ROTARY SCREW SYSTEMS IN CEMENT

abstract 1151601064 issue 115 pp. 1023 – 1037 27.01.2016 ru 525
The article presents results of research of rotary-screw systems in relation to the creation of rotary kilns for the annealing of-cuttings in the preparation of cement clinker. Using the proposed design, in comparison with known designs of similar purpose, it significantly improves performance, reduces size and power consumption through the use of rotary screw systems in the form of screw rotors and drums made hollow with sidewalls assembled from separate strips or plates of different geometrical shapes with form inside the screw breaks or smooth edges, screw surfaces and screw grooves. It is shown that the housing of the rotary kiln is expedient to produce helical surfaces whose centers of curvature are located within the housing. Using the proposed constructions rotary kiln during the firing when preparing cement wedge can increase the speed of rotation of the housing, furnaces 5-10 times due to changes in the rotary-screw systems increase efficiency and reduce the size of furnaces

ROTOR AND SCREW TECHNOLOGICAL SYSTEMS FOR PREPARATION OF SOLUTIONS AND CONCRETE

abstract 1181604046 issue 118 pp. 794 – 804 29.04.2016 ru 555
We have provided technical solutions to improve performance of technological systems for the preparation of solutions and concrete based on the use of screw rotors in the form of drums with helix lines formed on the perimeter as interconnect lines of his spiral surfaces. We discuss the six varieties of devices and installations for mixing, including concrete mixers, reels which are of a complicated geometric body formed by helical surfaces with variable or constant pitch and which creates screw lines in the places of their connection. In the form of screw drums, they may be conical, concave, convex, cylindrical. The experimental test was conducted on the concrete mixer drums, which are arranged one in the other. The implementation of the mixer in the form of coaxially edited two barrels provides not only a reduction in size in length, but a significant reduction in energy consumption due to the use of heat, released during the activation process of inert heating of the concrete mix as when re-mixing and concrete mix when mixing it with water and transportation. The drums of such systems is made of flat elements with the formation of the helical lines discretely spaced around the perimeter of different pitch and with different numbers directed towards each other helical surfaces. In the process of transporting the components of concrete in the internal screw drum there is active mixture of sand, gravel and cement. Thus, there is not only the destruction of lumpy, sticky components of the raw materials, but also active uniform distribution of particles of cement, sand and gravel into a homogenous mass. The implementation of the proposed technology and equipment ensures not only reduction of the dimensions of the mixer length, but also improving the quality of finished products, as well as potential cement savings of 3-5%

RURAL (AGRARIAN) TOURISM: RETROSPECTIVE ANALYSIS AND MODERN DEVELOPMENT IN THE KRASNODAR REGION

abstract 1321708094 issue 132 pp. 1166 – 1187 31.10.2017 ru 1156
Many scientists suppose that rural tourism as a kind of tourism industry in Russia has not got long history. But we can see its manifestations at different stages of tourism development, which are described in the given article. In different historical periods, rural tourism had its own forms, modifications and kinds of activity. That is why we can say that agrarian tourism took place in pre-Soviet and Soviet periods too. Besides, we still have troubles with theoretic aspects of rural tourism. Today science society invents a determination of rural (agrarian) tourism, creates classifications of this and so forth. Nowadays rural tourism is a polyfunctional phenomenon. That is why we should explore it in more details. The Krasnodar region has a lot of recourses which allows us to develop many kinds of tourism, including agrarian on its territory. Existing legal environment creates attractive investment climate and helps to develop rural tourism in the Krasnodar region successfully

RURAL SETTLEMENTS AND LANDS OF KRESTETSKY UYEZD DUE TO THE MATERIALS OF THE FIRST LAND CADASTRES AND EVALUATIONS OF RUSSIAN SOIL SCIENTISTS

abstract 1241610044 issue 124 pp. 695 – 707 30.12.2016 ru 369
The article deals with the problem of assessing the quality of land settlements of Krestetsky uyezd in Novgorod province since the time of cadaster descriptions of Novgorod land to fieldworks of Russian soil scientists. The comparative aspect studies information of cadastres in the middle of the XVI century, Economic notes to the General landsurveying of the Russian Empire in the second half of the XVIII century and "Soil and Geological essay of Krestetsky uyezd" at the beginning of the XX century. Due to this research a database included information about the settlements having existed in the territory for centuries, with the description of land quality and fertility was compiled. The analysis revealed that according to field studies, mechanical and physical composition of soils in Krestetsky uyezd within the same soil type was very diverse. General land surveying described soil based on the predominance of muddy substances, sand or clay, but at the same time the characteristic of grain yields played an important role. In the XVI century the categories of good, medium and poor lands could have the lands with the same composition of the soil, and the probability of it was especially strengthened by the prevalence of certain soils in the region. However, at the micro level of individual settlements of graveyards certain regularities in land assessment shown in the objective signs that can be identified on the country are traced. The graveyards of Derevskaya pyatina included in Krestezkiy uyezd deals with such objective indicators as worsening assessment of the quality of land including the availability of various types of clay which are subsoils of many local soils

RUSSIA'S BANKING SYSTEM UNDER THE WTO: PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS

abstract 0831209027 issue 83 pp. 369 – 378 30.11.2012 ru 1570
The author analyzes the current state of the banking system of Russia, highlights the major leaders in the field: Sberbank, VTB, Gazprombank and explores their branch network abroad. He concludes that as a result of Russia's accession to the WTO, the influx of foreign capital into the banking sector is activated. Positive expectations for expansion of foreign banking institutions are associated with improving the quality of financial services, the improvement of products and technologies, the inflow of long-term and low-cost resources to enable banks to more actively lend to the economy, increase the availability of bank loans to enterprises and households. However, according to the author, the Russian banking system will need to not only adapt to international standards, but to meet them
