THE DEVELOPMENT OF A DISTANCE COURSE IN THE MOODLE EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT

Presently, the problem of carrying into effect of distance technologies in higher education is becoming more urgent. The article analyzes various software products with the help of which a distance course can be developed, and the stages of its development are described. The choice of modular object-oriented dynamic learning environment Moodle as a system for organizing distance courses in higher education is founded. There are described not only the advantages of Moodle learning environment, but also the drawback which is connected with the impossibility to identify a user that requires additional use of information technologies. There are also regarded the methodical and technical features of the distance learning course development in this learning environment. A particular attention is paid to the interactive coordination of the teacher and students, which is realized by creating a chat or forum for convenient and fast exchange of messages between users, besides, the teacher has the possibility to monitor the work of students not only offering control and test tasks, but also determining the deadline for the assignment to be fulfilled, the possibility of a repeated access to correct errors. There is presented the experience of developing a distance course in the Moodle study environment at the Priamursky State University for the discipline "Theory of Probability and Mathematical Statistics"

The subject of the article is a scientific and educational potential of a modern University. From the standpoint of the essential ontological approach, the author identifies the conditions for capacity building, discusses the complex of measures on increase of its capacity, and describes the conditions of its further diversification. The article considers the issues of actualization of the problems of formation of professional competence in the process of studying the course of "Mat-mathematics" on the example of economic specialties. Noting the fact that economic specialty is the specialty that integrates information from the mathematical, natural, gum humanitarian and socio-economic subjects, and the approach to the selection of the content of the mathematics course must be focused on the mate-automatic machine for all cycles, forms of relevant abilities and skills. Therefore, the importance of the problem of developing these tasks and exercises that would help to create such skills for effective application of the theoretical material and the development of research skills. In this article we have discussed some of the design techniques and examples of using the so-called mo-practical problems. The efficiency of the use of model problems in the study of mathematics teaching clarifies the fact that most knowledge activity of students achieved in the research of the issues directly related to their willing profession. They are developed in accordance with the program of the mathematics course and cover all of its major sections. Model-specific tasks may be offered to students in the form of the model calculations, the execution of which should last for a long time, in the form of records insistent or control work directly in the classroom, in the form of term papers, etc. This article also contains the justification of the need of development of didactic materials, designed to optimize student learning professional mathematical competencies

THE SIGNIFICANCE OF LEADERSHIP FOR PERFORMANCE OF CONTRACT SERVICEMEN

Reform of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and, in particular, large-scale organizational and personnel changes, the transition to acquisition of the army and navy mostly contract servicemen, demanded new approaches to training and education of this category of servicemen. One of the innovative approaches of pedagogy, in this way, has been the development of techniques to build leadership skills and training of soldiers under contract to perform the functions of the military leader of the team that can win credibility with their subordinates, bring people together and send to the effective performance of duties. The article deals with the problem and the urgency of the formation of leadership qualities and the ability of the warrior-contractor for the effective performance of the functions under the leadership of the leader of the primary military collectives. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign scientific literature on the study of the problems of leadership and formation of leadership in military, the article defines the essence of the concepts of "leadership" and "leader", and gives specific definitions of the concepts as applied to military-professional work of contract servicemen. The article concretized the value of leadership in the practical professional military activity warriors contract and the main features of its manifestations in the military collective

THE DEVELOPMENT OF DESIGN THINKING OF BACHELORS AS A WAY OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCES FORMATION

The article reveals the problem of inconsistency of modern professional education structure of the labor market needs. The considered possibility of formation of professional competence of bachelors of design through the development of personal qualities in the design activity. The authors propose a solution to the problem, which is to focus University education on the formation of the model competence designer. The concept design represents the art and design work based on advanced design thinking, which is based on creative thinking and practical skills, backed up by self-organization of personality. Competence includes knowledge, skills, abilities, personal qualities and under certain conditions, these categories may be considered from the standpoint of professional competence. The authors mean by the methods of formation of professional competence of certain techniques and ways of interacting of the teacher and the bachelors of design in project activities that conform to the competence approach in education aimed at the formation and development of social, communicative, professional and other qualities of the person. This allows students more fully realized in modern socio-economic conditions. In the modern educational process by preparation of bachelors of design the authors identify methods of activization of educational activity, organization of independent work and research activity of students, as most conducive to the formation of common cultural and professional competences of future designers
