In this article the basic principles of air-fuel mixture explosions and striking factors, such as air-striking wave, gas streams, splinters, flame heat, light radiation and sharp sounds are observed. The calculation technique of the emergency emission consequences which is for a quantitative estimation of air-striking wave parameters at air-fuel mixture explosions forming in the atmosphere at industrial failures is given. The basic structural elements of calculation algorithm are listed. It is supposed partial depressurization or full destruction of the equipment containing combustible substance in a gaseous or liquid phase, the emission of this substance in the atmosphere, the air-fuel mixture cloud formation, the air-fuel mixture initiation (ignition) and the explosive transformation (deflagration or detonation) in the air-fuel mixture cloud. The technique allows making the approached estimation of air-striking wave various parameters and defining the probable degrees of men defeat and building damage at failures with air-fuel mixture cloud explosions. The given technique is developed in C# language in the integrated environment of software Microsoft VisualStudio 2010 working out. In this article we consider the method of hydraulic
calculation of dead-end channels with the numerical
solutions of differential equations of motion of water.
Dead-end channels are of interest for carrying out
simulation studies, because they may be used for the
simulation of water accounting and water distribution
in the domestic inter-farm network. In order to
improve management of water supply to consumers in
the water distribution sites, in many irrigation systems
there is an additional capacity in the form of a
regulation pool. The applied method of active control
of light distribution is expected to use the existing
capacity of irrigation canals with automatic regulators
to block the plants. When there is a complete
disconnection of water consumers, the volumes in
pools of water irrigation channel are redistributed to
provide the command area in the water distribution
nodes at any given time. This result can be achieved by
automatic control of the level changes in individual
pools of the channel in order to redistribute the
volumes to backup pools of individual. Search and
selection of the necessary rule of automatic controls
can achieve the following objectives: to implement
effective processes and management of water supply
regulation in the specified node; maximize the use of
volume tail water channels, preventing the threat of
overflow channels; minimize the loss of irrigation
water discharge
The negative economic consequences of using sun-flower seeds infested by molds Phomopsis helianthi Munt. Cvet. et al. as inoculums are described in the article. The necessity of finding the ways of these molds inactivation alternative to the way of chemical disinfection, and the advantages of usage of electro-physical ways of seeds’ treatment for this purpose and in particular electromagnetic field (EMF) of microwave frequency (MWF) are explained. The construction of the laboratory experimental setup is shown, on the bases of which the process of Flagman variety of sunflower seeds disinfection EMF MWF is researched. The testing technique is described too. The observable sowing sunflower with the starting infection rate by phomopsis at 22% is treated for different durations in the EMF MWF, being in either static or continuously mowing layers. As result of these experiments the particular rates of treatment providing the total disinfection of sunflower seeds from molds Phomopsis helianthi Munt. Cvet. et al. are revealed and the discovered contradictions in the experiments’ results are explained
