Quality of seed material is defined by several
parameters which are: viability, growth force, energy
of germination and so on. But one of the most
important indicators is productivity. It is possible to
increase productivity of agricultural plants when
using various ways of preseeding processing. One of
ways of preseeding processing is ozonization. Thus, it
is possible to receive ozone and air mix by means of
various devices. One of the most effective ways of
receiving ozone is its synthesis in the field of an
electric discharge of an electroozonizer. But, at the
moment, in the world the set of designs and
modifications of electroozonizers is known. In this
regard, we carried out literary search, with the
purpose to define the most effective design of the
generator of ozone. We investigated various designs
of generators of ozone and their positive and negative
sides are given. On the basis of the carried-out
analysis it is established that the most suitable design
for receiving ozone at preseeding processing of seeds
is the ozonizer of lamellar type. But, despite
efficiency of application of a lamellar ozonizer, it is
necessary to achieve its stable work as preseeding
processing of especially small seeds demands
accurate observance of technological parameters
The analysis of models is carried out from a definition position for system of optimum control of drilling of basic mathematical model on which calculation of optimum regime parameters is possible. The main equation for management of process of drilling of wells is the mathematical model of mechanical speed of a driving as function from axial load of a chisel, the speed of rotation of a chisel and a consumption of boring solution for cleaning of a well of destroyed breed. Key parameter is axial load of a chisel; graphically dependence of speed of drilling on loading has S appearance - a figurative curve of Bingham which has a convex mathematical extremum. In the article, domestic and foreign models of drilling are considered; their schedules according to skilled data of conducting of wells are constructed. Models are sedate, i.e. reflect only a linear site of a curve of Bingham, data of trade drilling is well approximated with initial and linear sites of curves. Thus, on them it is possible to make only rational management of process, and the optimum mode exists only on border of range of definition of function. Only the A.A. Pogarsky model is suitable for optimum control, having a mathematical maximum and S-shaped form of a curve. All models depend on two parameters of management – load of a chisel and speeds of rotation of a chisel and don't consider the third on influence on drilling speed parameter - a consumption of boring solution. Therefore, Pogarsky's model was finished by inclusion in it in an explicit form of a consumption of boring solution. Check of model by means of the regression analysis of skilled data of drilling from official reports of drilling foremen showed its reliability for 71-99%. The model allows carrying out optimum control of drilling in the "axial load of a chisel" parameter

In our opinion, the most perspective way of presowing
processing is processing by mix of air and
ozone, which belongs to physical and chemical ways
of impact on seed material. To obtain the mix of air
and ozone is also possible in several ways. The most
economically expedient way of ozone synthesis is in
the barrier electric ozonizer discharge. However, to
achieve a positive effect in ozone influence it is
necessary to observe accurately technological
parameters as dosages excess can lead to oppression
of growth processes in seed. Therefore, it is necessary
to consider all known hypotheses connected with
ozone influence on agricultural plants and their
development process. Researches in this field show
that under the influence of ozone on seed material,
inside a seed the cleavage of the protein mass takes
place. Proteins pass into more available form and as a
result it is easier for sprout to receive the nutrients in
proteins that promotes the accelerated growth. It is
also necessary to note that ozone saturates grain with
active forms of oxygen. It is necessary as well to
remember bactericidal properties of ozone, which
provide destruction of harmful microflora
surrounding grain. All these factors lead to
improvement of grain sowing qualities and, as a
result, increase yielding capacity
The existing settlement modes of loading of wheels of cars are defined for the conditions which are closest to road service conditions and are reflected in the existing standards. However these standards can't be applied to an assessment of functional qualities of systems of cushioning the cars which are operated in the conditions of agricultural production. The small step of roughnesses, change the cushioned characteristics under the influence of operational factors lead to emergence of the off-design modes of the movement. The purpose of the work was the research of loading of wheels of the car when moving on mulch of grains. For the purpose of obtaining characteristics of the roughnesses influencing car wheels we have recorded a smoothed microprofile of the field and got the statistics, rated autocorrelated function, spectral density of influence of a microprofile. For carrying out the researches the known mathematical model of a car road system was accepted. Influence of speed of the movement, normal rigidity of springs and tires, coefficients of damping of a suspension bracket and tires on vertical fluctuations and loading of wheels of forward and back axes of the car is investigated. The executed researches showed that the movement of the car is followed by fluctuations of indicators of loading of running system with obviously expressed periodic components. The change of the coefficient of damping of a passive suspension bracket and tires in possible limits has no essential impact on loading of wheels. Values of normal roughness of springs of forward and back axes of the car, normal rigidity of tires at which dynamic load of wheels of the car is minimum are established

This article cites the data about the amount and
productive capacity of oil producing enterprises in the
Russian Federation on the whole, as well as in
Krasnodar region and the Republic of Adygeya. It is
shown, that innovations in the field of waste disposal
and waste recycling left after oil production are the
most effective, as they contribute to the cost reduction
on disposal of waste on landfill and thus, improve
environment considerably. They also provide
additional revenue from the sale of new products,
received after waste recycling. The authors examined
literature data on compositional and chemical analysis
of waste left after cleaning main oil-bearing crops,
processed by oil-producing industry of the Russian
Federation (such as sunflower, rape, soy-beans) . The
analysis of available technologies of their disposal,
such as waste incineration, pyrolysis, worm
composting, landfilling, biothermal composting,
granulationa of waste and the processing of undersow
is submitted to your attention. The analysis of
advantages and disadvantages of all available
technologies was carried out, and it was noticed that
neither of available technologies had become common
use. The most prospective direction for the
development of efficient technology of waste recycling
has been chosen, which includes the use of waste
pressing after their rational preparation and isolation of
uniform and valuable components. It is shown, that the
primary task for the development of such technology is
the study of waste composition of raw materials and
industrial cleaning of sunflower seeds, soy-beans, and
modern sorts of rape and its hybrids
The problem of identifying authors and literary sources for bibliographic descriptions in the literature in recent years become increasingly important scientific and practical value. This is, in particular, due to the policy of the Ministry of education and science of the Russian Federation in the field of quality assessment of the results of scientific activity, which involves the use of a number of references to publications of authors and the Hirsch index. In Russia, appropriate analytical tools to evaluate the results of scientific activity, functionally similar to the well-known foreign bibliographic databases such as Scopus, Web of Science and other. Currently, the most famous Russian similar service is the Russian science citation index (RSCI): http://elibrary.ru/. However, as experience shows, references in bibliography list of publications are often made with a violation of GOST 7.1-2003 rule, and with the erroneous output, for example, incorrectly specified page numbers, name of publisher, etc., In practice, this leads to the fact that software system of bibliographic database cannot determine what is the right reference for the article and who were the authors of this article. As a result, for these authors we lost the citation, which leads to an underestimation of their Hirsch indexes and evaluation of the results of their research activities and leadership. It is clear that these negative consequences should be overcome. This article is devoted to the presentation of the ap-proach, which allows to solve the problem by apply-ing an ASC-analysis and intelligent system named "Aidos", which is a modern innovative smart technology ready for implementation
