STUDYING THE EFFECT OF PROTECTED AMINO ACIDS, LYSINE AND METHIONINE ON MILK PRODUCTION AND HEALTH OF HIGHLY PRODUCTIVE COW

abstract 1552001016 issue 155 pp. 207 – 232 31.01.2020 ru 171
The article discusses the relevance of the use of protected amino acids (lysine and methionine) in animal husbandry of the Krasnodar region, using the example of the farm "Krasnodar". The highest milk yield was obtained from cows with the combined addition of lysine and methionine in their diet. In relation to control (CR), the average daily milk yield in the group with combined additives (CR+L+M) was 38.4 kg/day. In addition, there was a positive effect of lysine and the combined additive (CR+L+M) on protein and fat in milk. Protected methionine (CRM) had no effect on the yield of fat and protein in milk. It was noted that additives of protected amino acids in groups with lysine and combined amino acids reduced the cost of dry matter (DM) and metabolizable energy (ME) per kg of milk. The results of our studies have shown that the productive milk response and its components are affected by the amount of the first limiting amino acid in the diet. Also, the supply of protected lysine changed the plasma concentration of animals and improved the availability of amino acids for milk protein synthesis

The studies were conducted on the biological economic efficiency of biological preparations against pests in the conditions of the training and experimental farm of the Federal State Budget Educational Institution of Higher Education of the Stavropol State Agrarian University in winter wheat crops of the Yuka variety. The effect of triple use of biosecticides Bioslip BV (viable spores of Beauveria bassiana OPB-09 strain) and Bioslip BT (viable spores and thermostable crystalline endotoxin of B. thuringiensis strains) was studied. A tank mixture of Alt-Alf chemical insecticides, CE (alpha-cypermethrin 100 ml / l) and Actara, VDG (thiamethoxam 250 g / kg) was used as a reference. Bioinsecticide Bioslip BV most effectively suppresses cereal aphids: the average biological effectiveness was 78.3%, in relation to harmful turtle and wheat thrips, the effectiveness of the drug was 60.3-68.7%. Bioinsecticide Bioslip BT is effective against the red-breasted drunkard; the average biological effectiveness was 84.2%, in relation to other species - 27.2-44.2%. The efficiency of using a tank mixture of bioinsecticides with half consumption rates was in the range of 23.3-40.7%. The harmfulness of phytophages in winter wheat crops is high, the control yield is lower by 0.556 t / ha compared with chemical treatment. The smallest difference with economic etholone in the variant with three times use of Bioslip BV is 0.09 t / ha

COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF AGENCIES RATINGS FOR SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ASSESSMENT OF THE KRASNODAR REGION

abstract 1562002001 issue 156 pp. 1 – 16 28.02.2020 ru 181
The article provides a comparative analysis of assessments of the socio-economic development of the Krasnodar region from such well-known rating agencies as Standard & Poors, Moody’s, Fitch Ratings, which belong to the United States of America. The studied ratings are compared with the ratings of the national agency of the Russian Federation called “Expert RA”. The values of the established ratings are examined, as well as number of possible reasons why the ratings of the United States of America differ from the ratings of the Russian Federation, for example, economic and political reasons, and, subsequently, how these ratings affect the investment attractiveness of the Krasnodar region. The article explains positive and negative aspects of the integrated methodology used by international rating agencies, consisting of software and expert opinion, the level of access to it for study and analysis. We study another (local) source of information on the investment attractiveness of the Krasnodar region, which is a state institution, namely the Department of Investments and Development of Small and Medium Enterprises of the Krasnodar region. Options are proposed for improving the system of analysis of statistical data through methods that are based on a clear mathematical approach to provide an adequate assessment of the region and municipalities without the influence of subjective expert opinion

abstract 1562002002 issue 156 pp. 17 – 25 28.02.2020 ru 323
The article presents the results of studies on the influence of the conditions of the Piedmont horticulture zone of the Krasnodar region and the shape of the crown on the productivity of apple trees. Objects of study were trees of winter apple varieties Idared and Renet Simirenko grafted on MM 106 rootstock. The trees were planted according to the 5 × 3 m pattern. In the eighth year, the rounded crowns were transformed into flattened across the row (from the eastern and western sides of the tree) to crown width 2.0 ... 2.5 m. Orientation of rows was from east to west. The garden is located on the northern slope with a slope of 3 degrees. Scheme of experiment: option 1 - sparse-tier crown (control); option 2 - flattened crown. In the experiment, 2 variants; in each variant, 10 typical trees were taken. Repetition tree plot. The place of the experiment is Abinsky district of the Krasnodar region. Agrocounts of indicators of fruiting of apple trees were carried out according to generally accepted methods, statistical processing of research results was carried out by the method of analysis of variance described by B.A. Dospekhov. The results of our studies showed that flattening the crown of apple trees contributes to an increase in the number of fruits formed on them per unit volume of the crown in the variety Idared to 10.1 kg or 1.87 times, and per m2 of the projection of the crown to 15.5 kg or 1.72 times more than crowns without flattening. In the variety Renet Simirenko, the number of fruits according to the same indicators increases by 1.86 and 1.74 times. Also, when flattening crowns, the yield of apples from one tree in the Idared variety increases by 9.6%, and in the Renet Simirenko variety decreases by 7.7% compared with the control

