Control of the movement and positioning are the most intensive tasks of automatic control and regulation. However, these problems must be solved in the automation objects such as assembly and production lines, manufacturing machines, conveyors, hoisting machines, packaging machines, filling lines for liquids, metal-working machines. One problem lies in the fact that all the real drives are connected to the actuators with not perfectly tough shafting, but has some elasticity. This leads to the difficulty of motion of the executive body of the drive automatic control systems which consists of signal source generating signal due optimum speed diagrams for small movements of electric drive’s actuating device and automatic regulation system, which allows to work out optimum speed diagrams for small movements of electric drive’s actuating device with ultra-precision. In this article were developed optimum speed diagram for small movements of ultra-precise electric drive with elastic shafting. Were have identified all parameters of diagrams and its range of existence and also developed a device for generating the optimum speed diagram for small movements of ultra-precise electric drive with elastic shafting. The implementation of the proposed hardware software complex will significantly improve the accuracy of motion actuators of various ultra- precise DC drives
SCADA is modern information technologies. The
monitoring and control of various technological
processes in industry and in agriculture are possible
thanks to these technologies. The training complex is
created to study features of SCADA systems. The
domestic SCADA Trace Mode The domestic SCADA
Trace Mode is used in this complex. Students study the
abilities of this system on the example of the heating
process. Trace Mode controls humidity and regulates
temperature in a closed space. Its advantage consists
in creation of automatical workstation. There are a
device for accurate temperature measurement; Video,
which repeats the work of the heater on the screen of
the workstation. There is also a trend with graphs of
humidity, of temperature; there is an alarm report with
information on the magnitude and timing of the
process failure. Among them, there is a device for

Groundwater is the source of drinking water in rural areas, it is a part of urban water and it is formed due to the filtering of cross waters in a stratified medium permeable rocks. The impact of anthropogenic factors leads to changes in the qualitative composition of groundwater. The article presents the results of industrial environmental monitoring of ground water refinery of Tuapse in the period from 2012 to 2016 according to its content of ammonium-nitrogen, nitrate-ions, sulphates, formaldehyde, toluene, xylene and ethylbenzene. Analysis of groundwater sampled from wells located at the site of the refinery was conducted by a factory-certified laboratory. The content of the components meet the regulatory indicators. The algorithm for managing of supplying of fuel and lubricants, which takes into account the cost of delivery by vehicles and allows quickly determine the optimal batch size and type of vehicle for delivery to ensure the minimum cost for the purchase, storage and delivery of fuels and lubricants, is built. The algorithm can be used in management of subsidiary manufacturing companies - consumers of lubricants and primary production organizations - suppliers of fuel and lubricants to make decisions under varying modes of consumption and prices
Material and technical resources form the bulk of the
cost in the production of agricultural products and
determine the level of intensity of agricultural
development, productivity and competitiveness of the
industry. The most important role in agricultural
production has been given to transport operation, as the
performance and the quality of the implementation of
which depends directly on the amount and the grade of
the products. On intraeconomic transportation in the
APC RF, along with the car we widely use tractor
trucks. Unfortunately, in most cases for the
transportation of agricultural goods we use supersize
trucks, including construction purposes, with a high
axle loading. These vehicles need roads with improved
coating to each field. Here we may note substantial
shortcomings of transportation. Because of the
unnecessary displacements from combines to dump
trucks to the end of the field, the costs and the losses are increasing and the arrival of heavy machinery in the
field leads to soil compaction, which ultimately affects
the future harvest. The successful implementation of
agricultural work is strongly associated with the timely
and volume movement of a variety of materials, such as
animal feed, fertilizers, construction, and other loads. A
lot of these works needs roads; nevertheless, the quality
of agricultural roads and field work significantly affects
the timely and high-quality forage. Thus an important
part of any machinery tractor fleet of agricultural
production is taken by the presence of modern cars,
tractor-trailers and semi-trailers. Continuous growth in
the saturation of tractors carried out around the world,
improves the performance of tractor transport aggregate
by increasing their capacity and speed, either on the
road or in the field. However, if you increase the
saturation of tractors, it encounters problems related to
the deterioration of the controllability of the tractor and
transport unit. To address emerging when increasing the
saturation of tractors problems, we have proposed
devices, allowing reducing negative impact on the
production of elevated oscillatory processes, to increase
the permeability and straightness of movement of
tractor-transport unit
