MODERN METHODS OF SCIENTIFIC JOURNALS IMPACT EVALUATION

abstract 1101506056 issue 110 pp. 837 – 853 30.06.2015 ru 1405
The purpose of the research is the development of new methods of the estimation of the importance of scientific journals. It is known that for assessing the significance of scientific journals it is used a universally recognized impact factor, which reflects the average number of citations to the articles published in the magazine for a certain period of time. For a more objective assessment of the significance of the journal in the scientific community we use such indicator as the index of efficiency, which reflects how quickly the articles in the scientific community published in the journal become known and recognized. At the same time, the impact factor as one of the scientometric indices has inherent definite disadvantages, the main of which - the stimulation scientific edition to the artificial reduction of the number of published articles, instead of increasing demands to improve their scientific level. It is necessary to develop a method of assessing the significance of the journal for the scientific community, preserving the dignity of the impact factor and reduce its disadvantages. Application of extra scientometric indicators, in addition to the impact factor and the index of efficiency, will allow assessing the importance of the journal for the scientific community more objectively. Methodological bases of the research are: a systematic approach (considering science as a social institution in close connection with the society as a whole), metasystem approach (considering the scientific community as a metasystem, i.e. a system with a relatively independent components), qualimetric approach (considering the importance of the scientific journal as a latent variables that reflect a variety of criteria), sociological approach (considering the scientific publication as a social system, the intensity of interaction with other society)

MODERN MODELS AND METHODS OF DIAGNOSIS OF METHODOLOGY COMPETENT TEACHERS

abstract 1201606053 issue 120 pp. 785 – 812 30.06.2016 ru 1062
The purpose of the research is development of models and methods of diagnostics of methodical competence of a teacher. According to modern views, methodical thinking is the key competence of teachers. Modern experts consider the methodical competence of a teacher as a personal and professional quality, which is a fundamentally important factor in the success of the professional activity of teachers, as well as a subsystem of its professional competence. This is due to the fact that in today's world, a high level of knowledge of teachers of academic subjects and their possessing of learnt basics of teaching methods can not fully describe the level of professional competence of the teacher. The authors have characterized the functional components of methodical competence of the teacher, its relationship with other personalprofessional qualities (first - to the psychological and educational, research and informational competence), as well as its levels of formation. Forming a model of methodical competence of the teacher, the authors proceeded from the fact that a contemporary teacher high demands: it must be ready to conduct independent research, design-learning technologies, forecasting results of training and education of students. As a leading component of the methodical competence of the teacher is his personal experience in methodological activities and requirements of methodical competence determined goals and objectives of methodical activity, the process of the present study, the formation of patterns of methodical competence of the teacher preceded the refinement of existing models methodical activity of scientific and pedagogical staff of higher education institutions and secondary vocational education institutions. The proposed model of methodical competence of the teacher - the scientific basis of a system of monitoring of his personal and professional development, and evaluation criteria and levels of her diagnosis - targets system of vocational training and re-training of high school teachers. Innovation policy is a model of methodical competence of the teacher, and the main model of the mechanism of its formation - methodical activity (in close connection with other activities). Research methods: analysis of scientific and methodical literature and best practice methodological activities in educational institutions, modeling, methods of the theory of sets and relations, methods of quality control, methods of multivariate analysis systems. Methodological bases of research: a systematic, qualimetric, competence and process approaches. The work was performed as part of research projects "Monitoring of the research activities of educational institutions in the information society" (â„– 16-03-00382) and "Modern information and educational environment" (16-36-00048) with the financial support of the Russian Humanitarian Foundation from 17.03. 2016

MODERN QUESTIONS OF POTATO HARVESTING EQUIPMENT PERFECTION

abstract 1141510075 issue 114 pp. 988 – 1003 30.12.2015 ru 940
Potato is cultivated in 130 countries on an area of over 18 million hectares; it annually gives more than 300 million tons of tubers. The share of the Russian Federation accounts is about 11% ... 14% of total production. The resulting potatoes consumed in food, animal feed, technical purposes, seed fund. According to the Ministry of agriculture of Russia, the largest number of potatoes in our country (89 %) is produced in peasant farms and personal farms of citizens, the area of cultivation of which make up about 2.7 million hectares. At such farms for the harvest, they use mainly potatodiggers, followed by selection of crops manually. The use of diggers in small areas of planting is more costefficiently in relation to the harvesting combine. In addition, the parameters requested for ATT to damage potatoes when harvesting with the diggers (3%) are higher than during harvesting by combine harvester (5%). As practice shows, for the use of cleaning units, even under optimal harvesting conditions in the hopper of the combine, there are soil and vegetable impurities. There are many different devices intended to localize the problem. Based on the foregoing, we can conclude that it is necessary to pay considerable attention to the quality of work of excavating working bodies, because it affects the productivity of the functioning of the whole machine. Currently, there are widespread potato aggregates with the receiving part, equipped with side disks, spaced along the edges of the plowshares. The disks cut off the raised layer of soil from between the rows. This entails improving the performance of the potato harvester. The most efficient and economical from the point of view of energy consumption, is the work of passive disks with hooks. The quality of potato harvesters depends on the design and performance of excavating bodies. The proposed design solution for an excavating body increases the productivity of harvesting machines

