The article elucidates reasons for the falling prestige of
higher technical professional education in Russia and
based on their analysis we propose measures aimed at
raising the status of technical specialists. These
activities include: development of a strategic plan of
development of higher professional education, a
system of vocational guidance of graduates of
secondary educational institutions; improvement of
quality of preparation of scientific-pedagogical staff
and development of effective system of training of
teachers; the quality of the educational process and
development of effective system of training of
graduates; development of objective criteria for
assessing the effectiveness of universities;
development of a system of Patriotic education of
students of secondary and higher educational
institutions; increase of salaries of specialists,
influencing the country's economic development, the
status and prestige of the profession of high school
teacher. It is necessary to develop a strategic plan for
the development of higher professional education
urgently since the first part of young professionals will
be ready only after 4 years. Nevertheless, retraining
and advanced training of specialists of technical and
technological disciplines needed for the development
of modern techniques and technologies, including
foreign ones, we can start today. The implementation
of the considered measures will allow to raise prestige
of higher technical professional education and quality
training of students

The article presents an interdisciplinary approach to
teaching of programming technology within the
discipline "Theory and Programming Technology"
based on the implementation of interdisciplinary
connections with financial mathematics on the
example of the development of financial computing
calculators. The importance of interdisciplinary
connections in pedagogic of higher education
motivates the transition of Federal State Educational
Standards (FSES) of a new generation to a
competence model of graduate preparing. Acquisition
of financial calculation methods with the aid of using
software tools will contribute the formation of
professional competences in the project-technological
activity as the ability to apply the tools and
programming technology in terms of professional
training, providing system analysis and management
problem solving (PC-8). The choice for the
development of instrumental software for methods of
financial calculations will be able not only to
improve claimed in FSES of the higher education
professional competences in the project-technological
activities for solving the problems of system analysis
and management decisions, but to develop teaching
and interdisciplinary communications through
enriching the content of the discipline / module with
knowledge of another discipline

Based on an objective analysis, it must be noted that

non-parametric statistics, which suggest that the
distribution functions are arbitrary. In 1979 it was
allocated one of the four major areas of modern
applied statistics - statistics of objects of nonnumeric
nature (statistics of non-numeric data, nonnumeric
statistics). The other three - statistics of
random variables, multivariate statistical analysis,
statistics of random processes and time series.
Statistics of objects of non-numeric nature is central
to the modern mathematical methods of economics.

The article is devoted to the characteristic of poems of east poets (Japan, China, Korea) on which vocal cycles were written by the Russian composers of the XX century. It becomes perceptible that the appeal to east poetry became a tendency, which appeared during the era of the Silver age of the Russian culture. The reasons of the origin of this tendency were revealed. The names of I. Stravinsky, S. Vasilenko, M. Ippolitov-Ivanov, D. Shostakovich, G. Sviridov, S. Slonimsky, L. Grabovsky, A. Nemtin, A. Raskatov, D. Smirnov, V. Kikta, G. Belov, G. Firtich, I. Ostromogilsky, etc. are given as an example of its implication. The large-scale literary list includes poetic of Ancient Chinese poetry, Japanese ancient (medieval) poetry, classical Korean poetry, folklore verses. In the conclusion, typical lines of vocal cycles on these poetic works are shown. The center of this poetry is images of the nature, communication with it of inner world of the person. This poetry is distinguished by a reserved manner of the embodiment of rich inner world, thin psychological gradation. Other figurative constants – love collisions, philosophical reflections about meaning of life, loneliness, exile. They are embodied emotionally frostily, laconically by means of expression
