The authors mention the intensification of people’s
negative influence on the environment and the decline
of ecological situation. According to this problem in
different spheres of life not excepting designing the
usage of ecological approach becomes actual
nowadays. There is the necessity of including
educational programs and courses connecting to the
formation of students’ ecological culture in the
curriculum of the higher school of Design. In the
context of this research, the authors pay attention to
the aspects of using technological materials, to the
aspects of preserving natural resources. There are
socially economical aspects of ecological design which
nowadays make people think of technological
consequences and their economic feasibility and the
aspects of wastes’ recycling from the viewpoint of eco
design. The authors analyze the research works of
Russian and foreign designers, social projects and
government programs, contemporary art exhibitions of
professionals as well as amateurs. Artists, designers
apply one of the avant-garde art’s form (trash- art)
using rubbish as an art material. The main conception
of trash-art is to appeal people’s interest to the
protection of the environment. In such a way, the
object of the research work is people’s world as well
as the world of nature with a great variety of problems.
The problem aspects of ecology which are presented in
this research work help to find the correct
methodological ways of design teaching, help Masters
of Design make their own researching and bring up ecological thinking of young people
In modern conditions there is a particularly acute
problem of activization of the human factor, the
maximum use of human abilities to achieve higher
results of professional activity. The solution to this
problem is vested in the vocational education system,
whose main objective is to provide training and
education a qualified professional of the appropriate
level and profile, competitive on the labor market,
ready for professional growth, social and professional
mobility. It is directly connected with the problem of
further improving the management of the process of
formation of personality of a future marine technician,
a factor which is a professional orientation. According
to the authors, the current practice of training
specialists of Maritime transport requires the presence
of the model of software and diagnostic support of the
process of formation of professional orientation. The
article proposes this model, which is built from the
position of system-activity, competence, software
design and diagnostic approaches, and includes:
conceptual-target block (the wording of the goal,
objectives, fundamental contradictions of concepts and
ideas); content and process unit (design target of the
program "Orientation and professionalism"; the
definition of pedagogical conditions); procedure block
(teaching in the target program; methods of learning;
stages of learning (input, intermediate, final);
monitoring of the level of formation of professional
orientation); productive unit (criteria, indicators, levels)
One of the main trends of the modern education
modernization is its aim to develop the students'
individuality. The development of the students'
individuality assumes implementation of an
individualization principle in teaching. In this work, on
the basis of the analysis of main historical and modern
definitions of a concept «individualization in teaching»
we have identified the following functions: adaptation,
developing, realization. Based on these functions the
maintenance of the concept of individualization in
teaching is specified in modern conditions. The
development of the individualization in teaching issues
is particularly relevant at a higher degree of basic
education, because the individualization of learning at
the senior high school is consistent with the age
peculiarities of senior high school students. Because of
the identified functions, purposes of individualization
in teaching at a higher degree of basic education are
specified
In this article there have been examined the aspects of
the citizens patriotic education in the Russian
Federation. The role of the patriotic toys is regarded as
an instrument of patriotic education of the rising
generation. The historical experience of the production
of such kinds of toys in former USSR and now in the
Russian Federation shows that there is a connection
between the state ideology and the range of
manufactured patriotic toys. The main home industry
producers of toy soldiers are considered and the
characteristics of their output are given. The up-to-date
problems in this area are identified and measures to
improve the situation by means of state support for
home patriotic toy producers are proposed
The article discusses the technology of using modern computer tools in the educational process of preparation of teachers of physics in the analysis of a complex modern problem. We consider the experimental task, the analysis of which cannot be carried out without the use of methods of calculus mathematics. A massive conductor in the form of a solid cylinder is placed in a quasi-stationary magnetic field. It is necessary to find the parameters of the magnetic field in the volume of the conductor. An algorithm for developing a program of numerical study of the radial dependence of the field in the conductor is given. The graphs of dimensionless amplitude of the field and of the phase shift relative to the external field at different are drawn where и are the radius and conductivity of the material of the cylinder, is the frequency of the external field, h is a dimensionless radial coordinate equal to . The graphs let us “see” what is going on with the field inside the conductor with the change of control parameters z and h. We demonstrate the self-organization of the test field with increasing z, which happens because of the nonlinear feedbacks. It is shown that the use of modern information technology in educational research tasks to confront theory with real physical experiments lets us raise the level of quality of training future teachers of physics and computer science. The use of this method in the educational process of pedagogical (physics) and technical institutes of higher education is recommended
On the basis of the analysis of documents, publications
of scientists and periodical materials we considered
particular training and education of cadets and students
of maritime educational institutions in the post-Soviet
republics. The acquisition of independence by the
former Soviet republics demanded the creation and
strengthening of their own statehood. The most
important task for the newly independent states was
the establishment of an effective system of higher
professional education (HPE), for the purpose of
training national personnel for its own economy. One
of the components of HPE for each republic is marine
colleges. Establishment of Maritime Universities in
those young states has been performed, in a rather
short period. The most characteristic of them is a
reorientation of the teaching factor of educational
activities in the international and European standards.
