Efficiency of correction of hepatic insufficiency at dogs by means of a complex method with application of reflexotherapy and a preparation based on silver is shown. After application of complex therapy for the ill dogs with SHI restoration of the clinical status for 6 days, and at with CHI for 8 days was marked. Biochemical indicators of blood with SHI reached level of healthy dogs for 14 days, and with CHI for 17 days
Hereby are represented: method and results of experimental research for substantiation of rational operating mode for honey centrifuge electric drive. Empiric model of influence of honey temperature (from 20 to 30 оС) and honey humidity (from 17 to 21%) on initial rotating speed of centrifuge was worked out. Rational operating mode of honey centrifuge electric drive consists of 3 stages of honey output. Rotating speed of drum with allowance to the honey temperature and humidity for each stage was substantiated. There is an example of model using. The article describes the automated method of friction coefficient determination of row crops seeds using different types of surface, including modern polymer and composite materials. It is revealed that the friction coefficient characterizes the friction properties of seeds arising in the process of mechanical action during harvesting, transportation, storage and processing, as well as changes over time depending on the state of the surfaces, contact time, humidity, relative velocity and other parameters. The problem of lack of friction coefficients values for rest and dynamic friction coefficients for the polymeric and composite materials which are actively applied today at industrial production of agricultural machinery is designated. The design and general view of the device which helps to determine friction coefficient excluding the human factor (operator error) are presented. The operation principle of the developed device is described and the processing method of experimental data is given. Experimental data were obtained and statistical processing was carried out to identify the static and dynamic friction coefficients of seeds. process of reforming the Russian economy. It was
determined that under current conditions a decisive
role in ensuring the successful operation of enterprises
science-intensive and high-tech industries provides
highly qualified personnel - the intellectual capital,
which is formed in the process of training specialists
within the system of continuous professional education
and training (CPEandT). We show new capabilities of
training a contingent of specialists in science-intensive
and high-tech industries, offered by the introduction
and expansion of use in system of CPEandT and
modern educational technology (MET). We found
reasonable prospect of the transition from reproductive
to creative model of the organization of skills
development. They are implemented mainly by a
variety of electronic educational resources (EER),
which are used for the development of various
technologies. The article presents results of the
comparative analysis of new and traditional
technologies for the development of ESM and shows
their role in the methodical maintenance of process of
professional development. It is proved that the
introduction of the EER within MET in CPEandT
system radically changes the interaction of
professionals and qualified teachers with contingent
specialists of science-intensive and high-tech
industries, and contributes to the effective organization
of skills development
The principles and the methods of strategic planning were shown in the article. We have investigated the tools of strategic analysis, strategy development and enterprise strategic plan. In the implementation of the strategic planning process – the strategic development of the company – we use the analysis of internal and external environment: PEST–analysis, five forces model of Michael Porter, administrative examination, analysis of the “value chain” by M. Porter and system management analysis of Mc Kinsey CVP–analysis
(Cost – Volume – Profit), SWOT–analysis. On the basis of the analysis of the company’s internal and external environment, as well as the SWOT–analysis, we have proposed a business strategy. Among all the methods of portfolio analysis in strategic planning, the authors identify three of the most famous ones: the method of the Boston Consulting Group (BCG); model of McKinsey; Model of ADL / LC (a concept of life
cycle). We have also substantiated a comprehensive
strategic plan, as well as its system implementation and
management, because the previously developed strategy
was a generalized idea of the direction of the organization.

target program; economic-mathematical methods
(simulation of queuing systems, theory of production
functions, dynamic modeling) and methods of network

with a solution of sodium chloride and a solution of
succinic acid in various concentrations to clean the
baskets-of inflorescences of sunflower from the
ballast towards the pectin substances. The
application of these solutions helps to reduce
protein, coloring and aromatic substances contained
in baskets-inflorescences of sunflower, as well as
easing the connection of calcium ions with
protopectin in inflorescences of sunflower, in the
future, cleaned baskets-blossoms of the sunflower
are used as raw material for producing high-quality

using a package of measures. However, the most
urgent measure seems tougher sanction measures for
