of development of the world market of a cloud computing is made. Advantages of implementation of cloud computing in the sphere of business are listed; the main of them: decrease of costs of IT departments, the expensive equipment and the software. Any agrarian and industrial company will be able significantly to reduce not only financial expenses, but also it will be able competently to redistribute human resources for more effective work thanks to a cloud computing. Realization of a cloud program service in 1C is especially demanded in the Russian market in the sphere of business of agrarian and industrial complex because of the financial profitability and acceptable technical characteristics. Cloud services significantly help business functioning, simplifying work with documentation and communication with the external environment. Examples of application of a cloud computing on medium and small business are presented in the article

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES AS MEANS OF INFORMATION PROCESSING AND AUTOMATION OF BUSINESS PROCESSES IN LARGE CORPORATIONS

This article is devoted to problems of interaction of divisions of large corporation, features of automation of business processes. The example of the developed algorithm of loading of the document is given. The article shows the operation of introduction of software of automation in processing of documents of business process. The developed software carries out four main processes: verification of data; correction in the file of technical mistakes; loading of the file in a portal and the notification of responsible experts department of marketing communications. This software solution supports function of unloading of the reports reflecting all perfect actions of employees with the document. This allows head managers to possess always actual information, and understand at what stage of start of the advertizing company the document is. Automation of business processes will provide high-quality performance of process at an optimum level

GOVERNMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS AS A WAY OF INCREASING THE EFFICIENCY OF SOCIAL MANAGEMENT AND OPTIMIZATION OF WORK OF AUTHORITIES

The article proposes a solution of the problem of increasing the efficiency of social management of authorities. The unique project in the Russian Federation - creation of the government information system with the database about orphan children and their needs is considered. The information system consists of storage, data processing and implementation of function of the operator of movement of waiting list for receiving housing. Step-by-step actions for formation of municipal specialized amount of housing are defined. The innovative model of implementation of the program for provision of housing for orphan children, children without parental support, and persons from their number is developed. The independent choice of this category of citizens, the place and type of the housing is the base of this model. Implementation of this innovative concept provides openness and transparency of the government services, allows reducing expenses of municipal, regional and federal budgets. The presented model of realization of actions of the organization of social service of the population allows fully satisfying needs of the population for certain quality social services. The innovative model is effective and it allows to reduce costs of implementation of the project and to satisfy needs of this category of citizens. Importance of information modernization of work of authorities is considered on the example of the government information system

The concept of the bank of the future is offered in this article and ways of overcoming risks in bank are considered. Criteria for evaluation of activity of bank of the future are marked out. The conceptual model of the bank of the future is directed to a prediction of client's wish and the timely offer to him necessary configured for him services, which will promote increase of client’s loyalty. Risk card is created for the bank of the future; it contains groups of management tools by credit risks and groups of management tools by credit risks for the loan portfolio. It's a fact that for overcoming risks in bank it is required to construct effective system risk – management, which contains the independent element - control over accomplishment of planned activities, the analysis and assessment of results of the chosen risk decision. Management of business reputation through risk control become one of the important element of functioning of bank, being not only a basis of increase in reputation in the opinion of partners, contractors and clients, but also a basis of improvement of financial and economic indicators.
