TECHNOLOGY FOR THE PREPARATION OF LIVESTOCK WASTEWATER FOR IRRIGATION OF AGRICULTURAL CROPS

In the article the authors propose various techniques for the preparation of livestock waste for agricultural use, particularly for irrigation. We have considered resource-saving environmentally safe technology for processing livestock waste pig farms based on the use of the reagent preparation phosphogypsum – residuals of phosphoric acid and fertilizers. The technology was tested and endorsed at the operating company LLC "Aksai field" of the Rostov region. Also based on this technology, we have offered the following technical solution: livestock wastewater is exposed to the vortex field with movable ferromagnetic particles, which contributes to more complete disinfecting effect. Further improvement of the technological scheme of training for livestock waste allowed to get more modern technical solution, including sewage treatment acidifying reagent is a suspension of phosphogypsum and slightly basic by oxychloride brand Aqua-Aurat. With the aim of reducing the cost and simplifying the technology of training we offered using a reagent, obtained from natural raw materials - silica-coagulant on the basis of nepheline instead of the low-base oxychloride brand Aqua-AuraTM. Aluminosilicate coagulant on the basis of nepheline may be used at high values of COD up to 2000 mg O/l and TBOD to 1500 mg O/l, which is a limitation for the use of such coagulants in the preparation of livestock wastewater pig farms. TECHNOLOGY OF POWDERED FOOD ADDITIVES

In recent years, the problem of deficiency of biologically active substances in a number of food products has arisen. This is due to a deterioration in the quality of seed and planting material and, accordingly, a decrease in the content of BAS in the cultivated fruit and vegetable raw materials. In this regard, processing companies are forced to fill the lack of vitamins and dyes with synthetic components. The aim of the research is to obtain concentrated food additives from domestic plant raw materials. To achieve this goal, the tasks of obtaining powders from fruits and berries are solved with maximum preservation of BAS of the raw material during drying. High-quality powders from fruits and berries are obtained by cryogenic technology, using liquid nitrogen at one or several stages of the process. As intermediate results of the research, the paper presents materials on the dispersion composition of cryopowders and the solubility of their various fractions in aqueous media. The technology of obtaining and using powdered food additives from fruits and berries, ground in liquid nitrogen, has been approved. The comparative characteristics of the composition cryopowders from apricot, sea-buckthorn, pumpkin, feijoa and persimmon are given. The results of the studies confirmed the expediency of using cryopowders from fruits and berries to enrich various food products

The article examines the issues of increasing the efficiency of the system of technical operation of mobile agricultural machinery by means of monitoring the state of units and aggregates of the latter through diagnostics. The problems of complex diagnostics of diesel fuel equipment are investigated. The urgency of diagnosing a fuel injection pump without dismantling from the engine is shown from technical, economic and environmental points of view. The effect of operational malfunctions of some devices of fuel equipment on parameters of its operation as a whole is analyzed. On the basis of the analysis of diagnostic devices application, their grouping is suggested. The parameters to be studied in connection with peculiarities to decide whether it is possible to estimate the technical state of the fuel injection pump without dismantling from the internal combustion engine are indicated. Based on peculiarities of the fuel injection pump technical state estimation, a research program is developed and the results of the research are presented. Specific features of testing the fuel injection pump are indicated. Analysis of the results of the research shows that a smaller error in the change of the cyclic fuel feed rates supplied by the fuel injection sections takes place at the engine speed corresponding to the indicated power. The conclusion is made that the presented research results can be used as a basis for developing a technique (technology) for diagnosing the fuel injection pump without dismantling from the internal combustion engine
