This article discusses the general principles of developing software applications for generating and verifying practical tasks in mathematical disciplines in the Visual Basic for Application development environment. The article describes the structure of computer programs, the main components of the implemented macros are also investigated, the algorithms of the basic procedures are given. A special place is given to the problems of identifying students and protecting the generated data. We have also given recommendations on the use of developed programs in the educational process

Peculiarities of breeding oidium-resistant genotypes in
crossing Crimea autochthonous grape varieties with
complex interspecific hybrids were studied. Twentytwo
populations consisting of 1323 seedlings were
analyzed over a period of 2008-2014. The highest
oidium resistance was registered in the progeny of the
cross Khersonesskii х ЖС 26-205 (6.8 points), and the
average estimate of oidium resistance across all the
study populations was higher than that of the initial
autochthonous grapes of the Crimea. The level of
hypothetical heterosis in the majority of the study
populations indicates that, on the whole, the hybrid
seedlings possess a higher oidium resistance relative to
the initial Crimea autochthonous grapes. The highest
breeding value was associated with cross combinations
having the complex interspecific hybrids Muscat JIM,
Spartanets Magaracha and Magarach 31-77-10 in their
pedigrees. The cross combination Muscat JIM х
Shabash was the most efficient, yielding 10.7 per cent
of oidium-resistant seedlings. It was reliably
established that a high level of the genotypically determined inheritance of oidium resistance is found
in crosses with the participation of the interspecific
forms Magarach № 31-77-10 and Muscat JIM (female
parents) and Spartanets Magaracha and Tsitronnyi
Magaracha (male parents). The expediency of this
direction of breeding research was proved
This article describes the purpose of SmartHouse
systems, noting their advantages and disadvantages.
We have identified sustainable trends in the
implementation of such systems in the life of modern
people, and there has been a substantiation of the
need for their development. The article provides a
detailed description of a SmartHouse system and the
generalized structure of the system. Existing
approaches to management systems implementation
SmartHouse was consider. The subsystem of lighting
control was considered as an example. The structural
diagram of this subsystem was developed. We have
justified the choice of technical devices, hardware
and software subsystem of lighting control; we have
also given their description. As a subsystem device
we use Bluetooth module HC-05/06, four channel
relay module to connect to Arduino, Arduino Mega
2560 plate. We briefly describe the process of
programming the Arduino Mega plate. The necessity
of remote access subsystems was substantiated. We
have reviewed existing standards and technologies
for solving such problems and proposed the
implementation of remote access subsystem via a
mobile communication system using the Bluetooth
standard. The developed mobile application that
allows you to control devices on the example of the
lighting subsystem was described. We have
performed testing of the model of a subsystem of
lighting control and the developed software. The
proposal for the development of this work was given.

author concludes about the necessity of inclusion the
additional structural element, legitimate interests of
parties of criminal proceedings in the criminalprocedural
relationships. The author’s definition of the
legitimate interests of some parties of the criminal
process is tabled for discussion. Different points of
view of legal scholars on the subject are analyzed in
this article. The article discusses special features of
occurrence of legitimate interests in terms of pretrial
agreement undertaking on cooperation with suspected

In the context of the problem situation caused by the
territorial limitation of the modern paradigm of
Russian history, the author actualizes the model of a
holistic, in territorial aspect, a nationwide history of
Russia, covering an exceptionally all regions of the
country. In conditions of complex territorial structure
of Russian society, the unity of its history has unique
singularity due to variety of regional contexts of
historical development. Therefore, it is impossible to
understand the uniqueness of civilizational singularity
of Russia fully without learning regional features and
territorial components. Based in it, it is concluded, that
the concept of nationwide Russian history for high
school must have more complete, maybe even total
territorial coverage of historical events and processes
and must point on either great achievements or
negative, dramatic errors, ignoring of which contraries
to the task of creation a tolerant patriotism. In this
way, the author considers the concept of nationwide
history can be a catalyst of modern national idea,
which may be one of the factors the cohesion of
society of strengthening territorial unity and integrity
of Russia
