Corporate integrated structures form a significant
segment of the modern economy of the Russian
Federation. One of the significant problems of their
functioning and development is the creation of an
effective management system. An analytical review
of existing methods of designing organizational
structures showed that today there are no methods
adapted to corporate integrated structures that take
into account the multilevel management system, the
heterogeneity of its elements in development stages,
the types of organizational structures used, which
determines the relevance of the research topic. As a
result of the conducted researches, the article
describes the characteristics of modern types of
organizational structures, gives recommendations on
their use at various stages of the life cycle of
organizations that are part of the corporate integrated
structure, including depending on the industry
specifics. A comparative analysis of the methods of
designing organizational structures made it possible
to select the basic methods that form the basis of the
developed method and formalize its main stages,
taking into account the level of the organization's
development, factors leading to a management crisis
at this level of development, a functional set that
triggers development mechanisms, structuring
development goals and a functional-structural The
model of organizations at all levels of the corporate
integrated structures management system. The
evaluation stage of the developed alternative variants
was proposed to be carried out taking into account a
variety of heterogeneous criteria: the degree of
centralization and decentralization of management,
the speed of information flow, and the level of costs
for the implementation of functions and operations.

The article is an author's view on the problem of innovation and innovation environment applied to the oil industry of the country and its regions. The main task set by the authors during the study is the development of theoretical provisions for determining the priorities for the formation of an innovation environment in the Russian oil and gas sector and the development of methodological recommendations for the improvement of the innovation environment. For this purpose, the following tasks were accomplished: the essence of the innovation environment of the oil industry as an economic category was revealed and the priorities of its formation in the oil and gas complex of the region were justified; the methodological bases of the innovation environment analysis are substantiated and the priorities of its formation in the economy (structure, functions, indicators) are revealed; proposals to improve the innovation environment in the oil-producing region have been developed; methodical recommendations on the development of innovative processes in the industry have been formed. educational and scientific process the artistic works, as
a resource of visual information, becomes a very actual
and even indispensable tool for the formation of new
knowledge about cultivated plants. The work deals
with iconography as a system of images of certain
subjects and characters presented in painting,
ceramics, mosaic, sculpture, tapestry, murals, stamps,
postcards, posters, labels, photos giving information
about this or that agricultural plant. Electronic
databases are the kind of information portal with visual
images. Databases for the iconography of agricultural
plants are successfully used in the scientific process,
because exist the e evidence of changes in plants under
the influence of scientific selection, the search for rare
and ancient genotypes. Any source of information
contains only a certain set of information, far from
exhausting existing points of view, statistical data,
analytical calculations relating directly or indirectly to
this topic. Due to this circumstance, there is a need to
search for new forms of information that can be
successfully implemented in the iconography of the
image of agricultural plants. The creation of electronic

This article is devoted to description of theoretical
aspects in the field of organizational component in
processes of agroindustrial integration from point of
view of methodology of inter-farm relations. As the
object of the research, the authors have identified a set
of factors mediating the process of organizational
interaction and regulation of inter-farm relationships
with a certain type of construction business systems in
agricultural production. Topicality of the chosen
subject area was confirmed by the fact that conditions
of realization of the State program of development of
agriculture, which provides the improvement of the
organizational-economic mechanism of agrarian and
industrial complex, has been oriented on import
substitution and required a complex of measures,
directed at development of tools and mechanisms to
support the agricultural integration. A number of
provisions of the article, such as assessment of factors
influencing the choice of the method of building interenterprise
relations and type agro-industrial formations
reveal basic provisions at advantages and prospective
directions of development processes of agroindustrial
integration. It points to primacy of processes
cooperation and availability of mutual proprietary
interest of economic entities for further business
cooperation and formation of a single vertically
integrated economic system. In the article, there are
certain elements of increment of scientific knowledge,
which lies in comparison and synthesis of the selected
theoretical conceptual positions of mechanism of
formation and development of on-farm and inter-farm
relations from horizontal to vertical agro-industrial
integration on basis of which the authors present their
own point of view on most significant features and
directions of the development in agroindustrial
integration in organizations of agricultural production.
