BTC: INNOVATIVE CURRENCY OR FINANCIAL CRIMES INSTRUMENT?

abstract 1311707108 issue 131 pp. 1301 – 1310 29.09.2017 ru 603
The article describes definition of a new type of crypto currency and innovative payment system. It outlines the relevance in connection with the fact that Bitcoin is gaining popularity. For the first time in history Bitcoin exchange rate reached $ 4000 per token. It is noted that despite the growing popularity of Bitcoin, Russia's opinion about Bitcoin's official status is ambiguous: Bitcoin is not officially recognized, as a means of payment, and, at the same time, as noted in the official report of the Central Bank of Russia, is not prohibited. The main types of fraud using of crypto currency are listed. The negative consequences of the introduction of crypto currency into circulation have been studied and analyzed. The main advantages of Bitcoin are described: it is easy to use, reliable; its system is open and not subject to counterfeiting. The possibilities of its use for the financial crimes was analyzed. It describes positions of the leading countries of the world in relation to the legal status of Bitcoin. The main principles of the Bitcoin system operation are summarized and systemized; the main vulnerabilities and "weak spots" of Bitcoin are described with examples of the most known crimes in the world using virtual money. The BTC vulnerabilities are described in the article. This data, as well as a description of the main aspects of the Bitcoin practical essence, can be applied in practice as the basis for analysis to identify and prevent financial crimes using crypto currency

BUILDING A LOGICAL FUNCTION FOR DESCRIPTION OF A LIFT MOTION

abstract 1291705053 issue 129 pp. 703 – 724 31.05.2017 ru 803
In automatic devices, relay-contact circuits are widely used. The development and description of such schemes is quite a challenge. It is known that the apparatus of algebra of logic can be used with success here. In the article the description of the elevator movement scheme is considered first in the usual way (as it is customary to describe in the instructions), then by the formulas of mathematical logic. A mathematical description of the movement of the cabin of a passenger elevator in the form of a logical function has been obtained

BUILDING A MODEL OF INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR SMALL BUSINESS BASED ON ONTOLOGY

abstract 1071503089 issue 107 pp. 1362 – 1380 31.03.2015 ru 974
Semantic technologies provide existence of a certain abstraction layer over available information to technologies which allows realizing communication of data, semantics and processes executed in distributed environment. Development of these technologies will allow creating the unified representation of SWS in a wide range of applications, to find precisely necessary information, to simplify intra firm integration and integration of network applications in distributed environment. The article defines the semantic specification SWS, the tools for creating ontological Web services (SWS) and Web services (WS) at the conceptual level, defined requirements and assets of services composition. The architecture of SWS of applications, assets for deployment and execution of SWS by coordination of a flow of operations, network agents is described. It also considers the role of agents in creation and implementation service - the oriented applications, and also distinction between services and agents. Furthermore, the system architecture of integration of SWS with use of a multiagentny flow of operations is shown in article. It inspects the interaction between service and process agents with web services and distributed resources. In the article we have highlighted the advantages of the standard workflow management, portability and interoperability, strict formalization of the process description workflow and versatility. Based on the process of service composition using agent-based approach we have presented the future model of adaptive service composition based on the interaction of agents considered and architecture of multi-agent coordination. Step through the process of presenting service using agent-oriented approach was emphasized. On the basis of the process of service composition using agent-based approach we have presented the structure of the future model of adaptive service composition. Process of representation of service with use the agent-oriented approach is noted step by step. Based on the interaction of the agents we have considered a multiagent coordination architecture

BUILDING AN EMPIRICAL DEPENDENCE OF THE GRANULOMETRIC COMPOSITION OF FOUNDRY DUST

abstract 1301706010 issue 130 pp. 155 – 172 30.06.2017 ru 382
The article considers the model of granulometric composition of foundry dust. We used the method of particle size analysis, which is based on the dependence between the size and the velocity of a body under the action of gravitational or centrifugal forces. Determination of granulometric composition of the given sample of powder was made using the laser diffraction method, implemented on a laser particle analyzer, Fritsch NanoTec “ANALISETTE 22”. A model of dust particle size distribution has been obtained

BULGARIANS IN THE TERRITORY OF THE KUBAN COSSACKS IN THE LATE OF XVIII - THE EARLY OF XX CENTURIES

abstract 1071503065 issue 107 pp. 955 – 966 31.03.2015 ru 1048
The study of the Russian-Slavic cultural, political and economic links is quite actual nowadays. At the turn of 18 – 20 centuries Russia was the only independent Slavic state that was a reason of special attention of foreign countries. The most intensive contacts in Slavic world can be found on a regional level. Both pre-revolutional and modern scientists actively explore such aspects as resettlement of Bulgarians to the Kuban, places of their compact location, main activities and further destiny of its members. There is a detailed specification of colonization of Bulagarian landowners from 18 until the beginning of 20 century in the article, based on the archive documents. Also described moments of first appearing of Bulgarians on the Russian territory and particularly in the Kuban. The article is focused on the main stages of economic familiarization and adaptation of settlers to the natural and social features of new locations. The conditions and forms of vital activities in labor, lifestyle, sociopolitical and cultural life that are typical for their social relations are marked in the article. There is also noted that main occupation of Bulgarian settlers was horticulture, where they achieved greatest successes thanks to mastery of artificial irrigation using a special mechanism for that (a big wheel with attached vessels); Hothouse economy, that allowed them to produce thermophilic crops; organization of teams, that assumed collective labor, labor relations and mutual support. To sum up, Bulgarian settlers harmoniously fitted into socio-cultural area of the Kuban region
