The results of existing system models of Transport and Road Complex (TRC) are given and the necessity to overcome their incompleteness is substantiated making use of elements reflecting their social and economic origin as well as the influence of developing infrastructure of TRC, with many services provided and consumed in public and private sectors of economy.