Now the system of training in marine universities meet
the requirements of the International Convection on
Training and Certification and Watch keeping for
Seafarers, as amended, and other international
conventions, which gives graduates the right to work
on all types of vessels of domestic and foreign
shipping companies. Nevertheless, for the process of
educating and education of future naval professionals
some problems are peculiar related to the lacks of the
special and educational literature on national
languages, by the shortage of the prepared teachers
with experience of swimming on the courts of marine
transport, sufficient financing. In educator work with
students of marine institutions of higher education, a
course is taken on forming patriotism for them,
tolerance, volunteering, nationally spiritual values.
Practically for every former soviet republic in patriotic
education of students it is peculiar to have a specific
system, features, but at the same time there are general
lines: system, orientation on national traditions, close
connection with a defensive capacity and forming of
readiness to defend freedom and independence
We consider the technology of application of numerical methods in the educational process in physics on the example of a study of the magnetic field induced by induction currents in a cylindrical conductor in a quasi-stationary magnetic field. Here is given the numerical calculation of the real and imaginary parts of the Bessel functions of complex argument. The listing of the program of drawing the graphs of the radial dependence of the amplitude and phase shift of the inductive currents field is cited. The graphs of the dependence of the parameters of the field on the radial coordinate for different values of the control parameter are drawn. The control parameter z is proportional to the frequency of the external magnetic field, the conductivity of the material and the square of the radius of the cylinder. When z is less than 1, the amplitude of the field of currents increases in proportion to z, and decreases quadratically with the increasing radial coordinate h. For a larger z the amplitude and the phase shift relative to the external field change nonlinearly with the increase of h. It is concluded that there exists a significant difference between the inductive currents field and the total field in the cylinder equal to the sum of the external field and the currents field. The nonlinear connection between these fields is explained. The use of this method in the educational process of pedagogical (physics) and technical institutes of higher education is recommended
The aim of the study is to examine the educational
system in the national pedagogy in chronological order
The article elucidates reasons for the falling prestige of
higher technical professional education in Russia and
based on their analysis we propose measures aimed at
raising the status of technical specialists. These
activities include: development of a strategic plan of
development of higher professional education, a
system of vocational guidance of graduates of
secondary educational institutions; improvement of
quality of preparation of scientific-pedagogical staff
and development of effective system of training of
teachers; the quality of the educational process and
development of effective system of training of
graduates; development of objective criteria for
assessing the effectiveness of universities;
development of a system of Patriotic education of
students of secondary and higher educational
institutions; increase of salaries of specialists,
influencing the country's economic development, the
status and prestige of the profession of high school
teacher. It is necessary to develop a strategic plan for
the development of higher professional education
urgently since the first part of young professionals will
be ready only after 4 years. Nevertheless, retraining
and advanced training of specialists of technical and
technological disciplines needed for the development
of modern techniques and technologies, including
foreign ones, we can start today. The implementation
of the considered measures will allow to raise prestige
of higher technical professional education and quality
training of students
The article deals with the aspects of creation of new didactic
tools of education on the basis of 3D technology allowing increasing efficiency and quality of teaching bachelors
