The method of edge detection for X-ray medical images is proposed in the article. The method uses active contours approach for object edge refinement and combines advantages of active contours and those of the method proposed by author in his earlier researches. In this article, in accordance with the methodology of SC analysis, we consider particular implementation stages of the synthesis of the numerical model and its analysis.
