GROWING DOMINANT SPECIES OF MICROALGAE IN NORTH EASTERN BLACK SEA

abstract 0931309035 issue 93 pp. 526 – 539 30.11.2013 ru 1382
In this article we present data on the effect of addition of mineral nutrition elements in the structure of the phytoplankton community in the north-eastern part of the Black Sea in the different seasons. Experimental studies have shown that the increase in biomass of microalgae occurs at the simultaneous addition of nitrogen and phosphorus in the accumulative cultures. In the spring can get biomass Emiliania huxleyi, P.pseudodelicatissima, Chaetoceros curvisetus and Skeletonema costatum, in the summer – E. huxleyi, C. curvisetus, P.pseudodelicatissima, S.costatum, Thalassionema nitzschioides, Leptocylindrus danicus, Dactyliosolen fragilissimus, Proboscia alata, Pseudosolenia calcar-avis, in the autumn - C. curvisetus, S.costatum, Th. nitzschioides, L. danicus, D. fragilissimus

BIOTECHNOLOGY OF TRICHODERMA-BASED FEED ADDITIVE WITH CELLULOLYTIC PROPERTIES

abstract 0931309078 issue 93 pp. 1146 – 1164 30.11.2013 ru 1669
In the work, we have presented the information of elaboration of a manufacturing process of Mycocel feed additive with the cellulolytic activity for poul-try industry. Manufacturing process includes follow-ing steps: stock culture maintenance and storage of Trichoderma lignorum 81-17, growing fluid culture of microscopic fungus in sucrose yeast extract me-dium, feed additive with cellulolytic properties out-put and quality control, packaging, storage and disposal of waste. We have shown that the Mycocel is non-toxic feed additive for protozoa and warm-blooded animals (laboratory mice and quails). This study demonstrated total population livability in the experimental group with feed additive. Quail body-weight of experimental group was higher by 6% as compared to the control and feed consumption per 1 kg of live weight of bird was 3,58 kg, 7,5% lower than the control

FUNCTION FEED ADDITIVE OF CAROTE-NOID VEGETABLE RAW MATERIALS FOR POULTRY

abstract 0931309079 issue 93 pp. 1165 – 1184 30.11.2013 ru 1346
The article is concerned with the use of functional feed additives from pumpkin fruits and alfalfa juice for the poultry industry. In the study of laying hen it has been found that the use of a feed additive in-creased pumpkin paste content in serum and egg yolk carotenoids is more than two times, and the concentration of vitamin A in these tissues increased slightly, not exceeding 20%. Livability and productivity of poultry increased and average expendable fodder per head per day decreased. Economic calculation showed that the use of pumpkin paste reduces the cost of production of eggs. The use of alfalfa juice coagulates in diets for broiler chickens resulted in an increase in the concentration of carotene in the liver by 22,7-46,8% relative to control. The juice addition also increased the content of vitamin A in the liver by 27.9%, increase the safety and efficiency of the bird. The authors draw certain conclusions from experiment results that the use of functional additives in poultry from the fruit of pumpkin and alfalfa juice is an alternative to synthetic vitamin preparations and produce a more environmentally friendly products

EFFECT OF POLLUTION OF ORDINARY BLACK SOIL WITH LEAD AND OIL ON THE NUMBER AND COMPOSITION OF MICROARTHROPODS

abstract 0931309080 issue 93 pp. 1185 – 1194 30.11.2013 ru 1486
The number of microarthropods in the black soil de-creased with an increase in the number of oil. The same pattern was observed until a certain concentra-tion of lead in soil (von 250 mg / kg), after which high doses (500 and 1000 mg / kg) was recorded an in-crease in the number of microarthropods. Gamasid mites and ticks of akaroid-trombidiform complex have proven more resistant to lead, and armored mites and springtails - to oil, vise versa

COMPARATIVE CHARACTERISTICS OF STABILITY OF VARIOUS TYPES OF SOUTHERN RUSSIA’S SOILS TO COMBINE CONTAMINATION

abstract 0931309081 issue 93 pp. 1195 – 1204 30.11.2013 ru 1358
The main contribution to the soil biological properties change in the combined pollution with lead and an alternating magnetic field makes lead pollution. Contribution of the interaction of factors of 20-30%. The contribution of the alternating field was insignificant or unreliable. Black soil and brown forest soils are similar in degree of resistance to the combined pollution. Grey sands have less stability

CURRENT STATUS AND PROSPECTS OF MANAGEMENT IN AGRARIAN SECTOR THE STAVROPOL REGION

abstract 0931309107 issue 93 pp. 1542 – 1553 30.11.2013 ru 1305
Currently, when solving the problem of greening it is addressed to the technical and technological capabilities. These means can achieve some improvement of the environment in a particular region, but they are not enough to solve the problem of pollution in the whole country and the world. The problem in general can be solved only through an integrated analysis of the set of economic and ecological processes, which makes it possible not only to improve the development, but also to manage the process of impacts on the environment itself
