The authors have developed and manufactured a large
number of different designs of relative helical drums
for mixing animal feed. We have conducted 749 field
experiments with the drums of the 10 different designs
with different parameters modes of operation. In all
experiments, we measured the quality of the feed mixture.
However, directly based on empirical data, rational
choice of design features and parameters of the
operation modes of the reels is not possible. For this,
you must first develop a model reflecting these empirical
data. The construction of meaningful analytical
models of different types of drums is a difficult and
demanding scientific task, the complexity of which is
due to the large variety and complexity of forms of
drums and their mode of usage, a large number of diverse
physical factors affecting the processes in the
drum. As a consequence, the development of analytical
models associated with a large number of simplifying
assumptions that reduce their versatility and reliability.
Therefore, it is important to search of a mathematical
method and software tools provide a quick and simple
for the user to identify and influence the design of the
drum and the parameters of the operating modes on the
quality of the feed mixture directly on the basis of empirical
(experimental) data. The work proposes a solution
to this problem with the use of a new universal
innovative method of artificial intelligence: automated
system-cognitive analysis (ASC-analysis) and its programmatic
Toolkit – universal cognitive analytical
system called "Eidos". In the system of "Eidos" we have implemented a software interface that provides
direct input into the system large amounts of empirical
data from Excel file. Created on their basis in the system
of "Eidos" system-cognitive model allows the visual
form to reflect the effect of the structure of the
drum and the parameters of the operating modes on the
quality of the resulting feed mixture and to develop on
this basis the science-based and appropriate recommendations
for the rational choice of design features

are placed in the public section. The implementation
of the synchronization data module in the public
part of a hybrid cloud over HTTPS ensures the security
and confidentiality of the transmission
Intuitively everyone understands that noise is a signal
in which there no information is, or which in practice
fails to reveal the information. More precisely, it is
clear that a certain sequence of elements (the number)
the more is the noise, the less information is contained
in the values of some elements on the values of others.
It is even stranger, that noone has suggested the way,
but even the idea of measuring the amount of information
in some fragments of signal of other fragments
and its use as a criterion for assessing the degree of
closeness of the signal to the noise. The authors propose
the asymptotic information criterion of the quality
of noise, and the method, technology and methodology
of its application in practice. As a method of application
of the asymptotic information criterion of noise
quality, we offer, in practice, the automated systemcognitive
analysis (ASC-analysis), and as a technology
and software tools of ASC-analysis we offer the universal
cognitive analytical system called "Eidos". As a
method, we propose a technique of creating applications
in the system, as well as their use for solving
problems of identification, prediction, decision making
and research the subject area by examining its model.
We present an illustrative numerical example showing
the ideas presented and demonstrating the efficiency of
the proposed asymptotic information criterion of the
quality of the noise, and the method, technology and
methodology of its application in practice
THE BASICS OF CALCULATING THE PROBABILITY OF FAILURE-FREE OPERATION OF SUPPLY BUSES AND BUS SECTIONS
In agriculture, the high reliability of electricity supply is necessary because of its main feature production is associated with biological objects. The change in the state parameters can lead to a sharp decrease in the productivity of the biological system or, in general, to the death of it. The following enterprises are particularly critical to the reliability of power supply: dairy farms, hothouse complexes, incubators, grain storage sites, finished products and much more. The article presents: models of failure of switchable busbar, models of failure of supply buses; formulas for the calculation of reliability indicators, the calculated values of the probabilities of failure-free operation of individual elements, analysis of the values obtained, conclusions were made on the models presented and suggestions were made for introduction into production, energy conservation was associated with reliability of electrical installations
The basis of foundation settlement modeling over the plate testing has been offered. The similarity criteria were formulated so as the formulas for settling incre-ments calculation versus to setting pressure increments on the base of foundation. New principle of admissible pressure on the base of foundation has been suggested
The calculation of pumping equipment and piping network parameters is presented. The method of cutting impeller pump diameter for optimal performance of pump unit with piping system on efficiency value is shown. The case of operating the distribution network and pumping station with three pump units D1250-25 is considered. Procedure of construction of loss-of-head curves in pipes, determination of the actual operating parameters of a single pump unit, selection of pump impeller diameter for essentials is indicated. Four points for graphing such curves are presented. According to the first point the whole network is divided into sections with suction, pressure main pipelines and pipelines with changing water flow compared with the previous ones. The second point involves definition of the electrical resistivity of each site. The resistance of network analyzer is determined in the third point, the loss-of -head of the whole network is determined in the fourth point. The article presents the scheme of pumping station with three pump units connected in parallel and a distribution network (Figure1), loss-of-head curves in pipes regardless the number of working pumps (Figure 2), the order of constructing three loss-of-head curves with operating one, two and three pumps with normal and cut pump impeller diameter (Figure 3 ), the order of determination of the actual parameters of pump work characteristics according to combined characteristics of normal and cut pump impeller diameter ( Figure 4) In conclusion, it is stated that the question of proper definition of actual parameters of pumps and the support of these parameters in optimal mode remains open due to the lack of proper methods of constructing loss-of-head curves pipeline. Every similar calculation is preliminary and should be carried out in field conditions
The method of determination of clay soil microstruc-ture characteristics over the results on consolidation testing with constant rate loading has been described. The characteristics of 12 different soils are presented.
The aim of the article has been the study of deflection
laws in tractor oversize low-pressure tires, intended for
class 5 tractor propulsion. The research method was
experimental. The "tire tester" and specially designed
devices for determining the deflections of the inner and
outer tube relative to the rim in the circumferential,
radial and collateral directions have been used in it. A
number of factors determine outcome indices of the
wheel with pneumatic tyre. Among them the ability of
the tire to deform so that at low - hysteresis losses in the
rubber-cord casing and admissible stresses in it, based on
resource, the largest area of contact with the supporting
base has been created. This circumstance is of particular
importance in the development of tractor tires of low
pressure, deflection characteristics of which are poorly
studied at present. Analysis of experimental studies
showed the necessity of the feasibility of creating the tire
with the cord orientation in its casing so that in the zone
of perception of the vertical and longitudinal forces the
cord threads would work in a mode close to the
extension, but in the area of contact it would work in
bending. These requirements will best meet the tire in
which the cord threads are parallelly located in adjacent
layers and directed at a predetermined angle in the
direction of effect of the axial forces on the wheel in oncoming fibers

The article analyzes the main characteristics of the electricity generators to use them as a part of small hydroelectric power plants. It is shown, that contactless asynchronous generators in comparison with synchronous generators and DC generators have improved their operational and technical characteristics, and above all, their reliability and performance efficiency. We have shown graphic dependences of the cost and the weight of power generators. It is proposed using direct frequency converter as a stabilizer of parameters of asynchronous generator of electricity, used as a source of electricity for small hydropower plants. The article explains the features of the work and the choice of parameters for generators, working together with the direct frequency converters. The authors have revealed some aspects of the work of direct frequency converters with natural commutation and with adjustable phase angle, including their advantages and disadvantages. The article also presents block diagrams for small hydroelectric power plants, made with the help of asynchronous generators and direct frequency converters
