BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY OF DIFFERENT SORTS OF HUMIC COMPLEX AND ITS INFLUENCE ON THE GROWTH OF PLANTS

The article represents the results of the experiments on biological activity of humits of different sorts. The object of research was humic preparation called Vermistar, which was obtained by vermiculturing, on the basis of brown coal. Humics are group of high-molecular substances which have high physiological activity. Humic substances stimulate all biochemical processes on all the stages of plant growth. They change the permeability of the cell membranes, increase activity of ferments, amount of chlorophyll and productivity of photosynthesis. Also humits are not toxic; they don’t have carcinogen and mutagenic effects, so we have a chance of getting environmentally friendly products. The experiment results show high biological activity of humic preparations. Usage of humic stimulates germination, the accumulation of vegetative mass, weight gain. The frequency of shoot has been increased by 17-32%. Height of shoots, roots and vegetative mass has also been increased

DEVELOPMENT OF A FUNCTIONAL FEED ADDITIVE

The new feed additives for animals based on milk whey, enriched with sprouting wheat, barley, maize grains and lactic-acid bacterium have been presented in this article. This study explores the possibility of combining the prebiotics ability of milk whey and sprouting grains with feed probiotic attributes of microbe to enhance gut health of animals and digestibility of the feed. Twelve variants of products were tested in the study using the microbial and physical-chemical approaches. All the assays showed high count of microorganism and high content of reducing sugar. The results of investigation indicate that selected feed additive show high quality. An additional point is that it contains useful organic acids (lactic, acetic and propionic acids) and 2,1×109 colony-forming unit of probiotics microorganism that hold the concentration for 4 months. There are not yeast, must, coliform bacteria and Staphylococcus aureus in the developed functional feed product. It contributes to the normalization of the microflora of the gastrointestinal tract of animal, suppression of conditionally pathogenic and putrefactive microflora. The elaborated feed component will help to provide combined feed companies with accessible high-quality raw material

DEVELOPMENT OF PROTEIN ENZYME FEED ADDITIVE FOR POULTRY FARMING

The research work was conducted at the Research Laboratory of Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biophysics Department of Kuban State Agrarian University. The main purpose of this study was to select the most productive type of fungus of a genus of Trichoderma and optimal nutrient medium on basis of a waste of reprocessing of soy for acquire of protein enzyme feed supplement. For selection of a fungus of a genus Trichoderma used 3 types: Trichoderma viride, Trichoderma lignorum, and Trichoderma harsianum. We used 3 types of nutrient media as a carrier for micromycete, which were based on soy okara and the additional sources of reprocessing of raw plant material – husk of a sunflower, husk of wheat (bran) and husk of rice. The results demonstrated the benefits of using the nutrient medium based on soy okara forms and husk of a sunflower fungus to enhance Trichoderma lignorum production

STUDY OF THE INFLUENCE OF ECOSSE ENRICHED BIOHUMATES ON THE PRODUCTIVITY OF VEGETABLE CROPS

This article describes the results of laboratory experience on the impact of Ecoss enriched Biogumat on the productivity of radish varieties of Corundum in the conditions of artificial climate of Kuban state agrarian University. Sowing was made on November 24, 2014, in two replications. Processing was carried out by humic preparation with a content of humic substances 4 g/L. Humic substances are a special group of organic compounds, the origin of which is associated with the biochemical processes of decomposition and transformation of plant residues (leaves, roots, branches, trunks), animal remains, protein bodies of microorganisms In their composition we have detected humic acids, fulvic acids, salts of these acids, humates and fulvates and Hominy - durable connection of humic and fulvic acids from soil minerals. We have developed different ways of processing plants of radish humic preparation. The influence of this drug on the passage of the phenological stages of plant development was examined for radish and its morphometric characteristics and productivity, depending on processing methods

SUNFLOWER HUSKS AS A SOURCE OF FUNCTIONAL FEED ADDITIVES

The article describes the results of the complex feed additive based on sunflower husk, enriched with beer wort with the addition of pumpkin pulp. We have studied the chemical composition of sunflower husk, which is the secondary resource of the processing plant raw material, selected methods of enrichment of this raw material with the help of fungi Trichoderma harzianum. Cellulolytic enzyme preparations on the basis of fungi of the genus Trichoderma for use in agriculture and animal feed production is often obtained when the surface method of cultivation. These drugs are cheap and contain a significant number of related hydrolytic enzymes, 29 such as amylase, protease, pectinase and hemicellulase, which are also important and valuable to the consumer. As a vitamin component of the feed additive we have selected a pumpkin pulp, which is a valuable feed for livestock and poultry is a source of carotene, fat and nitrogenous substances. We have also developed elements of technology for complex feed additive. We have created a comprehensive feed additive which can be used in the composition of diets in the feeding of farm animals and poultry
