LINEAR PROGRAMMING PROBLEM DESCRIBING THE MINIMIZATION OF POWER LOSSES IN TRANSMISSION OF ELECTRICITY FROM SOURCES TO CONSUMERS

abstract 1241610027 issue 124 pp. 472 – 483 30.12.2016 ru 530
The work is done in a scientific and practical ways to minimize power losses in the transmission of electricity in the interregional distribution networks from the sources to the consumer by the use of tasks, ensuring the gradual improvement in the support program, not only from the standpoint of the efficiency of reduction of transported power loss, but also due to a significant decrease the complexity of the calculations. The resulting shortage of electricity power associated with its transfer to the electricity networks, has demanded the need to find possible ways of reducing the value of electricity losses during transportation, both by improving and by optimizing distribution net-works schemes. Consolidation into a single set of electrical equipment, called the power cluster is connected to the sources of power and energy consumption, make better use of new principles of control technology and the transmission of electricity, on the basis of an automated monitoring system, ensuring the redistribution of energy flows and optimize them. The process of electric power transmission and reduction in electric power loss can be considered on the basis of linear programming problems, and their modification in the form of a transportation problem, and as a result, the transport matrix. On this basis, manipulating the data table, we can find acceptable solutions, well and then determine the best of them. As examples, this work has carried out the study on the basis of the three methods - "northwest corner", the method of minimum unit cost of electricity transport, as well as the method of the potential. The use of these three methods yielded acceptable solutions, to identify the most appropriate for the number of steps carried out at the decision, to reveal that the winner is the potential cost method

IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF EDUCATIONAL PROCESS THROUGH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF "SOCIAL NETWORK OF EDUCATION" SYSTEM

abstract 1181604076 issue 118 pp. 1202 – 1212 29.04.2016 ru 655
The article considers problems of the exchange of information between teachers, students and departments of educational institutions. It analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of traditional approaches: email, chat via phone, social networks. The questions of placement of information to large numbers of users were revealed. We also revealed the need to address issues related to the publication of major events, administrative announcements of educational institutions, which are visible to all users, and are assigned to a specific date. We suggested an approach to the publication of the activities of the individual system modules. The article shows a mechanism of mass mailings, providing users the ability to transmit information to two or more recipients and to ensure the exchange of information that is available only to send the recipient, as opposed to the "wall". We found an approach to increase the quality of the educational process, allowing rapid exchange of information between staff, students and departments of educational organization on the example of the system "Social network educational organization." In the approach, it has been proposed to take the ideology of social networking and project it on the specifics and needs of educational institutions, which will allow rapid exchange between staff, students and divisions (departments) educational organization. The study analyzed data on the age of users of the system over a period of 30 days

APPROACHES TO THE IMPROVEMENT OF INTEGRATED INDUSTRIAL SYSTEMS OF A SUGAR SUB COMPLEX OF AGRO-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX

abstract 0390805010 issue 39 pp. 183 – 190 30.05.2008 ru 3683
With development of integration processes in agro- industrial complex there was an opportunity of decrease of a sugar sub complex dependence on import of raw materials and development of its own raw-material base. Ways of development of integrated industrial system of a sugar sub complex (IIS SS) of agro-industrial complex became certain. Three models of its development are presented. Necessity of integration in a sugar sub complex of agro- industrial complex was substantiated. Integration promotes decrease in costs under production and processing of sugar beets, causing that not only minimization of organizational costs, but also the necessity of introduction of innovative technologies by producers. In the IIS SS there is a necessity to create the selling service (marketing service, etc.) which promotes increase in its profit. Consolidation (merger) of industrial systems in a sugar sub complex should be a controlled process of FAS.

