ABOUT DIAGNOSIS OF THE POSSIBILITY OF REQUIREMENTS ЩА SOYBEAN PLANTS IN SULFUR, MOLYBDENUM AND BORON FOR EFFECTIVE FOLIAR APPLICATION

abstract 1101506071 issue 110 pp. 1073 – 1090 30.06.2015 ru 1247
The article presents the results of diagnosis of soybean plants with sulfur, molybdenum and boron in a Western Ciscaucasia on leached chernozem (black soil). The soil testing has shown that the availability of sulfur in the experimental plots is low (2,10-7,02 mg / kg), molybdenum - average (0,20-0,28 mg / kg), boron - low to high (0, 22-0,63 mg / kg). The sulfur content was optimal in 2013 (2309 mg / kg), molybdenum - 2013 and 2014 (1.11 and 0.94 mg / kg) and the boron content was high (65,2-94, 1 mg / kg) in soybean plants. The soybean plants needed sulfur fertilizer in 2012 and 2014, molybdenum - in 2014, and boron fertilizers are not needed, according to the functional diagnosis. The results of various methods of diagnosis coincided with the response of soybean plants for foliar application: sulfur fertilizer increases the yield in 2012 and 2014 by 7.1 and 8.9 %, molybdenum also in 2012 and 2014 - by 6.0 and 10.0 %. Boron fertilizers in 2014 increased soybean yields (17.1%), despite the lack of need for soybean plants in Bor. So, the method of functional diagnostics is more accurate than chemical soil and plant diagnostics

ABOUT EULER FUNCTION

abstract 1271703004 issue 127 pp. 113 – 125 31.03.2017 ru 812
The Euler function is very important in number theory and in Mathematics, however, the range of its values in the natural numbers has not been written off. The greatest value of the Euler function reaches on Prime numbers, furthermore, it is multiplicative. The value of the Euler function is closely associated with the values of the Moebius function and the function values of the sum of the divisors of the given natural number. The Euler function is linked with systems of public key encryption. The individual values of the Euler function behave irregularly because of the irregular distribution of primes in the natural numbers. This tract is illustrated in the article with charts; summatory function for the Euler function and its average value are more predictable. We prove the formula of Martinga and, based on it, we study the approximation accuracy of the average value of the Euler function with corresponding quadratic polynomial. There is a new feature associated with the average value of the Euler function and calculate intervals of its values. We also introduce the concept of density values of the Euler function and calculate its value on the interval of the natural numbers. It can be noted that the results of the behavior of the Euler function are followed by the results in the behavior of functions of sums of divisors of natural numbers and vice versa. We have also given the results of A.Z.Valfish and A.N.Saltykov on this subject

ABOUT EXPERIMENTAL OPPORTUNITIES OF DYNAMIC GEOMETRY SYSTEM CALLED GEOGEBRA

abstract 1281704018 issue 128 pp. 268 – 284 28.04.2017 ru 666
The article presents the possibilities of the GeoGebra dynamic geometry environment which can be used for conducting experimental research work. Computer experiment as a method of research serves to discover new knowledge, to test hypotheses, to involve students in the active process of learning new material. Freely-distributed GeoGebra's dynamic geometry environment which has a Russian version and a friendly interface that can be conveniently used both in classrooms and at home, is chosen as a computer technology for implementing a computer experiment. There are described possibilities of the tools used to implement the computer experiment. Among them are tools for detecting the metric and positional features of the object, obtaining information about the relationship between metric and positional features of objects, a parametrical task of changes of size, creation of experimental data tables. The experimental capabilities of the GeoGebra dynamic geometry environment are revealed by the examples of solving some elementary geometry problems about the simplest of polygons - a triangle that attracted the attention of both ancient scientists (Menelaus and others) and scientists who are closer to our time (Euler, Poncelet et al. ). Capabilities of the system for creating dynamic drawings, tables of experimental data and their application in conducting research work are demonstrated on the example of Menelaus' theorem presented in a more accessible form than in the textbook of geometry 10th -11th forms (authors L.S. Atanasyan, V. F. Butuzov, etc.)

