METHODOLOGY OF OPTIMAL PLACEMENT OF TRADE NETWORK OBJECTS

abstract 1541910011 issue 154 pp. 104 – 118 30.12.2019 ru 247
The article outlines the idea of a methodology for locating distribution centers of a spatially distributed distribution network without restrictions on the territory. In the past fifteen years in Russia, the profitability of offices and retail space has been significantly higher than logistic complexes. At present, it is possible to talk about a change in the investment attractiveness of the segment of distribution centers and storage facilities. The method consists in solving three problems: determining the number of distribution centers that need to be placed using the method of comparing options; determination of the best locations for placement of distribution centers using the ant colony algorithm; identification of the best location from the previously determined ant colony algorithm using the penalty function method. This method of optimal placement of objects of a spatially distributed complex can be applied not only to the distribution network, but also to any transport company with distribution centers, for example, a logistics company, delivery services, etc.

METHODOLOGY OF MODELING SOCIAL SYSTEMS FOR CONFLICT ANALYSIS AND CONTROL

abstract 1331709071 issue 133 pp. 936 – 959 30.11.2017 ru 534
This article provides results of studying the world achievements in modeling social systems in the aspects of personality, group, and social institute (e.g. the state and army). Through prism of conflict, we review research methodology for modeling social identity, social navigation, geopolitical processes, and command and control systems of the enemy. We discuss four agent-based models of social identity: SCIPR, MetaContrast, PS-I, and SILAS. We examine Spence model for modeling social navigation. Basic principles for modeling relations between the states are considered using ontology approach. The presented model allows systemic analysis of various micro- (intrastate) and macrolevel (external) variables and relations between them. Modeling command and control system of the enemy is implemented as a part of an automated decision support system that tackles the problems of enemy structure identification as well as classification of objects and relations within the structures. The object of study are approaches, methods and models for representation and analysis of group interaction. The subject of study are processes of agent self-identification and interaction, formal and informal organizations, the states and public institutes as well as processes and principles for group formation and mechanisms for behavior control. Research methodology: social network analysis, ontology approach, theory of graphs and hypergraphs, multiagent systems

METHODOLOGY OF DECENTRALIZED DISTRIBUTION OF KEY INFORMATION IN THE SYSTEMS OF HIDDEN COMMUNICATION FOR FEDERAL CRITICAL IMPORTANT OBJECTS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

abstract 1321708029 issue 132 pp. 366 – 375 31.10.2017 ru 323
The technique relates to the area of distribution of key information in cryptographic communication systems. The purpose of the work was to solve the problem of increasing the speed of distribution of key information for special bodies of federal bodies of critical facilities in the conditions of network-centric management and creating alternative options for the distribution of key information when key documents are compromised to special equipment. By applying the methodology, a solution to this problem is achieved by applying a key distribution method based on asymmetric cryptography using symmetric polynomials

METHODOLOGY OF CONTROL PROCESSES MODELING IN SOCIO-ECONOMIC SYSTEMS

abstract 1011407011 issue 101 pp. 166 – 196 30.09.2014 ru 1596
The article introduces the basic concepts of control theory. It has also noted the multicriteriality of real control problems. After reviewing the basic concepts of the theory of modeling we have analyzed postwar history and current status of mathematical modeling of control processes. We have also discussed the modeling methodology. As an example of a real model of the management process we have considered a model of allocation of time between the acquisition of knowledge and development of skills

METHODOLOGY OF ACOUSTIC SAFETY MEASURING IN OPERATORS’ BOOTHS OF AGRICULTURAL MACHINES

abstract 1201606073 issue 120 pp. 1121 – 1135 30.06.2016 ru 445
In this article, we have examined the methodology of acoustic measuring with the purpose to create safety conditions for the activity of agricultural machines operators, in foremost harvesters and tractors. We should underline that such studies are based on the state standards that are aimed at improving the level of comfort of the activity of the operators of tractors and harvesters and maintaining their working capacities. Therefore, there is a need for a thorough analysis of the current regulatory legislation (standards that are applied) in combination with analysis of mathematical support of measuring devices (sound level meter). Besides, there is a need for creating strict sequence of actions of the sound level meter operator (algorithm) in combination with the method of conveying information that is adapted to the experiment. At the enterprises, organizations and establishments control of the noise level at working places is checked no less than once a year. The State Standard 12.4.095-80 provides the basis for measuring, position of the control point in the booth, the frame and characteristics of measuring, mode of activity of engines and parts of harvesters, the amount of measurement samples (3 precise measurements), estimation of measurements and their correction, equipment, methods of measuring the results, temporary characteristics of measuring by the sound level meter in “slow” mode and frequency correction
