One of the main trends of the modern education
modernization is its aim to develop the students'
individuality. The development of the students'
individuality assumes implementation of an
individualization principle in teaching. In this work, on
the basis of the analysis of main historical and modern
definitions of a concept «individualization in teaching»
we have identified the following functions: adaptation,
developing, realization. Based on these functions the
maintenance of the concept of individualization in
teaching is specified in modern conditions. The
development of the individualization in teaching issues
is particularly relevant at a higher degree of basic
education, because the individualization of learning at
the senior high school is consistent with the age
peculiarities of senior high school students. Because of
the identified functions, purposes of individualization
in teaching at a higher degree of basic education are
specified

The article deals with the problem of onimization of
proper names and common nouns in individual-speech
nominations such as the "Thomas" vacuum cleaner. To
study the question of homonymy of proper names and
common nouns and their recognition in speech we set
the problem of preserving the identity of the proper
name to itself in speech formations designed to
transfer this proper name to the sphere of other subject
correlations, the possibility of contextual and other
identifiers to switch the original proper names and
common names into a new sphere of naming for a
period sufficient for the appearance of a new usage.
The speech affiliation of these proper name component
nominations is stressed. It is concluded that the
inclusion of proper names in the speech
denominations, despite their mass character, are of an
occasional nature and very rarely serve as a basis for
the formation of homonyms - new common words.
Proper name as a part of an individual speech name is
not a proper name in the true sense, but only an
identifier, a formant of the value of singularity,
existing only as far as its name is preserved. With the
disappearance or transformation of this name, the
proper name identifier returns to its original state

In the face of rising threats to national security of Russia, particularly acute has a specific and purposeful work on education of modern generations, capable of spiritual perception values, ideals, traditions and life attitudes of the generation of Winners. This work takes place in a complex political situation related to the attempts to revise the results of World War II, the intensification of practices of glorification of fascism, attempts to impose Western-style democracy. The main reason for this – the oblivion of tradition and the lessons of history, continued in the names, symbols and meanings inherited by contemporary generations in spiritual heritage from generation of Winners. The current situation reflects the significant features of the contemporary ideological confrontation, walking in mass communication. There is a struggle for hearts and minds, and move in convenient in the context of globalization interpretations of certain events constituting a once of key importance to society. We justify the development strategy of innovative development of a regional system of patriotic education of young people, through them developed main directions (forming the "innovation centers", the integration of ideas, technologies and human capacity, synchronization of activities of education, culture, youth policy, public organizations, the establishment of a regional cluster) and indicators (the degree of social cohesion, the attraction of investments, increased status subject position of, variety of innovative models, well conditions for innovation, the development of a management culture) of innovation structures – regional scientific-innovational socio-pedagogical complex of patriotic education
It has been proved that theoretical scientific models
created as a result of the learning process, reflect
not the reality of "what it really is" and only the
reality "what it is" in the process of interaction with
tools of empirical knowledge, i.e. the organs of
perception of a certain organism that supports a
corresponding form of consciousness, experimental
instruments and information-measuring systems of
a certain functional level. Examples and consequences
of the major mistakes that have been historically
made by scientists for the substantial interpretation
of theoretical scientific models: this
error is unwarranted giving the model the ontological
status ("hypostatizations") and its associated
error model giving the status of universality. The
history of the emergence and development of science
was viewed as a process of sequential application
of natural scientific method to the study of
objects of knowledge, previously studied in the
framework of philosophy. We have formulated a
promising idea of solving problems of philosophy
of natural science methods. In the framework of
implementation of this idea, we have proposed a
natural-scientific formulation and solution of the
basic question of philosophy. This new scientific
concept of "Relatively objective and Relatively
subjective" and discusses the relationship of the
content of these concepts from forms of consciousness.
The article gives a natural-scientific definition
of consciousness and offers periodic multi-criteria
classification of forms of consciousness, including
49 forms of consciousness: the 7 types of 7 consciousness
and cognition methods. It examines the
dialectics of the changing ideological paradigms
from antiquity to the present day and a place of
scientific paradigms in the process. It also describes
the law of denial-denial in the change of ideological
paradigms and on the basis; it explores the hypothesis
about the main features of the future ideological
paradigm, formed in the present. We have
formulated the correct principles of interpreting
scientific models of natural-scientific method –
scientific method of induction and the principles of
open consciousness, i.e. the principles, opening the
way for the formation of new, improved and more adequate models of reality than the existing ones
which were considered the only true models
The article is devoted to determining the importance of
the involvement of the staff in the quality management
system of the organization on the example of the
teaching staff of higher educational institutions. The
article analyzes the situation of teachers in the
management of quality control system of the higher
education institution in the transition to the new
federal state educational standards. The teaching staff
is defined as the most important link in the quality
management system of higher education institution, on
which the organizational culture of the higher
educational institutions, the internal climate of the
organization, the process of education in practice. In
the article, it is determined that the level of
involvement of staff in the activities of the educational
organization determines the extent of its success. Now
in accordance with the competency universities
approach requires new approaches to personnel
management, since the spent years working with staff
in the current conditions will not give the desired
effect. The article lists the elements of the
implementation of the «Employee involvement»
principle, features educational activities at the
university. Professional development is considered as
the training of teachers for the reform and
modernization of higher education. It noted the most
relevant competences of high school teachers. In
conclusion, the main challenges faced by the
university in order to improve the quality management
system of higher education institutions and the
successful implementation of the principle of
“Employee involvement”