ABOUT FORMS OF REALIZATION OF THE FUNCTIONS OF THE STATE

abstract 1131509005 issue 113 pp. 70 – 79 30.11.2015 ru 1088
The article is devoted to consideration of questions of functions of the state and forms of their realization, which are of very great importance in the theory of the state and practice of its functioning. It can be explained with the next moments, first, to that in functions are shown essence of the state, its social appointment. The state representing the phenomenon of social life, it is characterized by extraordinary variety of directly observable and perceived manifestations. It is defined as a variety of the tasks solved by the state in various areas of life of society, and a variety of bodies, forms, methods and means of implementation of the state activity. In this regard studying of functions serves as the prerequisite of knowledge of the main thing and defining in the state. Secondly, functions of the state define its structure, i.e. ways, regularities of the organization of elements of the state as difficult system. Research of functions of the state and forms of their realization helps to estimate its opportunities, promotes deeper understanding of the mechanism of its interaction with other structures of society in the solution of the most important political, economic, social, ecological, cultural and other tasks. The correct establishment of functions of the state and definition of forms of realization of these functions promotes stabilization of the public relations and development of society in various spheres

About fragile fracture of solids in the formation of a "narrow" isolated defect

abstract 1111507069 issue 111 pp. 1108 – 1120 30.09.2015 ru 1130
We obtain a macroscopic criterion of fragile fracture (limit curve) when creating an isolated defect in the form of “narrow” undercut, when conformal mapping of the exterior of a unit circle on the plane with de-effect in the form of a recess defined by cut fiber-foam series. It is shown that in this case, the limit curve has the form identical to the case when the defect is set to "narrow" ellipse. The same crack oriented along either the compressive stress or tensile perpendicular stress. From here, we can suggest that the shape and geometric properties of a sufficiently "narrow" defect do not affect the values of the critical loads required to start its distribution

ABOUT IDENTITY OF THE RUSSIAN MODEL OF CIVIL SOCIETY: NONTRADITIONAL VIEW ON TRADITIONAL VALUES

abstract 1181604064 issue 118 pp. 1050 – 1060 29.04.2016 ru 678
This article focuses on actualization of mainstreaming of research the problems of development of native civil society within the conservative direction, based on historical civilizational identity of Russia. Comparing main postulates of russian and west civilizations their historically formed priorities in spiritual, political and economic spheres are showed. Based on them and on critical assessment of attempts to adapt the western model to Russian reality, authors consider that the nature of the problem of similarity between Russian reality and model civil society is in only west orientation of civil society theory, which does not suit to stable features of Russia as specific civilization. Trying to find an optimal model of civil society, authors refer to an idea of core values of native civilization. A number of historical issues, which influence on positive development of civil society in Russia, is showed. In order to solve them it is suggested to take measures, the realization of which depends on implementation some functions by civil society together with the state. It is concluded, that Russian society during its history can be reviewed as a civil society within its traditional value

ABOUT INCREASE OF WORK EFFICIENCY OF THE DEPARTMENT

abstract 1281704098 issue 128 pp. 1381 – 1401 28.04.2017 ru 583
The main structural units of the University are departments; the results of their work influence the quality of knowledge, skills and competence of graduates and the image of the University. The article reveals the reasons of unproductive interaction of the departments with divisions, providing educational process; it also discusses suggestions that will improve the performance of the main indicators of assessment of the efficiency of activities of the University. It is shown, that a systematic approach is the basis in the organization of work of structural divisions of the University, but it is difficult to implement, if managers and supervisors do not have authority. To improve the quality of graduates and their demand in the labor market, it requires exempting the Department from administrative work. These functions can be redirected to the management, departments and services with modern electronic information processing system. To achieve high results in training in-demand graduates is possible when the offices and the departments will work as a team with the lecturers, in cooperation and understanding
