The influence of carbon fibers and modified carbon
fibers on properties of industrially produced V-14
rubber is examined. The dependences of physical
and mechanical properties, hardness, abrasion
resistance and resistance in aggressive environment
on few amount of filled fiber are established.
Structural properties of reinforced elastomeric
composites are studied by scanning electron

modified carbon fiber, confirmed with high adhesion

The article deals with the system, providing
automatic control of the solar water heating system
with the abilities to store in internal memory and to
transmit by the cellular network the information
about the conditions of the plant and the occurring
failure conditions. The common principles of the building the automatic system with the modular
principles are shown. The article solves the issue
about the quality of the water supply through the
quality parameters which provided by the considered
system. The methods of the active and passive loss
minimizing of the heat of the water in the tank are
shown. The usage of the active loss minimizing
system was considered. The block-scheme of the
implementation of the automatic system with
described abilities are shown. The compulsory and
auxiliary blocks of the automatic system are shown.
The algorithm of the checking of the water supply
quality parameters was presented. The study
considers methods of the storing of the parameters of
the working conditions of the plant and the occurring
failure modes as well as the remote information of the
attending personnel by the cellular networks. The
advantages of the conducting of the system log are
shown. The preliminary calculation of the memory
capacity for storing the system log was completed.

In this article, we consider problems of power supply of modern electronic devices. The author proposes a new concept of source of power, which resolves this problem. In addition, this article describes limitations of existing desertions in the area of power supply. In the article, we suggest ways of resolving this limitation by creating a new source of power based on principles, which are different from the existing way. In this article, we develop a theory of creating a universal modular source of power, which would have some advantages. This article considers an optimal structural scheme of that source. We have developed a source of power which meets the requirements of power supply of modern electronic devices and has a potential supply for the next development
In poultry industry, animal breeding, greenhouses and
vegetable stores a significant amount of fans with
asynchronous motors is used to create a microclimate.
The fan speed of the fan should be regulated in order
to improve the efficiency, so the multispeed motors are
used for the fan drives. Line produced two-speed motors
with a proportion of the poles number 1:2 have a
polar-switched Dahlander stator winding. Two-speed
motors with a proportion of the poles number 3:2 and
4:3 have only one stator winding which is poleswitched
by the method of amplitude phase shift keying.
A drawback of the windings is that they have different
energy indicators at different spin rates. In order
to create rational diagrams with switching according to
the number of poles, which is multiple of three, it is
proposed to implement a polyphase MMF modulation
of the three-phase winding. As a result of the study,
there were procured the stator windings at 4 and 6
poles, which enabled to change the spin speed of the
motor in the fan drives without breaking the drive
power circuit by the scheme Δ / ΥΥ
In 2014 citizens of Russia felt the whole power of the introduction of reciprocal sanctions. Since 2014 the import of pork from the European Union has been limited and since August this has happened with poultry meat from EU and the USA. These actions led to the shortage of meat raw and rise of prices on meat produce in some regions of Russia. In spite of it, many business owners positively assess the possibility of full substitution of imported raw products. The government of the Russian Federation is ready to invest the projects for substitution of import products. In the conditions of crediting with credit rate of 25% the construction of small and average companies will be too heavy for rising. The construction of even small processing enterprise takes much time and powers. In connection with it, one of the perspective ways of the decision of this problem is the use of module houses of small and average power. Such houses allow processing meat and fish of small amounts. In comparison with capital construction the installation of a module house demands only specific areas, supply of electrical energy, water and withdrawal of sewage. There were considered the examples of module houses with the description of equipment and constructive peculiarities in the article. There were cited the advantages and the disadvantages of the offered module houses. There were formulated the recommendations on using already existing companies
Results of operational monitoring are given is long maintained GTS of meliorative systems with nondestructive control methods. Possibility of use of devices of nondestructive control is especially noted at inspection of hydraulic engineering constructions, on an example of water carrying out channels that allows operatively, without additional damages, to receive an objective assessment of their technical condition. When using this approach, there is a possibility justification of parameters of defects and damages, which is impossible to establish at visual survey. The program complex for modeling of a technical condition of holding channels for calculation of predicted term of their service is also presented
When combustion of fuel in thermal power plants,
combustion products are formed, which contain: fly
ash, particles of unburnt pulverized fuel, sulfuric and
sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxide, gaseous products of
incomplete combustion, sodium salts, soot particles,
calcium dioxide, etc. Getting into the atmosphere, they
cause great harm to the components of the biosphere.
The article presents a laboratory analysis of industrial
emissions into the atmosphere of 1-7 power units for
2015 and 2016 at Novocherkassk State District Power
Plant. The components NO2, NO, CO, SO2, C (soot)
have been determined. It is established that for the
whole observed period of excess of maximum
permissible emissions was not revealed. Emissions of
each of the components are within the same level and
are stable
The electric method of gas dedusting is the most
effective, since it allows capturing solid particles with
a size from 0.01 µm to tens of microns. The efficiency
of dust and gas cleaning equipment of Novocherkassk
SDPP for cleaning flue gases from ash at power units
1-7 in the period from February 2015 to February 2017
is considered. The main equipment is electrostatic
precipitators. As a solid fuel, Donetsk culm is used. It
is established that the efficiency of waste gas
purification at power units 5-7 was about 99 %, while
at power units from the 1st to the 4th this value was
within 95-96 %. The data obtained correspond to the
design data, but it is recommended that the cleaning
devices be improved to improve their efficiency. The
most acceptable is a combined electrofilter-bag filter

The article examines the teaching descriptive geometry and engineering graphics on Faculty of Civil Engineering, higher-motivation of students to obtain needed competence to adopt competently compensation-drawings. The article describes the basic methods of conducting classes on the subject "Descriptive Geometry and Engineering Graphics" for students enrolled in the specialty 08.05.01 "Construction of unique buildings and structures." For lectures and laboratory classes in the department of descriptive geometry and graphics were developed multimedia courses with animation for all studied subjects, educational presentations that reveal the specifics of the discipline into account peculiarities of the educational process of learning in the Kuban State Agricultural university. Multimedia courses using enables us to model a situation that forces students to analyze, compare the solves of the task. Students develop an algorithmic way of thinking, formed the ability to think and act optimally variability. The use of multimedia development at the Department of Descriptive Geometry and Graphics showed an increase of performance results compared to the previous years of employment without presentation. It indicates that the use of multimedia lectures and laboratory exercises improves the efficiency and quality of education, as well as gives an opportunity to a greater extent to explain the learning material for students
