Qualitative and quantitative composition of the low-molecular carboxylic acids (CA) which were contained in the cultural liquid (CL) of the four strains of Escherichia coli and Salmonella enteritidis var.Issatchenko was investigated. The differences in the composition of the CA were shown, their dynamics during the bacterial growth and their total concentration in CL were strain specific characteristic. The differences in the composition and dynamics of the CA, which are specific only to probiotic and opportunistic strains were revealed
Artificial reduction of photoperiod among di-and-tetroploid stevia varieties (Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni) to 12 hours in the second part of the II stage organogenesis fastens the transfer to III stage organogenesis and induces blossoming for 30-32 days earlier than at natural photoperiod. This provides stable seed productivity under field tests. Blossoming features providing crossbreeding are discussed

A deviation from tree height growth trends of Scots pine is analyzed. They have a periodicity and vary both by the amplitude and period. At average the value of period is 40-50 years and has a significant variabil-ity. It depends on longevity of tree life and age classes. The deviation depends on relation between the trees in stand. Estimation of blast resistance of rice breeding lines, carrying resistance genes Pi-b, Pi-z and Pi-40 has been done. For phytopatological test isolates of pathogen from Krasnodar territory were used. As the results of the study Pi-40 gene showed maximal resistance to blast isolates. On the other part, rice line, carrying both genes – Pib and Pi-z showed significantly higher level of resistance with compare to standart variety Khazar
