The article presents results of the study of lavender reproduction (Lavandula angustifolia Mill) with methods of generative reproduction (seeds), vegetative reproduction (cutting, layening, divide of buch), clonal microreproduction using the culture in vitro.
The method of cloned microreproduction based on the culture of the isolated meristems which provides genetic identity of regenerated plants to initial forms and high coefficients of reproduction, improvement of landing material from fungal and bacterial infection, and also release from viruses at a combination with methods of thermotherapy and a chemotherapy is the most effective for the solution of objectives of seed farming of a lavender. As a material for carrying out researches we had plants of lavender (Lavandula angustifolia Mill), Sineva sorts, Stepnaya and perspective selection samples 337-9 and 310-17. Apical meristems 0,2-1,0 mm high isolated from top and axilary buds of a stalk of annual plants have been used as explant. Murasige and Skuga (MS) used as a basic nutrient medium for cultivation of the isolated meristems. Explants have been cultivated in the cultural room with 25-26 0C - temperature, lighting – 2-3 lx, relative humidity – 60-70%. It has been established that both April and October are the best month for isolation of meristems correspond calendar to phases of spring and autumn growth at the lavender donor plants and that optimum is an agar nutrient medium of MS, added with kinetin (1,0 mg/l) and GC (1,0 mg/l); frequency of regeneration of all studied genotypes was 90,0-100,0 %. Feature of morphogenesis of lavender meristems in vitro culture was already at the first stage of clonal microreproduction as there was a multiple shoot formation. Studying of features of development of lavender microplants during ten passages also was carried out, as the level of stability of regeneration processes throughout several cycles of a miсrograftage is one of important factors on which efficiency of microreproduction depends. We have also shown, that the efficiency of reproduction remains at the stable level of the sort named Sineva and sample #337-9 to the 8th passage (1:7,77-12,45 and 1:7,60-11,85 respectively), at the variety called Stepnaya - to the 7th passage (1:6,10-11,81), at the sample #310-17 - to the 6th passage (1:6,17-8,37)

The research results on regeneration activity of
wilding cuttings of phylloxeraresistant varieties of
grapes influenced by heteroauxin treatment are
analysed in the article. The preliminary studies were
held in All-Russian research institute of viticulture
and wine-making of Ya.I. Potapenko using cuttings of
3 grape varieties – Berlandieri x Riparia Cober 5bb,
Riparia x Rupestris 101-14 and Berlandieri x Riparia
CO-4. The cuttings were soaked during 48 hours in
0,005 % heteroauxin and were implanted in sand in
adjustable conditions of temperature, humidity and
aeration. In 2012-2013 experiments were continued in
Kuban State Agrarian University. The varieties
Gravesak, RSB and Berlandieri x Riparia Teleki 5C
were added to the experiment. Three-items buds were
shooted in damp steamed sawdust in a film hothouse.
In preliminary researches application of heteroauxin
has allowed to increase root-growing by 20,3-40,0 %.
The greatest increase of root-growing (40 %) was
observed on variety СО-4, that is characterized by the
weakest potential rhizogenesis activity, and the least
(20,3 %) on control variety Cober 5 bb. Next
researches show that treatment of cuttings basal ends
by 0,01 % heteroauxin activated their regeneration
process, that was expressed in: increase in sprouts
length – variety 5 C, 101-14 and Gravesak by 23,1-
157,6 %; increasing of cuttings root-growing from
16,7 % on variety 5C to 60,0 % on variety Cober 5 bb,
the quantity of cuttings with not fewer of 3 roots from
accordingly 13,0 % to 54,7 %; increasing of roots
from 0,7 on variety СО-4 to 2,7 on variety 101-14 or
in 1,7-2,7 times. The application of heteroauxin on
variety RSB did not show positive results, because of
the variety peculiarities

In the Southern Federal University on the genetic basis
of sunflower inbred line 3629, a collection of plastid
mutants with varying degrees of chlorophyll
deficiency was created by inducing Nnitrosomethylurea.
Chlorophyll content was associated
with their photosynthetic activity. It was found that the
lower the chlorophylls content in mutant plastids, the
lower the sugar concentration in plant tissues. For
example, during the entire period of plant growth for
whites (1.0-3.0 % chlorophylls a+b from control) var-
10, var-17 and yellows (6.0-9.5 % chlorophylls a+b
from control) var-29, var-33 leaf areas of variegated
mutants depending on the development phase and the
content of green pigments are characterized by a low
(2-7 fold) sugar content. Yellow-green (75.5%
chlorophylls a + b from control) leaves of en:chlorina-
7 contain a higher level of carbohydrates, although it is
1.5-2 fold lower than at line 3629. Monosaccharides
are products of hydrolytic reactions catalyzed by β-
glycosidases. It was shown, that the activity level of β-
galactosidase and β-glucosidase exceeded the
corresponding indicators of the control at 1.5-2 and 2-7
fold, respectively. Similarly to enzymes from the
water-soluble fraction, membrane-bound β-
glycosidases also showed increased activity in the
leaves of the investigated mutants, compared to the
control green plants of 3629. Consequently, the
activity of β-glycosidases increases dramatically in
leaf tissues with deficiency of photosynthetic. Thus,
chlorophyll mutations can lead to a change in the
expression of nuclear genes, resulting in a significant
increase in the activity of β-glycosidases in the mutant organelles themselves
