SEARCHES AND MAPPING OF THE WATER-BEARING ZONES DURING HYDROGEOLOG-ICAL WORKS WITH APPLICATION OF THE LINEAMENT AND GEODINAMIC ANALYSIS

abstract 0931309032 issue 93 pp. 483 – 494 30.11.2013 ru 2429
Hydrogeological conditions and problems of regional hydrogeological works of the territory of the Perm Ural and Priurals are characterized. Possibility of providing the population is shown by fresh underground waters. The methodology of mapping of the water-bearing zones on a complex of the methods including the lineament-geodynamic analysis with allocation of geodynamic active zones on the basis of remote researches and geoinformation technologies is considered

SEARCHING ACTIVITIES OF UNITS ENGAGED IN OPERATIONAL INVESTIGATIVE ACTIVITIES ON DETERMINATION AND DETECTION OF MURDERS COMMITTED BY AN ORGANIZED GROUP

abstract 1311707094 issue 131 pp. 1120 – 1140 29.09.2017 ru 390
The authors of the article consider legal organizational and tactical issues related to the search activities of operative-search units for the determination and detection of murders committed by an organized group. The authors compared certain provisions and norms of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, criminal law, criminal procedural law, Federal Laws regulating operative-search activities, searching activity in particular, some issues of obtaining information from confidential sources. Particularly, the authors consider the preparation, commission and concealment of murders committed by an organized group, and come to the conclusion that they are distinguished by careful planning, thoughtful execution and distribution of roles between accomplices. Detection and investigation of such cases are often really difficult due to their non-obvious conditions and concealment of traces of crime by criminals and counteraction to investigation. Therefore, the timely identification of persons involved in commitment of a murder mainly depends on capabilities of units carrying out operational search activities wisely used by an investigator

SEARCHING FOR A MODEL OF EFFECTIVE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT: PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS

abstract 1541910032 issue 154 pp. 348 – 359 30.12.2019 ru 264
The article discusses the results of the international scientific and practical conference "Actual aspects of the implementation of the strategy of modernization of Russia: the search for a model of effective economic development", which was held from 3 to 5 October 2019 in Sudak, Republic of Crimea. The main substantive points of the conference were reflected; during the plenary session 16 reports were heard, in which the main aspects of research conducted in Russia in the scientific direction stated in the conference program were analyzed. The Conference included a round table and four sections. At these meetings, the problems of theory and practice of implementing the strategy of modernization of Russia in the search for a model of effective socio-economic development were predominant. As a result of the conference, a collection of scientific articles was published, its participants were awarded the appropriate certificates

SEARCHING FOR NATURAL ANTIMICOTICS EFFECTIVE AGAINST PHYTOPATHOGENIC FUNGI

abstract 1592005010 issue 159 pp. 147 – 164 29.05.2020 ru 234
Progress in crop production depends on many factors; including the important measure is the protection from pathogenic microorganisms. Various chemicals are used to control phytopathogens, such as natural and artificially synthesized ones. Natural compounds are more environmentally friendly, in most cases less toxic and quickly destroyed. The purpose of this work was to find strains of actinobacteria that have antifungal activity and are considered by us as possible sources of antifungal compounds for agricultural purposes. We selected 10 strains of actinobacteria that were isolated from typical regions of Russia. These strains were active against the fungal test strains Saccharomyces cerevisiae RIA 259 and Aspergillus niger INA 00760 when deep cultured. To determine the activity of selected actinobacteria against phytopathogenic fungi, 6 strains isolated from affected plants were used as tests. Morphological and genetic analysis methods have shown that the selected actinobacteria strains belong to two genera and are represented by the following species: Nocardia soli, Streptomyces antibioticus, S. bottropensis, S. chartreusis, S. chromofuscus, S. hydrogenans (2 isolates), S. lusitanus, S. netropsis, S. peucetius. Phytopathogenic fungi are represented by the following species: Fusarium armeniacum (2 isolates), Fusarium culmorum, Alternaria tenuissima (2 isolates), Bipolaris sorokiniana. As a result, it was found that under conditions of submerged cultivation on nutrient media, actibacteria form substances that inhibit the growth of all phytopathogenic tests used in the experiment. The representatives of species N. soli INA 01217, S.chromofuscus INA 01211, S. lusitanus INA 01218, S. netropsis INA 01190 and S. peucetius INA 01255 have not been described as having antifungal activity previously, so we consider them to be the most promising for chemical research to identify new antifungal antibiotics

SEARCHING WAYS OF ECOLOGICAL FRUIT PLANTS PROTECTION IN ORGANIC GARDEN

abstract 0510907018 issue 51 pp. 383 – 391 28.09.2009 ru 3036
The Codling moth monitoring, conducted with the help of injured fruits count and mail moths capture (with pheromone traps), is given in the article. We consider that pheromone traps reliably register the beginning of the Codling moth large flight (of each generation) at high temperature and little precipitation. The pheromone traps efficiency decreases at rather low temperature and showers. In organic and ecological orchards low density populations of injurious mites are under control of their natural enemies.
