The given work is logic continuation of our researches of cyclic laws of agrarian economy. It is devoted seasonal and cyclic laws of the grain production. Its results are intended for formation of analytical toolkit of management by economic activities of the enterprises of grain branch
The article reviews some aspects of the seasonal variation of road accidents in the city of Krasnodar on the extensive statistical data (2001-2011). The regularities of the temporal variability of the road accidents, as well as their factors are shown
The energy market shows strong exposure to seasonal fluctuations. A striking example of the impact of seasonality is the dynamics of the production of natural and associated gas in Russia. We use two approaches to the identification and analysis of seasonality: classical econometric based on different smoothing procedure; spline method uses an approximation of the economic dynamics of cubic splines and phase analysis. In the comparison of the two methods are used to identify the benefits of using spline functions when modeling economic dynamics and phase analysis of seasonality
The revolutionary discoveries of recent years in immunology has proved that protection from infections and biological aggression leading role played by innate immunity, which leads to the launch and subsequent work of specific adaptive immunity. Today, it is well-known that almost any pathology of the animal affects the immune system and creates an immune imbalance, leading to development of chronic pathological process, frequent relapses and to the development of different kind of complications. Secondary immunodeficiency states are widely distributed and differ in many etiological factors age, nutritional, medicinal, infectious and neoplastic nature, which leads to increased susceptibility of animal to various раthogenic factors, the weakening of the body. Awareness of the role of immunological disorders in the pathogenesis of a number of diseases has led to the need use in veterinary medicines that are aimed to influence on the immune system of the animal at the known molecular mechanism, to combine safety with high clinical efficacy. In this respect, a promising immunomodulators of microbial origin, due to the knowledge of the recognition mechanisms of the innate immune system such as bacteria as a whole, separate structural units, including mini-optimal biologically active fragments. This review is dedicated to one of the immunomodulator of microbial origin – which is an analog of biologically active fragment of muramyldipeptide of bacterial cell walls ‒ glucosaminylmuramildipeptide (GMDP), which is the active substance of registrated in Russia drug with the trade name Glicopin for use in veterinary practice. The drug showed high efficiency when used in cats, dogs, rodents, ferrets with infections of bacterial and viral etiology; cancer; with the aim of improving the natural resistance of the organism of young and old animals; enhance the effectiveness of vaccination in immunocompromised animals; postvaccine reduce complications; reduce stress financial position, such as during transportation and various veterinary treatments; injuries and on-line intervention (for stimulation of repair processes and tissue regeneration); prevention of immunodeficiency in newborn animals; the reduction of postpartum involutional processes in the uterus. Analysis of literature data allows us to consider an important outcome of immunologiс discoveries of recent years is the change of views on the question of the treatment of infectious diseases and the role of drugs as activators of innate immunity, among which an important role is played by a synthetic analogue of muramyldipeptide (GMDP) is a drug with a known molecular mechanism of action
The article examines the key aspects of import of food
in Russia at the present stage. The relevance of this
problem is necessary to the development directions of
rationalization of import substitution, under condition
of increase of competitiveness of domestic
agricultural producers. The importance of this
problem increases in recent years due to sanctions and
embargoes, highlights the need for comprehensive
studies in the formation of commodity composition of
import substitution of food products and determining
the key factors of its regulation. The work presents
the analysis of dynamics of volume of imports of
foodstuffs and agricultural raw materials for their
production and its diversification based on import
substitution. We discuss main commodity groups of
food and, in particular, crop production and
viticulture. In addition, we examined the major groups
of goods from the point of view of the potential and
opportunities for import substitution and selected
those items, which, for various reasons, cannot be
carried out in the Russian conditions due to climatic
and other factors. As a result of the study, the authors
concluded that the introduction of anti-Russian
sanctions and the retaliatory embargo on imports of
foreign agricultural commodities in general had a
positive impact on the development of the domestic
agricultural business, which is confirmed by the
indices of growth of agricultural production in recent
years. In addition, if there is further adequate funding
of this sector, it is possible to speak about prospects of
strengthening of food independence of Russia
The problems of import substitution in the Russian
Federation in whole and in such industry as winemaking
and wine-growing in Krasnodar region are
considered in the article. There was analyzed the
designed in Krasnodar region plan of measures for
promotion of import substitution - road map. There
were presented the objectives and indicators in the
framework of the program «Development of winegrowing
and wine-making subsector» of the state
program of Krasnodar region «Development of
agriculture and regulation of agricultural product
markets, raw materials and food». There was presented
the legislative initiative on amendments into the
Federal law «On state regulation of production and
turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcoholcontaining
products and about restriction of
consumption (drinking) of alcoholic products». There
was substantiated the necessity of improvement of
excise taxation in the context of implementation of a
policy of efficient import substitution
The article deals with normative legal documents, regulating safety indicators of equipment, with particular focus on woodworking machinery, including log-processing equipment. General and specific requirements have been highlighted in terms of their analyses. The necessity of safety requirements’ specification in technical guidelines, with reference to construction of industry-specific trend equipment, according to newly accepted national, interstate and international standards for purposes of conformity assessment. Nonconformities were determined on the terms in Technical Guidelines of the Customs Union 021/2011, fundamental documents for woodworking equipment GOST EH 1070 and GOST ISO 12100. Relevant topic issues are declared in this work. Manufactures consider them when risk valuation is performed in point of existing equipment and that, under development non-standard equipment, connected with diversity of normative documents, absence of information about customers’ experience, accidents while operating comparable machinery, etc. The paper emphasizes complications, which participants of standard programs face, namely, development contractors and users, accredited test laboratories and certification bodies, state oversight authorities, when woodworking machinery conformity assessment is performed. The suite of safety metrics was suggested for valuation of log-processing equipment and two-level log frames, particularly, on the basis of technical guidelines requirements TG CU 021/2011 “On machinery and equipment safety”, and standards GOST EH 1070, GOST 12.2.026.0, GOST R 5454123 and GOST R 51898. The necessity of standard realization was demonstrated in relevance to obsolete methods of control over equipment (geometric and technology accuracy). GOST 10294 was accepted in 1990 and hasn’t been actualized since that time. That is the reason why it seems impossible to estimate equipment condition, as recommended monitoring facilities are missing
The presented article is an analysis of the U.S. experience in ensuring the safety of witnesses. We have highlighted the gaps in the protection of witnesses and other participants in criminal proceedings in the Russian Federation
We present a brief description and analysis of the weather conditions of 2005-2011 in North, Piedmont, and the Kuban Krasnodar fruit zones. In the course of many years of research, the optimal conditions for precipitation of water supply as one of the most im-portant factors in increasing the productivity of agro-phytocenoses in the region
The work was done based on the collection of the
natural flora of the Yakut Botanical Garden. The
object of research was the seeds of 22 species of the
family Ranunculaceae. It is known that the seeds of
many buttercup characterized morphophysiological
tranquility associated with hypoplasia of the fetus
(Nikolaeva, 1988; 1999), due to what delayed the
germination of their seeds. Laboratory germination of
seeds of the studied species varies from 0 to 100%.
Among them, we have not found the kinds seeds
which have explosive or fast germination (1 type of
seed germination). The germination of the studied
seeds states ranging from 6-7 days or more. The
studied seeds were evenly distributed between 2 (12
species), and 3 types of seed germination (10 species).
Type 2 is characterized by slow germination, type 3 -
poor germination or lack of it
