Issues related to the contamination of crops are topical and very relevant. All this fully applies to the main crop produced in the South of Russia – winter wheat. In this regard, the presented results of studies of the influence of predecessors and tillage technologies on the development of weeds in the cultivation of winter wheat are relevant. Experimental studies were carried out in conditions of many years of experience located in the FEDERAL state scientific institution «ANTS «Donskoy». The influence of different methods of sowing (ordinary, scattered, belt) and technologies of tillage (dumping, non-dumping, surface, small) on infestation of winter wheat is considered. It is established that the least amount of weed plants is provided at scattered sowing on the background of deep tillage. The main treatment at a depth of 18-20 cm reduces the number of weeds by 47% in comparison with the surface (8-10 cm), and the scattered sowing reduces their number by 80%, since weeds are in more severe conditions compared to winter wheat, the rapid development of which contributes to the optimal nutrition area. Of the predecessors, the most acceptable is the steam with the number of weeds 7-25 PCs / m2, which is several times less than after peas, or corn after silage
The article contains analysis of consumption of
the main natural resources and their use in the
automotive industry. It is noted that during the
manufacture of the car pollution is obtained in 2
times more than in exploitation. It defines the
essence of recycling process (autorecycling) and
its ecological components. Activity on autorecycling
was expressed through the index of recycling
efficiency. We have analyzed the global car
fleet and average annual amount of automotive
waste, million tons per year. We point out that
one of the economic components of recycling is
the use of parts and mechanisms of machines
ready for further use, by qualitative technical diagnostics
with use of diagnostics devices. The
problem of utilization technological effectiveness
of cars as set of the properties characterizing fitness
of a design to utilization at the minimum
costs of time, work, means, providing the minimum
negative impact on environment and the
maximum involvement of components of the
written-off equipment in processing or a reuse is
considered. The main definitions and factors defining
utilization technological effectiveness and
its main indicators are given. The main ways of
increasing of utilization technological effectiveness
of cars are offered and the conclusion is
drawn that simplifying dismantling of the car on
automobile components, reducing dismantle time,
time of draining of everything, the liquids and oils
applied at operation, applying environmentally
friendly materials, etc., the designer can increase
technological effectiveness of the car at utilization.

THE FEATURES OF A COSTS CLASSIFICATION FOR THE ACCOUNTING POLICIES FORMATION FOR MANAGEMENT PURPOSES
The formation of accounting policies for internal
management purposes plays an important role in the
modern world. It allows choosing the most suitable
way of calculation of the cost, to ensure control of the
movement of resources and optimize costs. The aim of
the research is to develop a cost accounting section and
a fragment of the organizational and technical
accounting policies section for internal management
purposes. In the course of the research we have been
justified by the basic elements of organizational and
technical section of accounting policy. The
introduction of elements presented in this work can
improve the effectiveness of management accounting
system functioning through the distribution of duties
and responsibilities for its organization and
management. The authors propose a reflection of the
listing of the automation software used cost accounting
software with the options that reveals the technical
section of the organization of management accounting
system. The developed classification of the main types
of regulatory documents (legal and reference
documents, the provisions on sections accounting or
managerial tasks, instructions for the regulation of
individual transactions in management accounting) and
the way of reflection in order on approval of
accounting policy of the organization contribute to
building an optimal document system within the
economic entity. In order to reduce the time to build a
classification of costs in the article it is recommended
to synchronize the expenses from the article directory
in accounting. This will optimize the work of
management accounting system and establish a link
with this system accounting. Using the developed
coding system will lead to greater analytic,
completeness and transparency of management accounting. Thus, we have substantiated and disclosed
the practical and the theoretical significance of the
introduction of the cost accounting system developed
in the activities of economic entities
The article is devoted to solving the urgent task, which is improving the accuracy of transient simulation modes of power supply systems of sugar factories. The material of the article is exploratory in nature, manifested in the fact that we have studied various mathematical models designed for the analysis of symmetric modes of deep bar induction motors. A number of the provisions of article have scientific novelty, which lies in the approach to the choice of the coordinate system for modeling deep bar induction motors. We have formulated the requirements for transient analysis method for deep bar induction motor. We have developed the mathematical models of high-voltage induction motors in different coordinate systems for the analysis of steady-state and transient modes of operation. Based on double-circuit rotor model of induction motor, an analytical expression for the frequency characteristic of the deep bar induction motor is obtained. As an example, we have calculated and presented real and imaginary parts of the frequency characteristic of the induction motor type 2АЗМ-2000 with slip s = 1. The mathematical models of induction motors allow using mathematical apparatus more efficiently to explore different symmetrical modes of engines. The study proposed to use transients in the power supply systems of sugar factories for the analysis. The authors suggest an approach to modeling, which can also be useful for modeling induction generators
Sorghum is a source of concentrated, succulent and
coarse forage. Its grain is used for making the mixed
fodder and as the concentrated forage for swine, cows,
sheep, horses and poultry. Sweet sorghum is successfully
used for silage and haylage. Green chop of Sudan grass
is used as fresh food for domestic animals and it’s used
for making hay and silage. The nutritional value of the
fodder is the way to meet the animal needs in nutrients,
necessary for living. To determine the nutritional value
of the fodder, oat fodder units and energy fodder units or
exchange energy are used. At present the assessment of
nutritional value according to fodder units is being
revised, because it doesn’t give the true picture of the
value of fodder nutrition and animal needs in nutrients.
The general energetic nutritional value of fodder is
considered as contents of all organic substances, supplied
with fodder or with its energy. The nutritional value of
fodder is valued according to the characteristics of its
chemical composition, digestion of nutrients and general
(energetic) nutritional value. The purpose of the work is
to assess the nutritional value of fodder, obtained from
the best sorghum varieties, as the food for different kinds
of agricultural animals. Sorghum, used as fodder for
poultry possesses the largest nutritional value. Among
the grain sorghum varieties, the variety ‘Zernogradskoe
88’ has got the biggest value of fodder units. The green
chop of Sudan grass and green fodder for silage of sweet
sorghum possess the greatest nutritional value for swine.
The varieties of Sudan grass ‘Krasava’ and ‘Arkadiya’
and the variety of sweet sorghum ‘Listvenit’ are the best
varieties according to the contents of fodder units
A model is developed that describes the formation of the
plasma channel and the trace when moving in a
conducting medium of various objects that are sources of
plasma - ball lightning, plasmoids, charged particles, and
so on. To describe the contribution of conduction
currents, we modified the standard electrostatic equation
considering the vortex component of the electric field.
As a result of this generalization, a system of parabolictype
nonlinear equations is formulated that describes the
formation of the plasma channel and the track behind the
moving object. In this formulation, the problem of the
formation of the lightning channel in weak electric
fields, characteristic for atmospheric discharges of cloudearth,
is solved. Numerical simulation of the motion of
plasma sources in a region with a ratio of the sizes 1/100,
1/200 makes it possible to find the shape of the channel
and the total length of the track, as well as the branching
regimes. It was previously established that there are three
streamer branching mechanisms. The first mechanism is
associated with the instability of the front, which leads to
the separation of the head of the streamer into two parts.
The second mechanism is related to the instability of the
streamer in the base region, which leads to the branching
of the streamer with the formation of a large number of
lateral streamers closing the main channel of the
streamer to the cathode. The third branching mechanism,
observed in experiments, is associated with the closure
of the space charge to the anode through the streamer
system. These branching mechanisms are also revealed
when the leader is spread. Numerical experiments have
revealed a new channel branching mechanism and a
trace behind a moving plasma object, caused by the
conductivity of the medium