STUDYING A DISK SOWING DEVICE AND JUSTIFICATION OF ITS PARAMETERS

abstract 1562002005 issue 156 pp. 88 – 97 28.02.2020 ru 252
In recent years, in the conditions of the Tambov region, thanks to the widespread introduction of innovative technologies, the yield of root crops of this culture has significantly increased. The scheme of sowing is the basis of technology of cultivation of any crops depend on the productivity and quality of products, material and monetary and energy costs, density of sowing, supply area and design features used cars. According to academician V. I. Edelstein, the optimal sowing scheme is able to provide an increase in crop yields up to 40%. It was noted that the most optimal scheme of sowing is a tape, with the use of which it is possible to achieve a reasonable compromise between the possibility of rational thickening of plants in order to increase yields and improve the working conditions of agricultural machines. The relevance of the research lies in the modernization of the sowing apparatus of the beet seeder SST-12B, under the belt scheme of sowing with a staggered arrangement of plants in two adjacent lines of the tape and the study of its design parameters. The analysis shows that with an increase in the angle of installation of the scraper over 60 degrees, there is an increase in the percentage of occupancy of the disk cells with seeds in all studied hybrids. Studies have found that the hybrid RMS-120 at the angle of installation of the scraper 70 degrees is 100 percent filling cells with seeds, while hybrids XM-1820 and Troika cells filled only 93.3%. This is due to the fact that the seeds of the domestic hybrid were more aligned in diameter compared to the seeds of foreign firms. It should also be noted that the hybrid RMS-120 with a scraper angle of 70 degrees was marked by the lowest damage dragees-0.67%, while hybrids XM-1820 and Troika values of this indicator were 0.83 and 0.73%, respectively. By increasing the angle of installation of the scraper over 80 degrees, the percentage of damaged seeds increased from 0.4 to 0.66%

PRÉVALENCE ET IMPACT ÉCONOMIQUE DES STRONGLES GASTRO-INTESTINAUX DES CAPRINS AU NORD DU BURUNDI

abstract 1562002006 issue 156 pp. 98 – 110 28.02.2020 ru 242

NON-NUMERICAL DATA STATISTICS IS A CENTRAL PART OF MODERN APPLIED STATISTICS

abstract 1562002007 issue 156 pp. 111 – 142 28.02.2020 ru 198
In 1979, non-numerical data statistics was singled out as an independent area of applied statistics. Initially, the term "statistics of objects of non-numerical nature" was used to denote this area of mathematical methods of economics. Our basic non-numeric statistics textbook is called "Non-Numeric Statistics". Non-numerical data statistics is one of the four main areas of applied statistics (along with number statistics, multidimensional statistical analysis, statistics of time series and random processes). Statistics of non-numerical data are divided into statistics in spaces of a general nature and sections devoted to specific types of non-numerical data (statistics of interval data, statistics of fuzzy sets, statistics of binary relations, etc.). Currently, statistics in spaces of a general nature is the central part of applied statistics, and non-numeric data statistics including it is the main area of applied statistics. This statement is confirmed, in particular, by the analysis of publications in the section "Mathematical Research Methods" of the journal "Industrial Laboratory. Diagnostics of Materials" - the main place of publication of russian studies on applied statistics. This article is devoted to the analysis of the basic ideas of non-numerical data statistics against the background of the development of applied statistics from the perspective of a new paradigm of mathematical research methods. Various types of non-numeric data are described. The historical path of statistical science is analyzed. We have discussed the development of statistics of non-numerical data. The article analyzes basic ideas of statistics in spaces of a general nature: average values, laws of large numbers, extreme statistical problems, nonparametric estimates of the probability density, classification methods (diagnostics and cluster analysis), statistics of the integral type. Some statistical methods for analyzing data lying in specific spaces of non-numeric nature are briefly considered: non-parametric statistics (real distributions usually differ significantly from normal), statistics of fuzzy sets, theory of expert estimates (the Kemeny median is a sample average of expert orderings), etc. We have also discussed some unsolved problems in statistics of nonnumeric data
