PSEUDOEXFOLIATION SYNDROME AS A RISK FACTOR FOR CENTRAL RETINAL VEIN OCCLUSION

abstract 1311707088 issue 131 pp. 1067 – 1075 29.09.2017 ru 1592
The retrospective study of patients with retinal vein occlusion and frequency of pseudoexfoliation syndrome is made in this study. Retinal vein occlusion is the second most common type of retinal vascular disorder, after diabetic retinal disease, and may develop with a consequent reduction in visual acuity. Pseudoexfoliation syndrome is an age-related disease characterized by the production and accumulation of a fibrillar extracellular material in several ocular tissues We have analyzed data of 73 patients with retinal vein occlusion. It was detected that risk of central vein occlusion is higher in patients with pseudoexfoliation syndrome (23,3% of patients were diagnosed as having pseudoexfoliation syndrome). In the branch retinal vein occlusion group only 9,3% of patients had pseudoexfoliation syndrome. In control group only 8,6% of patients had this syndrome. Control group was made of 80 patients similar in age without any retinal and cardiovascular abnormalities, patients with episodes of ocular hypertension, glaucoma, and those who had undergone cataract surgery were excluded from the study. Pseudoexfoliation syndrome may be considered as an independent risk factor for development of central retinal vein occlusion

REGIONAL ETHNIC FEATURES ELDERLY AGE PEOPLE THE REPUBLIC OF SAKHA (YAKUTIA) WITH VARIOUS TUPES OF CVS

abstract 0881304056 issue 88 pp. 786 – 800 30.04.2013 ru 2243
We have studied the electrical activity of the brain of 345 patients with cerebrovascular disease, of whom 139 patients with ischemic stroke (IS) in the carotid, 206 patients with chronic cerebral ischemia (CCI) dyscirculatory encephalopathy stage 1 (DE-1) -91 patients, with 2 DE stage (DE-2) -115 patients. All the observations were divided into two categories, generally includes four main groups of observations, and control. Criteria of the division of main category were the observations of the region of residence and nationality. In the analysis of the EEG of patients with ischemic stroke, the dominant slow-wave activity was recorded in all cases. In patients with HIM, the changes in the bioelectric activity of severe degree were diffuse

ROLE OF PLASMAPHERESIS AND XENON THERAPY IN CORRECTING THE ACUTE EFFECTS OF SURGICAL MENOPAUSE IN PATIENTS WITH CERVICAL CANCER

abstract 1171603029 issue 117 pp. 475 – 489 31.03.2016 ru 945
The article analyzes the effectiveness of plasmapheresis and xenon therapy in 40 patients with gynecological cancer who underwent surgery in the amount of extended panhysterectomy about cervical cancer, who developed signs of post-castration syndrome in the immediate postoperative period. The content of gonadotropic pituitary hormones was determined in the blood of patients with cervical cancer and healthy women - follicule-stimulating, luteinizing hormones, prolactin; steroid hormones: estradiol, testosterone, cortisol; thyroid hormones. It is found that xenon therapy has a more pronounced antistress, hormone-modulating, sedative and antidepressant effect and is more preferable to treat post-castration syndrome. Performing of plasmapheresis in this aspect is most justified in patients with concomitant metabolic syndrome

SELECTION OF FETAL CELLS CIRCULATING IN MATERNAL BLOOD FOR NONINVASIVE PRENATAL DIAGNOSIS

abstract 1151601082 issue 115 pp. 1288 – 1309 27.01.2016 ru 839
Trophoblast cells circulating in maternal blood may serve as potential sources of genetic information for screening in obstetric practice approaches to noninvasive prenatal diagnosis. The material for the study was whole blood of pregnant women of gestational ages of 8-12 weeks in a volume of 10 ml. stabilized with heparin. Enrichment was performed by the method of gradient centrifugation and magnetic separation (CD45–) with fluorescent staining negative fractions labeled with antibodies to antigens of trophoblasts (HLA-G, and Trop-2) to conduct flow cytometry and sorting of cells on glass slides. Single cell candidates using laser micro dissection were transferred into a vial for subsequent whole-genome amplification, providing sufficient representativeness of their genome. Fetal origin of the genetic material was confirmed by comparison of alleles of the HLA genes of the parents and cells candidates. It is possible to improve significantly the accuracy and versatility of non-invasive prenatal diagnosis using comparative genomic hybridization using chips (аCGH)

STUDY ORIENTATION OF MANDIBULAR AXIS BASED ON THE COMPUTER TOMOGRAPHY (CT) OF TEMPOROMANDIBULAR JOINT (TMJ)

abstract 0881304079 issue 88 pp. 1111 – 1120 30.04.2013 ru 1973
The research was done on the basis of 47 CТ of TMJ of subjects with the orthognathic occlusion without any pathology of TMJ. The measurements of parameters aquired by CT of TMJ were taken by the personal computer with the use of the program EzImplant-Dental3D-Professional. Position of mandibular axis concerning orbital area is characterized by strength, but concerning the area po-po (external auditory meatuses) position of mandibular axis appears more variable. Received issues confirm existence of imprecisions by the use of face bow, which is aimed for transferal of models of jaws in articulator, what influences accuracy of articulator’s operation in the long run

STUDYING THE HEALTH OF RURAL TEENAGERS WITH CHRONIC GASTROENTEROLOGICAL PATHOLOGY ACCORDING TO PROFOUND MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS

abstract 1121508077 issue 112 pp. 1071 – 1081 30.10.2015 ru 1172
Pathology of digestive organs is high on the list in structure of diseases of children and teenagers. Now many pediatricians face that teenagers at the same time have several diseases. The most exact method of detection of the available pathology is medical examination. These inspections of rural teenagers with chronic gastroenterological pathology are given in article. The carried-out work allowed revealing the main features of a state of health of this contingent

SYSTEMIC-COGNITIVE APPROACH TO FORECASTING OF DURATION OF THE POSTOPERATIVE REGENERATIVE PERIOD ON THE BASIS OF THE INFORMATION ABOUT THE PATIENT, RECEIVED BY THE METHOD OF CARDIORESPIRATORY SYNCHRONISM (CRS) (cognitive structurization and formalization of a subject domain and preparation of training sample)

abstract 0510907010 issue 51 pp. 212 – 252 28.09.2009 ru 3567
In this article application of a new method of an artificial intellect is examined: systemic-cognitive analysis and its toolkit - "Eidos" system are used for an estimation of level of nonspecific resistance of an organism of patient on the basis of the preoperative information about it received by a method of cardiorespiratory synchronism (CRS) and forecasting of duration of the postoperative rehabilitation period on this basis. The technology and a technique of cognitive structurization and subject domain formalization, and also preparation of training sample is described in detail.
