Here we present a brief survey of noise effects on
human’s organism in production conditions, including
noise effects on operators of machines and technical
devices. It is well known, that any biological organism
exists in balance with its environment. However, noise
effects being stress factors knock the operator of
machines and technical devices out of the working
rhythm and cause different kinds of health disorders
such as blood pressure increase, fatigue, disorders of
the central nervous system and gastrointestinal tract
and the like. All this may lead to accident situations,
reduction of labor productivity and quality of work.
Frequently health disorders start with hearing
impairment which leads to disorientation in the threedimension
space and malfunction. It is because the
hearing apparatus as biological system provides the
organism with sensory information and ensures selfpreservation.
In the noise conditions, these
characteristics are conflict: on one hand, the hearing
organ should possess high enabling capability to
receive positive signals, and on the other hand, in
order to adapt to the sound hearing and sensitivity will
decrease. The duration of noise exposure and the
number of years spent under influence of the noise are
also of great importance. Thus, it is obvious that
control of the noise and prevention of harmful effects
of the noise on machine operators are important
components of production process in the agrarian
sector
The article is devoted to source base of Khan-Girey
works. Two types of the sources used by Khan-Girey
are allocated: historical and historiographic. In its turn,
historical sources are conditionally subdivided in
written, material and sources of the oral origin. The
relation of Khan-Girey to the problem of reliability of
sources, the responsibility of authors on the provided
data are considered. It is concluded, that in the works
of Khan-Girey oral sources are predominant, all
others, including historiographical, act as subsidaries.
It is emphasized, that in this period there were only
oral sources, came from the Adyghe environment, all
the others were the evidences of other cultures. The
relation of Khan-Girey to folklore as to a historical
source is revealed. We have identified other types of
oral sources, such as personal knowledge and KhanGirey
memories, and eyewitness evidences. The
analysis of the working methods of Khan-Girey with
historiographical sources is carried out. At the end of
the article, the conclusion is made that the source base
of Khan-Girey works, for objective reasons, is limited,
although the use of most sources, found by him, were
confirmed in historiography
According to its operating principles, generators of
aircraft electric power supply systems do not differ
from the similar generators of transporting and
stationary systems, but have range of peculiarities:
low weight and dimensions, high density of armature
current, compulsory cooling (air and liquid), high
frequency of rotor spinning. The article considers main
requirements, imposed to generators of flight vehicle
and the construction peculiarities and main physical
and operational characteristics of generators applied in
modern flight vehicles. It is suggested to use noncontact
electrical machines as sources of electrical
energy in the aircraft electric power supply systems:
synchronous generators with impulses from permanent
magnets and asynchronous generators with capacitive
impulse. To improve physical and operational
characteristics of generators and aircraft electric power
supply systems it is suggested to refuse from
permanent frequency spinning drivers which have low
converters as stabilizer of voltage and frequency
current of electrical energy source. The peculiarities of
its operation are considered, its advantages and
disadvantages. It is possible to improve characteristics
of aircraft electric power supply systems by means of
study of the electromagnetic compatibility of the main
functional system elements and by means of
application of non-contact electrical devices, applied in
the guard and control systems, made on the basis of
power and electronic devices
In this article, classification of sources of formation of a working capital which takes into account the most important attributes of ordering is submitted and can be applied together with the considered method of estimation sources on a degree of elasticity, during planning the general strategy of development of enterprise
This article is devoted to the study of the essential
features and properties of the sources of international
law from the standpoint of the general theory of law.
The author reveals the factors that influence the
process of law-international, draws attention to the
specific features of the subjects of international lawmaking,
especially, how to create the right sources,
analyzes the problem of correlation between sources of
international law and national sources of law
The article describes the main block diagrams of three
types of uninterruptible power supply: backup;
interactive; double conversion. The main functions
are: the function backup or emergency source of
electrical power; the function of protective devices
(from an overload currents and short-circuit);
improving the quality of the power supply voltage.
Alsoб we have disclosed the features of the advantages
and disadvantages of uninterruptible power supplies
three groups: Off-Line / Stand-By / back-up UPS
(passive - reserve); Line-Interactive (line interactive
type); On-Line. The article discloses new approaches
to structural and schematic-based uninterruptible
power supply, including at use of renewable energy, so
that the failure of one of the sources does not lead to
exit from the operation of the entire of power supply
system. As a rule, such systems are built on a modular
principle. It is shown that now for remote users from
external networks is advisable to apply a system
autonomous power supply, representing the totality of
sources and converters of electric power, ensuring
uninterrupted power supply to consumers. We have
presented a typical structure of autonomous systems
and given an option of the block diagram of the system
and are given explanations and principles of its work.
Significantly improves performance reliability of
autonomous systems using the modularity of its main
functional units. In addition, to increase the efficiency
of the system can be through the use in the
construction of transformers with static converters
rotating magnetic field. To improve the weight, which
is important for the transport systems, it is necessary to
use links with the intermediate high-frequency electric
power conversion in static converters
The article considers questions connected with the
history of popularization of agricultural knowledge
through the agitation textiles. Agitation textiles are
similar in content to the propaganda posters, as well as
propaganda porcelain. The issues of emergence of the
given kind of art are examined in the work. Agitation
textile or agit-textile appeared in Soviet Russia in the
1920s. Its authors were members of the textile section.
Agit-textile has several titles: themed fabric or
agitation tissue, but the essence remains the same - it is
a bright, imaginative reflection of the era of great
transformations expressed in electrification,
industrialization, changes in the military and sports,
collectivization. In contrast to the construction of
industrialization, the theme of agriculture required an
entirely different approach. Even common problems
for the country in the village are of particular color.
Here it was necessary to not just agitate for something
new: it was required to patiently explain why the new
better than the old, to prove that it is necessary,
inevitable. It is better to see once than to hear many
times. The article has shown the history of the
agitation textiles, goals and objectives, an illustrative
range of tissue samples, as well as an analysis of the
agitation textile appearance in 1970 on the example of
solving a specific problem
The article focuses on the forms of transmission of knowledge in agronomy. We can separate verbal or word form, literary, through books and visual, through the works of art. In this regard, the porcelain is treated as a separate independent resource of information on the history of agriculture in the period from 1917 to 1975. In the study of the history of the popularization of agronomic knowledge in Russia we included visual images of porcelain taken from the catalogues of private collections, books, photographs of exhibitions and illustrations. As a tool of the analysis method we used sketches and visual notes. This article has a brief review of the history of the development of porcelain in our country and we have emphasized the Soviet propaganda porcelain. In the studied period we were highlighting another distinct type of porcelain - peasant porcelain, where the focus was on the images of life and living conditions of rural workers. In the database of images we included the works of leading artists such as N. Dan'ko, V. Kuznetsov, S. Chekhonin, R. Vildie, Z. Kobyletska and many others. In the agitation porcelain there was a reflection of several areas: gathering fruit and vegetables; harvesting; a reflection of village life and rural life; exhibitions and fairs; the theme of work and leisure in rural production. Visual analysis of small forms on the example of images of harvesting showed the most common crops (grapes, cotton, tomatoes, apples, various vegetables). Image of fruits and vegetables are a documentary reflection of the history of spreading and introduction of a number of crops in different agroclimatic zones of the country. Thus, porcelain is one of the sources of information on the history of agriculture in our country, covering a certain period from 1917 to 1975, acting as a separate resource, which clearly reflects the bygone era
