The article is devoted to an actual problem: increasing of reliability of expert estimates, due to attraction in group of the most competent experts for carrying out examination. The analysis of application of expert estimation in the field of operation of corporate and telecommunication networks is provided in the article. The technique of an assessment of competence of experts is offered. When assessing the competence of experts the following factors were considered: specialization of the expert, an experience and experience of its work in the field, scientific qualification, existence of scientific works on a perspective of carrying out examination. For identification of a priority of factors at determination of competence of experts it is offered to use a method of the analysis of hierarchies. The necessary number of experts for carrying out examination of objects is defined on the basis of application of the statistical analysis

The article presents the results of the researches of the
influence of a way of crushing on activity of
ingredients of concrete mix. It is shown that sand
crushing by method of free kick in a planetary mill of
AGO-2 allows not only to raise its specific surface, to
receive the demanded particle size distribution, but
also to improve quality of a surface of particles by
removal, destruction of superficial inactive films. On a
new surface of sand excess energy concentrates, the
active centers are formed and there is a fixing of germs
of new growths of products of hydration of cement in a
place of an exit of dislocations to surfaces of crystals
of sand that leads to substantial increase of chemical
activity and reactionary ability of sand
The newest wine grape variety Eftihiya with aromatic pink colored skin (in Greek the name means “happi-ness”) was breed with hybridization at the Athens In-stitute of Viticulture by P. Zamanidi, L. Troshin and P. Radchevskiy in 2005 by crossing the Greek varieties and Malaguzya with Eurasian Traminer pink. Dura-tion of production period from bud burst to harvest 146-155 days. Yields are very high: 25-30 t / ha. Modal mass of clusters is 250 g. Bunch is conical, me-dium density. Berry is medium, short elliptical, pink colored, with a thick wax coating. Pulp and juice with the expressed varietal flavor, similar to the aroma of Traminer pink. Sugar content of more than 24%. Vari-ety is designed for production for the dry white wines of excellent class and high-quality sparkling, dessert and sweet wines; suitable for the production of high quality aromatic juices

The relevance of this topic conditioned on the need of
developing a systematic and evidence-based
development strategy for the agricultural sector of the
country as a whole and on the regional level. In this
regard, the study presents an analysis of the main
indicators of the Program of development of
agriculture of Russia and the Stavropol region, as well
as their comparative characteristics, which allowed us
to make conclusions about the region's share in the
national indicators of agricultural development. The
authors have conducted forecasting of the major
indicators of Agriculture of Russia and the Stavropol
region. The forecast covers such characteristics of
agriculture, as the amount of output (production
component), investments in fixed capital of agro
industrial complex (investment component) and
balanced financial result (resultant component). The
composed scenarios of development of agricultural
production in Russia and the Stavropol region reflect
possible trends: inertial development of the industry,
based on maintaining the current dynamics of
development; pessimistic scenario anticipating slow pace of development of investment activity in the
agricultural sector; optimistic scenario, based on the
assumption that the creation of fundamental
conditions for public and private investment in agro
industrial complex. The results are of interest to

radiolarians during the last 150 million years with
accuracy to one geological century was determined.
The basic patterns of species and taxa of high rank
change had been established for the boundary
between Cretaceous and Paleogene. There were
revealed topomorphic features of bipolar species,
which have succeeded from the Cretaceous into the
Paleogene and became ancestors of Cenozoic
radiolarian fauna. Changes in the species number in
the boundary between Cretaceous and Paleogene
periods, and also significant variations in the species
diversity in Paleocene and Eocene are connected to a
combination of a number of factors. The most
important of those factors are geological processes,
causing extensive transgressions and regressions,
climate variability, the overall evolution direction of
the Earth biota and competition for important
chemical components for the Radiolaria’s livelihood.
The emergence of powerful tropical forests on the
land with their huge bio-production and bio-chemical
erosion is connected to late Cretaceous era. This
resulted increasing of the dissolved material
proceeding into the sedimentation pool, what is
confirmed by classical bauxites emergence. Because
aluminium oxide and silicon oxide are geochemically
connected, we can state as well about
increasing of dissolved silica flow initiated
development of Diatoms, which became competitors
to Radiolaria in their battle for silica. The last ones
are lost this battle, what caused the species
decreasing. That was not a catastrophic event with
immediate extinction, but a long process
