Both the research of the theoretical aspects and the experience of formation and development of trade networks are now becoming increasingly important.
Network trade is one of the fastest growing sectors of the economy in many countries. Economic globalization and liberalization of international trade predetermined active distribution network and rapid growth companies. The article considers the details of the processes of creation and development of trade networks in Western Europe and the USA, as well as experience in the development of multinational
companies overseas consumer markets (mainly developing countries). The basic stages of development of a network of trade are identified and the characteristics of each stage are described in details. We have studied in detail the work of Russian and foreign scientists of different economic schools of thought on the problems of integration of the enterprises and the development of a network of trade. The authors conclude that the change in the conditions of doing business in today's environment requires additional research and theoretical studies on the problems of accelerated integration of enterprises and the development of international trade networks
Grain production is a major sector of agriculture. The
article discusses the factors that influence the
development of grain production in the Krasnodar
region. These include favorable natural and climatic
conditions, the need of the population in crop
production, quality of organizational and technical
activities and other agricultural enterprises. The
current situation in the country is poor economic
situation, including the importation of imported food,
when agricultural companies require the search of
internal reserves to increase production. The
performed statistical analysis of the economic-yield
crops helped to identify factors affecting the
productivity of crops, material and technical base of
agriculture, as well as the need to use chemicals used
to fertilize soil. The article suggests ways to optimize
the impact of economic factors on the yield of
grain in the Krasnodar region. Consider the
correlation and regression analysis to determine the
relationship between the studied parameters and
effective sign that clearly shows the evolution of the
yield of crops
In the article it is proved that prompt entry of Russia
into the market caused a set of practical and theoretical
problems in various spheres of public life of the
country. The Russian economy endures the period of
deep system transformations that allows defining it as
the economy of transitional type characterized at the
microlevel by transformation of economic subjects,
conditions and the directions of their activity,
formation of essentially new control system of
enterprise structures, the system of marketing becomes
one of which rod elements. The innovative approaches
to segmentation of the markets and positioning of
goods which are based on reconstruction of market
space by means of application of a complex of the
unique decisions considering features of functioning of
the company, specifics of the market, and also specific
social and economic conditions of conducting
economic activity are investigated. The main
directions of search of unoccupied market niches are
revealed, the comparative characteristic of two
essentially excellent strategy of activity of the
company – is carried out when conducting competitive
fight and at refusal of this fight as a result of formation
of market zones, free from the competition. The
technique of formation of market zones, free from the
competition is offered. Use of technologies of
innovative marketing allows to reduce the risks
interfaced to development of innovations as these
technologies give the chance objectively to estimate a potential demand to reveal a target market segment
and to answer a question of expediency of continuation
of development or their inefficiency for enterprise
structures
Estimates of the errors of the characteristics of financial flows of investment projects are needed to make adequate management decisions, particularly in the rocket and the space industry. Organizational-economic approaches to the estimations of the feasibility of innovation-investment projects to create rocket and space technologies require intensive use of numerical characteristics of the financial flows of long-term projects of this type. In organizational-economic support for control problems in the aerospace industry we must provide the need to obtain the estimates of the errors of the characteristics of financial flows. Such estimates are an integral part of the organizational-economic support of innovation activity in the aerospace industry. They can be compared with the predictions interval, i.e. confidence estimation of predictive values. Half the length of the confidence interval is the prediction error estimate. In this article we give the new method for estimating the errors of the main characteristics of the investment projects. We focus on the net present value called NPV. Our method of estimation of errors is based on the results of statistics interval data, which is an integral part of the system fuzzy interval mathematics. We construct asymptotic theory which corresponds to small deviations of discount coefficients. The error of NPV has been found as the asymptotic notna. With up to infinitesimals of higher orders the error of NPV is a linear function of the maximum possible error of discount coefficients

The backgrounds of agent-based control in social and economic systems are discussed. The first background is based on the subjectivity of each control in social and economic systems, since such systems are regulated by people, serve them or affect their interests. The second background results from the fact that the control is effective due to the phenomenon of control agent’s mental activity, which includes an availability to see the future of the outside world through a various of targets, to rank and consciously select targets and ways to achieve them in accordance with agent’s preferences, to communicate using the natural language, in order to develop the emergence of organizational systems. The third background provides the development of special human abilities, which are the phenomenon of their subjective activities, based on a transition from the above human behavior models to formal models for the purpose of control and from formal models to descriptive ones — for the purpose of how the control agent should act. The fourth background lies in a need to eliminate a gap between descriptive and mathematical control sciences, the agent-oriented control targets and selection of actions. The fifth background towards the development of a new mathematical administrative subject, allows studying a wide enough variety of administrative events in social and economic systems, operating constructively with basic concepts and subjects of the agent-oriented control, what is equivalent to a new branch of mathematics – preferences models calculus. The article considers current economic situation in the economy of the Krasnodar region, the importance of import substitution in the future functioning and regulation of regional development of agro-industrial complex. The positive impact on the agricultural economy, double sided grocery sanctions, the leadership of the rural economy of the region with annual growth of GDP of 9.2% (in Russia – 4,5%) is pointed. The article shows that the growth of quantitative and qualitative indicators in the industry was provided with additional targeted investment to increase profitability of crop production to 44%. The advantages of big business that produces mostly grains are pointed out, because this factor will continue to determine the vector of development of agriculture. A big positive point of the livestock industry is the growth of profitability of milk production to 37%. At the same time, cattle breeding with the margin of 19.7% is still highly problematic on observance of technological discipline. Production of cattle meat remains unprofitable. A significant segment of production in farming is still taken by small farms. In 2014 the government regulated their development supporting them with money in the amount of more than 700 million RUB . The author believes to keep further growth of the livestock on it is necessary to stabilize the number of livestock, especially dairy cattle, to restore the production of pork, to continue the construction and reconstruction of farms and complexes, to provide animals with high quality food. The author also stresses the importance of development of business of rice growing, vegetable growing, fruit growing, the importance of updating and development of material and technical base. The work provides the data that at the expense of state regulation (support) profitability of agriculture in the region has grown by an additional 7%, so it creates new opportunities for growth of the agricultural economy of our region

calculations are carried out in accordance with the full
Walrasian dynamic price adjustment rule. To describe
fluctuations in the number of optimistic and
pessimistic noise traders, a seminal stochastic
Kirman’s ant model (reducible to a Markov chain) is
used, as well as its modification with different scaling
properties of the parameter controlling the strength of
herding behavior of noise agents
This article substantiates the importance of the development of the Far Eastern Federal District for economic growth and security of the country in terms of changes in the macroeconomic environment, as well as discloses the potential of this Russian Federation subject (huge reserves of natural resources, rich industrial base, trapping, reindeer herding, fishing, neighborhood with the Asia-Pacific region) and specifies the problems hindering its development (harsh climate, distance from the center of Russia, poor transport links, low population density). We have also presented a complex of government measures implemented to enhance the investment activity in the macro-region, including The essence of the federal target program, which determines the Far Eastern strategy of public policy, given the indicators and targets of its effectiveness. We presented and analyzed the actual data on the main indicators characterizing the volume, structure and orientation of foreign investment in the economy of the Far Eastern Federal District, designated by reason of their inefficiency and propose measures needed to create a competitive economy subject (to improve the economic and social integration of the population of the eastern regions of Russia with the rest of it; to invest in the restoration and creation of manufacturing industry enterprises; to reduce energy, transport, telecommunication tariffs; to develop mutually beneficial public-private partnership)
