The article is devoted to an actual problem of information systems’ security assessment and the importance of objective quantitative assessment results receiving. The author offers the creation of complex system of information security with system approach, which will be used at each stage of information system’s life cycle. On the basis of this approach the author formulates the general scheme of an information security assessment of information system, and also the principles of an assessment’s carrying out method choice. In this work the existing methods of a quantitative assessment based on object-oriented methods of the system analysis, and also the objectivity of the received estimates on the basis of this approach are considered. On the basis of the carried-out analysis, serious shortcomings of the used modern techniques of an information systems’ security assessment are allocated, then the idea of the scientific and methodical device providing the increase of objectivity and complexity of an information assessment means on the basis of expert data formalization creation necessity was formulated. The possibility of this approach application for expeditious receiving a quantitative information security assessment in the conditions security threat’s dynamics changes, functioning and developments of information system is considered. The problem definition of automated information systems’ security assessment is executed, and the general technique of protection means of information in systems of this type was formulated
The intensity of drying process depends on the speed of movement of the moisture inside the object and the speed of its removal from the surface. To accelerate the drying process, temperature gradient is often regulated, which causes large power consumption. Currently, they are different methods in used for intensifying the process of drying of plant material which are physical, mechanical, chemical and electrical method. Data of literature review show a lack of data on the impact of synergies of lower frequency on the efficiency of drying plant material. Accelerating the drying process of fruit can be achieved by combining low – temperature of drying with a synergistic lower frequency of electromagnetic field. The results of the studies on the development of technologies to accelerate the drying process of mango and papaya fruit are presented in this article. The role of the electromagnetic field, on the intensification of the drying process and on the inhibition of the microflora of mango and papaya, during drying is studied. Effect of the synergistic electromagnetic fields of different frequencies leading to the death of microorganisms, as well as the drying rate of mango and papaya fruit is analyzed. The optimal technological parameters of low frequency electromagnetic field on drying of mango and papaya fruit are determined. Biochemical changes of mango and papaya fruit during drying are given. Technological parameters of the powder mango and papaya obtained by combining low temperature treatment with the synergy of low frequencies are described
The article shows that for the essential oil industry of
the Russian Federation to solve the problems of import
substitution it is urgent to develop effective technology
to extract fatty oil from the crushed and deprived of
ether by water vapor coriander fruits. The existing
technologies for obtaining fatty oils from deprived of
ether coriander were considered. It is shown, that at
small-scale enterprises it is most advisable to remove
fatty oil by screw pressing. A brief analysis of main
factors affecting the completeness of oil extraction in
screw presses was carried out. The conclusion about
the necessity of preparation of deprived of ether
coriander for extraction with the purpose of increasing
the yield of fatty oil was made. It is shown, that one of
the stages of such preparation is the removal of part of
the shell from deprived of ether coriander, which also
increases the nutritional value of the oilcake.
Fractional composition of deprived of ether coriander
after extraction of essential oil by water vapour and
drying was investigated by sieve analysis method. On
the basis of obtained data, prior to separating the shell
by pneumatic separation, it is recommended to
separate deprived of ether coriander into three
fractions by size – coarse (riddling from the sieve with
the diameter of 1.8 mm), medium (riddling from the
sieve with the diameter of 1 mm) and fine (undersize
from a sieve with a diameter of 1 mm). Component
composition of the coarse fraction of deprived of ether
coriander was studied. It was found, that the content of the shell in this fraction is 36%, which indicates the
possibility of its effective separation by pneumatic

The nature and causes of operational failure of the all-metal hydraulic cylinder rod of a bulldozer were studied. It is shown that the main mechanism of failure was evolving in time metal fatigue, initiated by defects of the heat treatment for chromizing