MODERN TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT FOR WORK IN GARDENS

abstract 1341710082 issue 134 pp. 1006 – 1017 29.12.2017 ru 334
Gardening is one of the high-value and highly profitable branches of agriculture. However, the level of fruit production in Russia still lags far behind the needs of the population: 20-25 kg of fruits and berries per year are grown per capita, which is a quarter of the minimum consumption rate. Currently, domestic gardening has a low efficiency due to non-compliance with the criteria of world production of fruits. The production of gardens is not competitive enough and does not meet the requirements of the highest quality categories of domestic standards. To increase fruit production, it is necessary to increase the level of intensification of fruit growing using the most valuable varieties and progressive technologies of cultivation. In this article, we consider devices for soil content in orchards, as well as for pruning trees - the main agrotechnical techniques in the technology of growing pomegranate crops that promote the production of stable, optimal harvests of fruit crops. The universal device of fruits is also covered, which makes it possible to reduce labor costs during the laying, care and harvesting of the fruit garden. The wide development of intensive technologies for growing fruits adapted to specific climatic conditions and ensuring a high level of competitiveness and profitability of production is one of the necessary conditions for the further development of gardening in Russia

MODERN WAYS OF INULIN PRODUCTION FROM PLANT MATERIALS

abstract 1181604088 issue 118 pp. 1363 – 1376 29.04.2016 ru 761
The article presents the results of the patent research in the field of modern production technologies of Inulin from plant material. It has been established that the differences of the currently known methods of production of inulin are concluded in selecting raw materials pretreatment inulin-containing modes type extractant and extraction methods, methods of purification inulincontaining extract and methods for producing the final product. A significant amount of Inulin production methods is based on use of freshly feedstock. A number of methods have been patented involving the extraction Inulin from plant raw materials previously stabilized by drying. In most of the methods, inulin extraction is carried out at elevated temperatures with water or aqueous salt solutions. Several technologies involve extraction with organic solvents at low temperatures. Have been patented several processes in which the extraction is replaced by a separation process using inulincontaining juice and physical and mechanical methods. Some of the known processes provide for the extraction process to further operations, such as blanching vegetable raw materials, sonication, vibration impact, processing enzymes. The most promising direction to improve manufacturing technology of inulin from fresh plant raw materials is to conduct research on the use of electromagnetic fields at microwave frequencies, the inactivating effects of which on enzyme systems is an established fact that, in turn, would eliminate the use of chemical agents for inactivation of oxidative enzymes. In addition, considering that more effective are the methods for the preparation of inulin from freshly harvested plant material, are relevant researches on development of innovative technologies to prepare it for storage and its storage, which will provide inhibition of unwanted biochemical and microbiological processes that occur during storage and lead to a loss of inulin

MODERNIZATION OF ZIL-5301 FOR USE IN AGRICULTURE

abstract 1281704015 issue 128 pp. 240 – 248 28.04.2017 ru 426
The role of transport in agricultural production is considerable. It is a connecting link in a single technological chain of agroindustrial complex of the country. The successful production activity of agricultural enterprises depends largely on the proper use of available forces and means. One of such means is machine-tractor fleet relating to technical basis of agricultural production. Its functioning is reflected in the whole cycle of production, from planting and ending with cleaning. Therefore, the use of the machine and tractor must ensure receipt of the highest possible efficiency at the lowest cost, as production cost agricultural production includes in its membership the costs of mechanized and transport works, which should be kept to a minimum. In this regard, transport processes should be carried out the most rational means. Rational application of those or other vehicles is based on ratios of basic load ratings, adaptability to the changing road conditions, terrain, improving functionality, improved adaptation to technical operation in the conditions of agricultural production. When choosing a vehicle, special attention must be paid to the size of the economy, the direction of its activities, the structure of commodity products, and the degree of its centralization. For successful economic activities of the agricultural enterprise it requires a different carrying capacity and terrain vehicles. At present, the majority of the automobile park of agricultural enterprises is cars and trains of general purpose, which have large load capacity and low permeability. In the agricultural enterprises of the Ryazan region today there are about 4.5 thousand commercial vehicles, mostly models of GAZ, KAMAZ and ZIL. The issue of reducing the cost of transport operation should be individualized for each sector because of its distinctive features (activity, volume of traffic, the structure of commodity production, the state of farm roads, etc.)