APPLICATION OF THE METHOD OF THE INDUCTIVE FORECASTING OF STATES FOR DETECTION OF COMPUTER ATTACKS IN INFORMATION-TELECOMMUNICATION SYSTEMS

abstract 0721108037 issue 72 pp. 403 – 412 30.10.2011 ru 1167
The problem of acquisition of computer attacks is considered. It is demonstrated that it is a solution of combinatorial problems, and their solution is bound to fork of solving processes, with search of alternatives that grows fast at thickening of system of regularities. Such search is foregone, but it can be reduced to the reasonable magnitude, allowing solving problems of acquisition of computer attacks. Application of inductive forecasting of statuses will allow to inoculate knowledge base in an automatic mode, to shape the new rules and to delete the old ones

ANALYSIS OF METHODS AND MEANS OF EXTRACTING KNOWLEDGE AND ASSESSING THE QUALITY OF MODELS IN THE DSS FOR INDUSTRIAL-TECHNOLOGICAL AND CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRIES

abstract 1572003013 issue 157 pp. 170 – 181 31.03.2020 ru 203
The article considers the most used methods and means of knowledge extraction taking into account the quality assessment of models in decision support systems. In scientific and practical terms, the possibilities of joint effective use of expert systems, data mining (IAD) and machine logical inference (MLV), which provides deeper data processing, taking into account the significant differences between databases (DB) and knowledge bases (BZ). DB is a unit of information unrelated to each other information, while BZ – not only related to each other, but also with the concepts of the world, which makes it possible to solve complex multi-criteria problems in various subject areas. Currently, increasing attention is paid to non-network technologies that have the ability to simulate nonlinear processes, work with noisy data, as well as the ability to learn and self-study, extracting essential features from the incoming information. At the same time, the integration of neural network technologies and artificial intelligence models into a single hybrid system together with the methods of logical inference in the form of a hierarchical sequence of the "If-then" rules structure significantly improves the understanding of the studied process and the quality of presentation of the result. Nevertheless, these methods and means of knowledge extraction are insufficient if the fuzzy linguistic inference mechanism is not used. The basic characteristic of fuzzy sets is the membership function, which is a generalized characteristic of a normal set. To set this feature, we use three types of shapes – triangular, trapezoidal and Gaussian type and two main procedures – phasefication and de-phaseification which is considered by the example of the method of Mamdani. Along with the stated most promising direction in this area is the adaptive gain algorithm called AdaBoost, where the limitation of the gain due to the filtering is to apply the subsampling circuit which has the normal contour of batch training, reusable training data. This provides an opportunity to work with weak models, and in the conditions of hybridization causes efficiency increase, strengthens the classifiers united in the "Committee". Each next set of classifiers is built on objects incorrectly classified by previous sets. AdaBoost is sensitive to data noise and emissions and is less susceptible to retraining, which can significantly reduce the number of examples and obtain better output in the DSS

ANALYSIS OF CONTEMPORARY FORMS OF INTEGRATION AGRICULTURAL PRODUCERS AND PROCESSING ENTERPRISES OF AIC

abstract 1231609096 issue 123 pp. 1392 – 1422 30.11.2016 ru 481
The development of agro-industrial integration is an objective economic process involving, on the one hand, with the social division of labor and specialization, on the other - with the necessity of interaction between specialized sectors and modes of agricultural production. Agrarian enterprises come into this unification movement, seeking to reduce the risk, the occurrence of which is associated with the production depends on climatic conditions, natural agricultural products market, the dictates of the processing enterprises, the need to improve the competitiveness of production. Processing and service companies are also seeking to secure a stable income thanks to the raw material base, better use of raw materials, improving the quality of its products, decreasing the price and conquering markets. In most cases, the object is to integrate agriculture, and direct or indirect initiators often are non-agricultural plants and firms that concentrate the bulk of production and sales of AIC final product. As a result, the concentration of production results in savings on its scale, so-called technical-technological economy. Increased production expands beyond the optimal use of machinery and equipment. The more spread out are agricultural producers, so it is more difficult to realize their interests for scaling up. In the Russian practice we have developed a variety of organizational forms of integration differ in the nature of economic relations between the parties, the degree of independence of members of the business combination, the combination of centralization and decentralization. Conventionally, they are divided into associative - "soft" and corporate - "hard". By "soft" forms of association include associations, unions, non-profit partnership and a strategic alliance. They can function effectively at the interregional level. Hard type of integration ties characteristic of plants, corporations, trusts, holding companies. Agricultural credit consumer cooperatives (ACCC) is a voluntary association of individuals and legal entities residing or conducting their business activities in certain rural areas, on the basis of membership and monetary union shares in order to meet the needs of the members in the credit and other banking services
