CONSTRUCTION OF EXPERIMENTAL INSTALLATION FOR RESEARCHING OF DENSITY AND SATURATED VAPOR PRESSURE (SVP) OF PETROLEUM PRODUCTS

The most important physical properties that characterize the substance are density and saturated vapor pressure (SVP). These parameters are required for the development of new technical processes in the petroleum and chemical industries, design of pipelines, pumping and fuel equipment, etc. Existing methods for calculating of density near and on the saturation lines are imperfect, and finding of the analytic dependence of SVP of petroleum products from all defining parameters associated with great difficulties. The purpose of present work is an experimental research and development of methods for calculating the density (specific volume) near and on saturation lines, and saturated vapor pressure of gasoline straight-run fraction derived from petroleums from three fields: Mangyshlaksky, Trinity-Anastasevsky and West Siberian. The choice of objects for research is due to the necessity of creating methods for calculating of density and SVP of oils obtained from various hydrocarbon group composition petroleums. Area of state parameters in the present work by temperature (20 ÷ 320°C) and pressure (0,03 ÷ 30 MPa) provides the ability to research gasoline fractions to supercritical regions. CONSTRUCTION AND CALCULATIONS FOR DEVICES FOR DRYING CHICKEN MANURE

The article presents innovative technologies and developed methods and devices for drying chicken manure. Ways of their optimization on the basis of screw aggregates and a calculation technique for introduction in production are offered. The results of a long-term research into the search for and development of innovative technologies for the construction of a methodology for calculating not only a device for drying chicken manure with subsequent introduction into production, but also a device for drying bulk materials of agricultural purpose are shown. An example of thermal calculation and selection of the parameters of a drying device is shown on the basis of screw aggregates

CONSTRUCTING A MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF PRICING FOR REAL ESTATE IN KRASNODAR

This study proposes a method of determining the cost of 1 sq. m. apartment on the example of Krasnodar, which is especially important in connection with the necessity of reliable and valid assessment of the property value in a modern market economy. We have performed an analysis of data on apartments in Krasnodar from the site of the Regional Energy Commission - prices and tariffs department of the Krasnodar region. We have also had an exploratory analysis of available data on the subject of emissions and insignificant data (by constructing line graphs and scatter plots); we have also checked for possible dependencies between observations and between variables (built correlation matrix). We have selected variables is linear, the regression model for the variable "cost of 1 sq. m the total area, ths. rub. "(multiple regression). Using regression analysis as a method of mathematical statistics we have revealed a form of analytical dependence of the result of the predictor variables and the degree of this dependence

CONNECTION OF SCIENCE AND TECHNICS IN THE FIELD OF WORKING OUT OF MACHINERY FOR MAIN SOIL TREATMENT WITH LAYER’S CIRCULATION

The article is devoted to the scientific approach by means of automated projecting for modeling of processes of interaction of soil-processing tools with soil. The article has an applied character expressing that the method of automated projecting in Mathcad and with the help of the program SAP COMPAS 3D. There were presented the analyses of expressions as three-dimension graphics and was given their detailed analysis which can be used at implementation of construction of aggregates executing the main soil treatment with layer’s circulation. There was the main tendency of working outs of soil-processing machinery, improvement of arable aggregate constructions to make better their qualitative indexes of work. In the result of conducted work there was obtained the construction of combined mouldboard with additional flat-cutting working organs, was made up the matrix of planning of the experiment, was obtained the graph of dependence of the capture’s width of flat-cutting razor from the speed of movement of arable aggregate from which we can see that at increase of coefficient of capture’s width of flat-cutting razor the decrease of productivity happens, and the worsening of qualitative indexes of work of mouldboard respectively; there were substantiated the factors of influence the productivity; in the result of use of planning of two-factor experiment on orthogonal plan were determined the optimal parameters of work regimes of mouldboard
