In this article, we present the results of the research of influence of polysaccharides and prebiotics on physical, chemical, rheological, microbiological and organoleptic indicators of a sour-milk product on the basis of ferment starting cultures of Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus. The optimum dose of polysaccharides and prebiotics adding into a sour-milk product is proved
Modern domestic tomato hybrid should be competitive with tomato hybrids of foreign selection. To create a model of a future hybrid, a collection of modern tomato hybrids of domestic and foreign selection presented on the seed market was investigated. During the study, a modern method of genetic study of the genotype of tomato Real-Time PCR was used. As a result of the study, a model of a modern tomato hybrid with tolerance to powdery mildew of tomato was described. In the future, it is planned to carry out breeding work to create such a hybrid. In the course of studying the F1 collection of tomato hybrids, it was found that the modern model of a tomato hybrid should have the following characteristics: a semi-vegetative type of growth with closely spaced internodes, early and medium ripening, a simple type of inflorescence with 4–5 fruits if the average weight of fruit is more than 200 grams; with 6–7 fruits weighing up to 150 grams for collection by tassels. High strength of fruits with the absence of concentric and radial cracking, suitable for long-distance transportation, is required. In the genotype of the modern hybrid model, in addition to tomato powdery mildew resistance (Oidiun lycopersici), it is necessary to have a complex of resistance genes to such diseases as tobacco mosaic virus (Tomato mosaic tobamovirus), Fusarium oxysporum, verticillosis wilt of the tomato; ), brown spot of tomato (Cladosporium fulvum). It is also desirable the presence of a gene of resistance to the yellow leaf curl virus of tomato (Tomato yellow leaf curl virus) and the gall nematode (Meloidogyne incognita)
Present article is devoted to research of sorption
properties of various filtering materials. The various
types of filters, such as fabric, frame, granular filters
are considered. The principles of work of each type of
filters, feature and difference them from each other are
considered. The conditions of their application are
investigated. Process of filtering through a layer of
granular loading also is described. The physicochemical
parameters of some granular materials
including sand, hydroanthracite-Ð , granite road metal,
volcanic tuffs, and expanded vermiculite are given.
The comparison of oil capacity of some materials is
considered at their use as a filtering material and oil
collectors. We have described sorption features of
activated carbon, used as a filtering material for
clearing waters of petroleum and petroleum. The
article has a conclusion about their prospects and the
efficiency of application when fighting with petroleum
pollutions
One of the limiting factors to obtain high yields of
grape plantations in Anapa-Taman subzones with good
quality is moisture. Grape plant adapts well to a
limited amount of moisture in the soil. The penetration
of roots deep into the soil horizons may reach 5-6
meters, provided with a moderate density of the soil
and the lack of limiting factors such as the presence of
ground water and limiting the content of toxic soluble
salts. In the course of mathematical data processing we
have established a trend of increasing average annual
rate of precipitation in the period from 1932 to 2015.
In the years when the amount of precipitation for the
year exceeds the average long-term performance, the
key amount of precipitation in the summer months in a
downpour and in a limited area. Average annual
amount of precipitation in the period from 1932 to
2015 was 519 mm, the minimum was recorded in 2002
(324 mm), the maximum - in 1981 (800 mm). Despite
the general trend of increasing average annual rainfall
over the years, moisture deficit is in the soil.
Accounting of moisture saving dynamics in the soil in
the 2015-2016's indicates the absence of moisture
reserves. Optimal soil moisture values were observed
only in May and June, and only half meter layer of
soil. In the phase of growth and ripening berries (July,
August, September) soil moisture content was much
lower than the permissible value, which is comparable
with the level of wilting point. For the stable-quality
grape raw materials it is necessary to pay more
attention to the water and the air regime of the soil
The analysis of the statistical structure of the soil humidity stability and the precipitation-evaporation ratio is represented in the article. The mathematical model of the subgrade humidity forecast allowing evaluating actual or designing humidity of the any soil type with the natural humidification in the range of active layer 2.0 m according to the observed temperature and air humidity deficiency data is worked out
Algae as bioindicators on soil pollution by xenobiotics were studied in Krasnodar region. Explicit alteration of algacenosis was observed on the territory functioning petroleum production site, it testifies the consistent soil pollution. Alga flora of preserve area zone differentiated with high species diversity.
The article describes the purpose, the device, the technological
process of work, and also the justification of
the parameters and operating modes of the sorting
nozzles of the seed separator by weight, dividing individually
the seeds of agricultural crops according to
their individual weight, thus ensuring the selection of
seeds with a large supply of nutrients, the energy of
germination and the growth force contributing to the
formation of the crop
This work is devoted to the methods of multicriteria optimization and classical statistics of obtaining pre-estimated information for time series that have long-term memory, which is why their levels do not satisfy the independence property, and therefore the classical prediction methods may be inadequate. The developed methods of obtaining such information are based on classical statistics methods such as mathematical statistics, multicriteria optimization and extreme value theory. The effectiveness of the proposed approach has been demonstrated on the example of specific time series of volumes of mountain rivers
The results of the effect of the electro dialysis treatment on the composition and properties of salt whey are presented. The main regularities of the demineralization process of salt whey and its efficiency are determined
The article presents the original study material designed to determine the effect of individual parameters on the performance linkage resource efficiency. These data allow us to determine the efficiency changes in metals construction at the given constraints