Russian Federation. Review of data for the analysis
of world economy development factors has shown
that globalization and integration processes at the
present stage do not have positive dynamics. For the
validity of the findings and an adequate assessment
of the existing macroeconomic situation the most
comprehensive and comparable information was considered.
We evaluated the factors having the main
impact on the dynamics of global economic processes
development. Thus, the analysis of world economy
development factors has shown the necessity of overcoming
of contradictions between the leading countries
to overcome the global challenges that no nation

Market transformations have been continuing for
more than twenty years in our country, and categories
of accounting disciplines are still not structured. This
leads to difficulties in unified understanding of most
important indicators. These issues are devoted to
research in the sphere of essentially-linguistic paradigm,
that reflects relationship of linguistics and accounting.
Essentially-linguistic paradigm works with
the titles of concepts and their essential content. In
this article, some categories of financial and management
accounting illustrate the basic provisions of
the paradigm. Attention is paid to such concepts as
depreciation and amortization (financial accounting),
management accounting and controlling (accounting
systems, formed for making management decisions).
There is a profit margin generated in the accrual
method (financial accounting system) and cash basis
(management accounting system) within the framework
of practical implementation of essentiallylinguistic
paradigm. Accounts’ correspondences are
described for reflection of these indicators in accounts.
Marginal income reflects using double entry;

The NP-problem of discrete optimization of
consumption of non-renewed resources is considered.
The weights of edges of the graph of resources set cost
of consumed resources. It is offered to use the
transitions of discrete system conditions on the
complete graph with number of vertexes, equal to
quantity of discrete resources, for the problem
decision. The purpose of such system is construction
of a chain of the predetermined length and the
minimum weight on the complete graph. The problem
factor is factorial growth of number of variants of
chains on graph at linear growth of quantity of
resources. The main idea consists in a use of found
statistical regularities of transition ranks of discrete
system at construction of chains with the minimum
weight on graphs of the any size. Use of ranks allows
to abstract from concrete weights of transitions and to
find the property inherent optimum. In this article, the
structure of discrete system is presented and its
functioning in a mode of analysis of ranged decisions
is described. Distinctive feature of the presented
system is use of the generator of ranks, the generator
ranged chains and the statistics block. They are used
for definition of distribution of suboptimum decisions.
In addition, the article contains the description of
structure and functioning of discrete system in a mode
of synthesis of suboptimum decisions on the basis of
the found distribution of probabilities of local
decisions. Novelty of the offered approach to
construction of solvers of NP-problems is in using
empirical functions from ranks of local decisions to
control the search
