The mechanism of management of gold and foreign exchange reserves of any country, on the one hand, decides by a set of fac-tors, and on another, – forms a basis not only for monetary and credit regulation, but also for the international liquidity of the state, its strategic vector of development. In the article, the author carries out the analysis and reveals dynamics of gold and exchange (international) reserves of the leading countries of the world, in the conditions of currency and financial crisis. The obtained data of the international reserves confirms that the largest developing countries are now in more advantageous position, in comparison with the developed countries. In medium-term prospect, it will promote that gradually national currencies of developing countries will begin to take more and more worthy place along with dollar and euro

The article presents the results of the research of primordial and borrowed lexicon in the system of elementary relationship terms. The results of the research show that the overwhelming majority of terms belong to the primordially Turkic lexical units, but with noticeable lexical, semantic and phonetic deviation from the initial forms.
