THE EVALUATING EFFECTIVENESS OF BY-PRODUCTS AND PLANT COMPONENTS IN THE TECHNOLOGY OF DOUGH HALF-STUFF

abstract 1101506005 issue 110 pp. 86 – 95 30.06.2015 ru 1048
The article contains the estimation of effectiveness in the use of by-products, cameline-seed oil and amaranth flour in the meat by-products in the dough. By-products were used for the purpose of the expansion of the assortment of the meat semi-finished products in the dough. Amaranth flour was introduced for the purpose of an improvement in the organoleptic and functional- technological characteristics of the stuffing and an increase in the quantity of protein. Cameline-seed oil was added for the purpose of the enrichment of product by omega- acids. As the experimental models we have made pelmeni (ravioli), the relationship of dough and stuffing in which comprised 1:1. In the prototypes the flour from the amaranth was introduced in quantity 5, 10 and 15%. Cameline-seed oil was introduced in quantity 2%. Models with the amaranth flour in quantity 5% had the smaller output of product and the insufficient moisture-binding ability. Models with the content of flour from the amaranth in quantity 15% had the strong smell of plant component. Experimental model with a quantity of amaranth flour 10% on the organoleptic characteristic proved to be best, and there composition was acknowledged most optimum. The studies of the experimental models of meat semi-finished products in the dough showed that the use of amaranth flour contributes to an increase in the moisture-binding ability of stuffing, to an increase in the output of product, to an increase in the content of protein and irreplaceable amino acids. According to the results of all conducted studies is made the conclusion that flour amaranth can be used as the moisture-binding component for making of meat semi-finished products in the dough

THE EXPERIENCE OF NON-STANDARD DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION METHODS FOR THE FOUNDATIONS OF HIGH-RISE BUILDINGS IN SEISMIC REGIONS

abstract 1251701043 issue 125 pp. 623 – 657 31.01.2017 ru 523
Due to the mass construction activity during the recent years, many multistoried buildings with different height, shape and function have been built. Very often, such buildings are located on territories with very complicated subsoil conditions, which cause considerable total and differential subsoil displacements. Reachable variety of settlement calculation methods performs wide difference between achieved results. Thus the data of the geotechnical monitoring is very important for practical and scientific issues

THE EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH RESULTS OF WORKING INDICATORS FOR MTU ON THE BASIS OF THE 1,4 CLASS WITH ELASTIC DAMPING MECHANISM IN TRANSMISSION

abstract 1121508043 issue 112 pp. 591 – 603 30.10.2015 ru 1031
The article deals with the study of the influence of the elastic damping mechanism (EDM) on the operability index for arable MTU on the basis of the 1,4 class tractor. The elastic damping mechanism was designed in order to smooth the aggregate starting, to reduce the dynamic load in transmission, to protect the engine from the external load vibration. The experimental results that were obtained while full-scale field studies of serial and test (containing EDM in transmission) machines are given in the article. Various oscillograms are analyzed: torque on the axis of tractor's driving wheel, tractive effort, the speed of the driving wheel, angular velocity of engine shaft and haulage. The mass-spectrum analysis was carried out to study the tractor characteristics in time more thoroughly. Such analysis allows to evaluate qualitatively the EDM influence. The normalized autocorrelation function and spectrum density of variation in time are studied in details for the following MTU characteristics: the wheel torque, haulage and tractive effort. These characteristics were compared with analogous characteristics for serial MTU model. The obtained results confirm that the EDM use in the tractor transmission has a positive effect on the functional MTU indexes. Obtained data can be used in mathematical modeling of MTU functioning

THE FILLING PILE SETTLEMENT PROCESS INVESTIGATION

abstract 0901306009 issue 90 pp. 115 – 134 30.06.2013 ru 1845
The filling piles and their joint work with soil are the objects of research. The joint working of filling piles and soil has been researched with the constant rate of loading (CRL) and the continuous measuring of deformations of physical model. The experiment was realized at the physical model of filling pile in soil with the apparatus AKP-6NM. The hypothesis of mechanical working of near-pile soil was proposed as the result of the experiment

THE FINISHING CLEANUP AND STRENGTHENING PROCESSING OF AGRICULTURAL PURPOSE CARS DETAILS

abstract 1261702025 issue 126 pp. 327 – 342 28.02.2017 ru 319
Results of engineering and scientific search of improvement of resource-saving machine technologies of finishing and cleanup processing of cars details, development of new camps and technologies are presented. The possibility of low-frequency fluctuations with big amplitude can be implemented due to assembling flat or curvilinear elements on external surfaces of the relative screw reel. The use of computer modeling enabled us to obtain a relative screw drum that provides not only giving movement to loading masses with a big fluctuations amplitude, but also compression of loading masses in the process of their motion from loading to unloading. In such machines increase in processing efficiency is reached not only due to achievement of great movement amplitudes values of the loading masses, but also at the cost of compression of loading masses in processing and intensity increase of their mixing. The scheme of the machine for continuous processing with mechanization of separation of details from working environments particles is provided. Results of researches of quality and surfaces micro hardness change processed in the offered machines designs show that details processing time makes 3-6 min

THE FUNDAMENTALS OF CALCULATION OF INDEXES OF PROBABILITY OF NO-FAILURE OF HIGH-VOLTAGE ELEMENTS OF THE ELECTRICAL NETWORK

abstract 1281704046 issue 128 pp. 625 – 636 28.04.2017 ru 448
The article deals with the reliability of the functioning of the equipment of the power supply substation, and the determination of the probability of uninterrupted supply of electricity to consumers. The following are presented: models of failures of separators, models of short-circuit failures, models of failures of disconnectors. Two statistical series for sudden and gradual failures are singled out. The reliability theory is shown as the main distribution of fail-safe time for sudden failures. The conclusions on the presented models are made and the suggestions on introduction into production are given. According to the presented models, it is possible to judge the reliability of the station's operation, which is necessary for implementing measures to improve the reliability of electricity supply in network companies
